I left Mr car wash today in my green Chevy avalanche I put a $5 tip in vacuum station box the vacuum guy unscrews plastic antenna that does not come out because its plastic some how he screws it off doesnt even vacuum the carpet I had to urinate but when I get back to the window his sitting in my truck rummaging through console flipping windshield wipers on and off like his stole it ram it in gear no brakes , first and very last I take my vehicle here black guy pushes some button on car electric panel pushes some button then the Mexican guy drives it out of car wash and parks it at wiping station wipes windshield leaves it off for 20 or 30 minutes then a black guy gets in it looking for keys in sun visor & stomps on gas peddle turning key moves my truck 4 feet up doesnt know how to drive because he puts in park before his sitting in cab trying get all AC cool off or some thing but his cab for no reason , smearing oil and dirt from the dirty rag his using to smear on windshield after Mexican just wiped it down his acting like his wiping it literally just wasted my time and damaged my vehicle dont let them touch your vehicle this jerks are bad I gave him a tip so he would get away from truck . Dont take your vehicle here this guys want to damage your Truck , DRIVE it like they stole it and THEN wipe with dirty rags and act like they want a tip. I"M suffering now cause what he did to my truck we cant figure out and its too hot outside to look in the engine , this Mr Car Wash people left my Chevy smelling like Rotting FEET and ass , the steering is all messed up he unscrewed antenna that doesnt come off . Its plastic antenna you do NOT TAKE OFF THE TRUCK YOU people are the worst and I"m going to upper management to Remedy you damaging my TRUCK! you piece of garbage ,Mr car wash .,

*** I wished I would have really looked at the rating!!!!! I rented a car for a 6 day trip. I needed to clean it before I turned it back in. I ordered the vacuum and wipe things down. I get it back and the cup holders are dirty, seats had crumbs. I ask about it and a guy comes over, who happens to be the manager, and wipes out the cup holders. I ask about the crumbs and explain I need to turn this back in. He said "it doesnt matter they will bring it back." He keep assuming I got it from a certain rental place. So I grab their vacuum that was close and begin spending 10 mins in the Houston heat doing what I paid them too! I wiped down my doors, vacuumed my seats and the floor. I explain to the girl that I was very upset. I go get gas and notice my windows are still filthy! I go back and the manager says I had to pay more to get the crumbs vacuumed up. I asked why and he said that was extra. I go in and ask the cashier what I paid for and she said, "a car wash, wipe down and vacuum. Including the seats." The manager came in and was like " what? What do you want a refund?" As if Im looking for my money back. I was appalled! I wanted the job I paid for. I explained I didnt want that and he went to the back room and started talking about me! I asked for his corporate number and he was like " no, here take a refund," Do not go here! They do an awful job. Your better off paying about $6 and doing it yourself!

Mister Car Wash & Express Lube Hated it Got some of my car washed there, it was done so half @ssed that I jumped on it with a rag myself and it still didnt get done because the water dried in some places. We are talking like 6" sections 3 foot long with a normal freeway dirt film on it and the rims were not hardly touched. The old Asian fellow, not to point out his ethnic back ground but to describe the individual I spoke with that was spaying armor all on the tires looked at me and said, "were done thank you for helping. I sat there for an additional 15 minutes trying to wipe what I could before it dried. Also noticed I had a pack of cigarettes unopened in the eyeglass compartment in the ceiling that was gone as it was left open so lockup your stuff, these guys are hard up and had like 30+ folks working there. What a waste, throwing 30 bucks away I should have known better than to go here. The whole time I was there from start to finish the employees were being herded like cattle with team leads yelling lets go hurry. This really adds value to the customer experience let me tell you. You need to fire those guys because you are losing clients. My four and six year old granddaughters do a better job. Im so mad at myself for even pulling in there. 3-14-2015

The price is not bad. They are very quick having 20+ people working at the same time. The quality of the outer wash is good, no clear issue. The interior wipe down and vacuum are not done well. There are still dead bug carcasses and pieces of papers on the carpet floor. They also do not open the storage box in between the passenger and driver seats. So no cleaning is done there. You should take out all your trash at the first station when the gentleman asks you what service you want since all the trash will be taken out of the carpet and put on your seats instead of being thrown away. They also pump the air for free. Only the front tires but that potentially is a miscommunication. My TPMS light is still on and the gentleman doesnt look at the sticker for the correct pressure either. I expected all four tires inflated to the correct pressure and that did not happen. I did tip him afterward for helping.

Drove all the way from Baytown to Humble to have my truck detailed and the interior shampooed to the tune of $140.00 The worst experience ever. The problem lay with the interior, they didnt bother lifting the back seat and vacuuming under it or the side of the seat where some dog hair had accumulated, you could tell where he shampooed the backseat but didnt bother with the front of the seat, for after it dried, there was a very long and wide water mark line all the way down my seat. The front cubbies in the doors were never touched, the cup holders were not cleaned, and then to top it off the guy bummed a smoke from me as I was leaving. Yeah, real professionalism here. I bet I can find another detail shop that will do a quality job for the money that I paid.

Worst car wash ever. For starters if you ever consider going here TRIPLE check you have nothing of value in your vehicle. I was not a victim of theft, but i could have been. I placed my non loaded pistol in my console above paper that i have for work along with my wireless headphones. My console may be packed but organized and neat. When i got my truck back i opened my consule to find that it had been rumaged through. Papers where everywhere, and on top of that they had grabed and moved my pistol. I called the manager soon after who was very professional about it, but i feel that an apology wasnt enough. The what if factor is still there, what if there was money, or anything of value. I paid $60 to just have my personal belongings disrespected.
