You are not alone Chris Lin! I purchased a new car last week and am 100% positive there were no scratches anywhere on the vehicle. As I entered the car the wash the attendant misguided my approach and I did not end up in the guided tracks. The belt skipped and scraped under my tires for several seconds until the attendants began pushing on my car to push it into the tracks. I was never properly aligned as my car rattled through the wash and as I felt more than scrub brushes scraping against the body panels. I sat helplessly and infuriated as I went through the wash. upon exit I instantly got out to inspect the damage. There are two six inch scratches on the passenger door and scratches on the corners of my front bumper. I went and asked the attendant how to proceed and the manger instantly went on the defensive. He ensured me no car has EVER been scratched in the car wash and that he is sure the scratches were there before I entered. He even had the audacity to tell me that there is no way I would know if there were scratches on the passenger side of the vehicle because I only enter on the drivers side. I Informed him I purchased the car only a week prior and was positive no scratches were there before the wash. He then said that if I wanted to prove that the scratches were from the wash that I should have had the attendants inspect my vehicle before the wash. As if I should have anticipated their negligence and stupidity.This happened thirty minutes ago and I am beyond livid. I left frustrated after a lengthy argument to which no resolution was reached. I am not surprised the attendants didnt care whether my car remained in one piece, for $3 an hour I cant blame them, but I am surprised at the managements lack of interest in owning up to their mistakes and complete and utter lack of customer service. I dont plan to let this situation go but in the mean time I would advise that you avoid this establishment at all costs. Of the eight reviews posted two customers reported damage to their vehicles. Not great odds if you ask me. Dont take the chance.

Obviously I went in with a dirty vehicle. But what came out was a black car with paint chipped off all over the front bumper, and some on the front passenger door, driver mirror and a few minor chips around the vehicle as well. I was told the manager would call me the next day and he did not, I had to call and he said he thought I would come up there.. ya right. He was hoping I would forget. So day 3 I call again and tell them I will show up furious if they do not take me seriously. I finally get a call back and set up a time to meet there. Well I am being told that I have rock chips all over my vehicle. I didnt see any of that before going into the wash. I check the car routinely in case someone dents or scratches my vehicle at the supermarket or in my apartment complex. Those are not rock chips! & I did not come into the car wash with them. These are only a few pictures. It is hard to take with the car reflecting everything

Ive gone here several times, hoping the quality would improve, but today is the last straw. Every time Ive come, I always find new scratches or dents in my truck. I bought the $10 wash today hoping itd make my truck shine, but it didnt even wash half my truck. After the wash, there was still spots of dirt around my truck, and blue streaks running down the sides. They tried to cut costs by using less water, but now it wont even wash off the soap! Last time I came, the brushes chipped several large chunks of paint off, and when I talked to the staff, they either couldnt speak English, or just didnt care. Eventually, the owner came and talked to me and when I told him about the scratches and chips, he just kept changing the subject to avoid having to deal with that. I dont know how the other reviews got such good service, but the service here is crap. If you value your car and your wallet, youll stay away.

Car wash is nice, staff is unprofessional. I had a membership here for over a year until they refused to pay for damages to my vehicle while inside the car wash. They initially said theyd pay for he incident, sent me to a auto body shop of THEIR choice and once I provide the quote they were nowhere to be found. They wouldnt answer the phone and gave me the run around for 3 weeks. Once again, nice car wash, extremely unprofessional staff. I recommend the Facundo on Ella just down the road, much better service.

Worst car wash ever - I should start by saying that I dont have particularly high expectations of drive through car washes. My car just needed a quick touch up and I was in the area. While it did manage to get the bird dropping off my car, I left with a whole new issue - soap and product that wasnt properly washed off, windows that are streaky, and wheels that are quite possibly more dirty than when I arrived. For a drive through, this place isnt particularly inexpensive either. Total waste of money.

Where else can you go and get a GREAT carwash for $4?? This place is fantastic...especially for crazy people like me who like to wash their cars really often. I try to go to Carisma once/week if the weather is good. I have only had one bad experience there (a piece on the machine scratched my car a couple of years ago, but they paid for the repairs), so even my bad experience wasnt THAT awful. Oh, and the staff is SUPER helpful. I went last Sunday...will probably go there again this Sunday too!!

I should have listened to other peoples comments and went across the street b4 wasting my time money and also mess up my car. Very unprofessional staff. Started blaming me for the damage when my car mirror clearly fell off due to the machines that was too close to the car. But the manager or so called the manager barely spoke English and kept blaming me that I didnt tell them about the folding mirrors or my mirrors were damaged already, I brought in my 2016 brand new tundra and its damaged right?

Decent priced car wash. Long lines on a Saturday but I believe that is what caught my attention as I drove down the street. The guys there keep it moving though and its not too long of a wait. I paid extra for the wheel wash but the wheels came out looking dirtier than when I went in. I had to ask a guy there to wash them again and even then, I couldnt tell the difference. Car came out looking clean though...no streaks.

I paid $13 dollars for the ultimate wash. It didnt wash the entire car so they said I could go through a 2nd time. However, the second wash was the basic one and the car still had dirty spots. To top it all, my car now has several scratches that were not there before washing. I would not recommend this car wash unless you are desperate.
