I have been a Gold Swash Package Unlimited customer for a long time, and even purchase the Gold washes prior to becoming an unlimited customer. I had 2 instances of damage to my car from this facility. In both incidents the manager was VERY difficult to deal with, as he claims no responsibility for anything his facility or employees do. He was rude, passive, and very unfriendly. He did FINALLY fix the damage to my vehicle from the first instance MONTHS after it happened, but only after my vehicle endured more damage, and I had confronted him about it. He said he would call me within the week about the status of a part needed for my vehicle. I never heard from him, until this 2nd incident, and I called the cashier several times over the next few weeks to attempt to reach him. I also asked to speak with him in person, in which the cashier told me he does not return phone calls and that she constantly receives complaints about his customer service. In addition to this, my husband has had difficulties with oil changes at the Lube Center. We attempted to be loyal customers, even after these first few incidents, but will not be renewing any services here, and will no longer bring ANY vehicles to this location.

Not the best value around, but the place is usually pretty busy on sunny days. The after-wash wipe-down crew works really hard in brutal heat so be sure to take care of them with a few extra bucks. It IS an auto car wash, after all, so I wouldnt take a brand new car or any black car that you dont want scratched and swirled. Thats just the nature of auto car washes: theyre quick and I take my 12 year old Lexus there every now and again but these washes really are terrible for your paint. I also noticed that their wash is "out of sync" with the tracks that guide the cars down the line. The sprayers come on about 2 feet past the front of the car and stay on about 3 or 4 feet past the end of the car. So you can imagine what dirt gets missed and not cleaned off well. Its fast and they do a good enough job, plus theres free coffee so pretty average score overall.

Good for a basic car wash and a sub-par detail. And also for THEFT, as all my change, my full bottle of tylenol, and my spare gps mount (which was in a seat back pocket) were stolen. Was given a trash bag "with all your stuff" when I noticed the missing change and asked about it, got home and found no change in the bag and also the missing mount kit and missing tylenol after putting everything else away. For the detail, the back window was not wiped at all, and the seat I speficially took it in for and asked them to fold and get the underside due to a bad spill was not done so, they only did the seat as it was, so when I folded it down the mess was still in the fold. TLDR: Go somewhere else for detailing. This place is only trustworthy for a basic wash, and make sure you take out EVERYTHING before you let them touch it. Will never go back.

Bad bad bad!!!!!!! Stay away!!!! First - 1 guy speaks English, Second - I told the lady no armorall on the outside, just make sure all the bugs are off and windows streak free and clean the inside. She said and I quote on just vacuum the inside and make outside shinny. We went over what I wanted again, ok Third - I come out to look at it and it looked like my kids did it, nothing was right nothing!!! So I ask for the manager (joke) who said they did it just like what you said, ding I lost it!!!!!! Fourth - I made them re wash it and I was barking orders like a drill Sargent after a second wash and an hour I just gave up and told them how crappy the place is and left!!!!!

HORRIBLE!! I bought the gold package. All the plastic on the interior was dripping wet. Floor mats not cleaned. Crumbs/dust still in cup holder and surrounding areas. Pieces of the towel used to wipe down dash were covering dash. Windshield smeared with whatever watered down mixture was used on dash. The vanilla car scent smelled like a cat litter box. Outside was still dirty and the trunk was not vacuumed AT ALL! I did not have time to have them re do it right then, I had to get to work. So I called twice, the lady said she spoke to the manager. Gave him all my info, but she didnt sound convinced that he would call. And he never did!

I bought the top package and they did a horrible job. My car was till dirty and only half of one of my tires was done. Also, streaks were left on the inside and outside of my windows. Interior was barely wiped down and puddles of whatever they use was left in spots! They also lost my parking garage card and are trying to say it fell out when I got out of the car which is not possible! DO NOT USE THIS PLACE THEY HAVE GONE DOWN HILL FROM YEARS AGO!!!! I WOULDNT EVEN GIVE THEM ONE STAR BUT YOU HAVE TOO!

Paid for silver package on my F150. Have used this place a few times, but never again. If you observe how they dry your vehicle, they use the same towels for drying/wiping vehicle, window, door jams etc. This always leaves residual film on interior and exterior of windows and any chrome components. Will not use again. You should not have to go over windows and chrome at home after paying hard earned money for "professional" car wash.

They left sand and pet fur in the back of my Tahoe and tried to give it back to me like it was clean.... And there was A LOT of both. THEN they left armor-all, all over the inside without rubbing it in, so that everything else was slimy, including the inside of my windshield. I will NEVER be taking my car to this place again. I spent more time cleaning up after them than they did "cleaning".

Took my sons car here to do an odor removal due to a musty smell. We left the car with them. We came back an hour later to check and they hadnt even set up the the machine to start yet. I also had my car cleaned that same visit. I paid extra to have the wheels cleaned, etc. I had to call her back to my car to have more work done and still had to go home and finish the wheels.

I paid 12.99 for a wash. and unlike Mister Carwash where you drive in and out for a basic wash, these guys did allot more. They vacuumed my car and took the time to clean and wipe the interior and exterior. I had to give the attendant a tip, shes worked hard. I really thought i was going to get basic service, but nom they still went the extra mile.

Thieves!!!! Have been coming here for 3 years. And had money stolen out of my center console today. They mean it when they say " not responsible for articles left in your car" and the manager is no help when you bring it to his attention. I will never be back and neither will my family. Find another place to wash your car. Buyer beware!!!!!
