A huge waste of time and money, unfortunately! This business has tremendous potential, but has lost sight of where it offers its best value: attention to details. For $15 my Acura RDX received a basic rinse, without suds, and a general hand towel wipe down. Although this basic package includes vacuum service, it was obvious that this team didnt put any care into really cleaning my car. In addition, there are still obvious bug marks on the windows and the cheap window cleaner that they used (Windex) left enough streaks that will require me cleaning them again at home with legit window products. If this was a $6 wash, Id be moderately satisfied, but with the premium fee, it was both a waste of time AND money.

My first time coming here was an amazing experience. You could do lots of things: get your haircut, get your shoes shined, and even eat there while your car was being washed and it was a great job! I went here often but I started realizing the little things like when the employees finished the job the car would have scratch marks on the side from the aggressive drying with a towel, the way OVERPRICED wash, I would easily spend 100 dollars there and the wash would be horrible, and some days the cashier employee would have attitude with me so I could hurry up and just sit outside and wait for my car. The business in the end is somewhat decent but give it a try and see if you like it.

I have been going this for the last 7 year. Lately the supervisors staff that supervise the cleaning has changed. The now do a horrible job cleaning your car. The moment you complain, they say you need to pay more money.They have now become more greedy and use every opportunity for not doing a good job to take you for a ride. There was bird poop still on the car after the wash and they said you need to get a detail that would add another $30 to my bill and when I complained that the carpet is not cleaned they use this now to up sell for a deep cleaning that cost another $30.00. Do not go and find somewhere else to clean your car.

This "establishment" just damaged a friends vehicle and took no responsibility for it. They rubbed too hard over the vent on the dash where it meets the window, and the whole middle part of the vent cracked and broke off. They claimed they did not even go near the dash, but it was clearly hit by a ton of Armor All swipes. The dash and broken pieces of vent had Armor All all over them! They refused to refund her, or offer to pay for the part. When questioning the multiple employees who rushed through the wash/detail, they all stupidly claimed they "didnt do it." Keep your car far away from these unprofessional amateur assholes!

I went this place today. Because somebody vomitted my car. I talked with representative woman about vomit. She guarantteed, they will remove the smell. They finished work and I checked my car. My all seats were very wet. I talked with them again for fix this problem, they couldnt dry it. I came home and right now my car still smell vomit. I spent $100 for fix this problem but they couldnt remove the smell and they gave me wet seat. Never go again.

Great service, great price. They cleaned my disgusting (beyond dirty) car inside and out for $40.99 (including tax). As dirty as it was, thats a bargain. While waiting, I got a $7 Cedar Plank Salmon dinner (super delicious) and a $7 haircut (looks much better than Great Clips). I also liked the Mom & Pop business feel/decor and that theyre not afraid to display Christian items everywhere.

Great customer service. The staff is very detail oriented, which is great since it is CAR WASH and all. I know its more pricey than other places, but they really go the extra mile to make sure all the nooks and crannies of the interior are SUPER CLEAN. Worth every dollar if you ask me! They also have food/drink/deserts for sale inside, a restroom, massage chair, hair cut place.

Dont take your car here....they charge you extra money for...wax...and air freshner...and this and that... But the car is still dirty...and the leather air freshner smells like somebody burnt a dead cat in your car They have a viper that scratches the car....

im not a customer here but i needed a full detail car wash and the lady who answered the call didnt even know the prices that they offer. then she told me to hold and then i was on hold for more than 15 minutes and then no one answered.

This place is very affordable and they do a good job of cleaning and waxing. But of the main reasons I went there is because it is close to consumer recycling center...Ive also gotten haircuts next door when my car was getting washed

This place is fantastic! They always do a great job. They can even fix small scrapes and paint transfers quick and easily. I have been coming for 5 years now, and would recommend it to anyone who works/lives in the area.

I like that you can get a hair cut and get your shoes shined while you wait. My car always looks fantastic, and everyone comments that is still smells like new after Ive taken it there to get washed (its 2 years old).

Great cleaning service but inadequate customer care. The registrar was complaining on her phone about her phone bill and would dismiss customers who needed to pay to get home right then and there.
