If I could take some stars off I would. My experience there was a complete ripp off. I only wish I had read the reviews first. I paid the $35 to have the car cleaned inside and out. When I pulled in I asked the manager specifically whether they would wipe the back seats....he said they would. Not only they were not wiped out, but they were not even vaccumed either. I have a dog, so the back seats get covered in fur and dirt often...it was clear that they had not even been touched. I talked to the manager about it, instead of admiting to it and starting doing his job, he started lecturing me how I should have my car washed more often...anyways, him and another worker "wiped" it for 10 seconds, literally. I saw that there was no point arguing with him, so I left. Another thing, there was some trash(i.e. cans, napkins) on the floor, and not only they didnt throw it away, but some of it they simply put on the seats. I still had to take the car to another car wash 10 mins later. It goes without saying that I wont be returning there.

I paid $275 for the premium interior and exterior detail of my 2 month old car. Overall they did a good job of cleaning my car, and initially I was very happy with the result. The reason why I am giving one stars is because whoever detailed the car did not properly move the winsheild wiper arm, causing it to come down and take off about 4 inches of paint from the edge of my hood. When I confronted the manager about it he was sympathetic and offered to look at the video cameras, but I declined because even if they were to take responsibility for it all they are going to pay for is a touch up. Now I am looking at a little over $1000 to have the hood completely repainted and blended into the other panels. It is very frustrating to spend so much money on a "professional" detail, only to have to shell out 4 times more than what the detail cost to fix the damage the detailer didnt own up to. I was told not to come here by people I work with and I guess I should have taken their advice.

Ive been here three times. First time was a good, they cleaned my new 4Runner well. Second time they did a terrible job vacuuming, like they didnt really vacuum at all. When I asked them to fix it they kindly did. The third time I asked them to power wash the fenders as there was a little bit of mud residue, the manager assured me that they would. They finished the vehicle and never even touched the fenders and left dirt all on the bottom part of the front bumper and sides. When I asked the manager to look at the vehicle he said yeah they definitely should have cleaned it better. When I come to a place like this to get my car washed I expect that they will do a great job and be easy to work with. I will not be coming here anymore. Not because they are not nice, but because the people working there do not care for your vehicle they just want to finish cars quickly. If you want your car cleaned well and taken care of I would kindly suggest going elsewhere.

Let me tell you what, I have driven all over the world from Europe to Mexico. From just your average weekend road trip to Garner State Park to the baja 1000, I push each and every mile harder than the last. By the end of each Road Trip my truck is filthy inside and out. Therefore I need a quality car wash that I can depend on to get me through the week. Lately, I have been all around disappointed with my usual car wash and was determined to find somewhere new after this last trip to south Texas. So, on my way back in to town, I happen to make a pit stop this Sunday at the Soap Hand Car Wash on Richmond and Timmons. Everything about the place is incredible. Great Service, attention to detail, great atmosphere. First Class all around. I definitely found my new spot.

Do not let these people wash your car They stepped on my hood of my car to wipe water off it very unprofessional I showed the manager the damage and he said that they will contact me in two business days and he never contacted me i called him and he said that he would have to have another manager contact me and he didnt know when he kept lying me that he would call me he never said he would fix anything he would keep on giving me a brushoff they also scratched my chrome wheels by shoving their shoe into it to reach another spot they couldnt easily get to dont waste your time its not necessary to deal with idiots and liars

I wanted to try out specific car wash places to take my new car. Therefore, I strategically knew particular dirty areas in the exterior and interior of my car. I wanted to see how well the car wash would take care of them. Soap Hand Car wash was terrible at addressing most of the dirty areas on my vehicle. It seems they were largely concerned with the throughput of the cleaning bays than quality. They simply used soap to wash the car and then wipe it. They didnt make any effort to ensure that all the dirt has been taken care of. $30 is a ripoff for this kind of service.

My wife Laurie and I took our cars in last week for a wash and detail. The service was far better than we expected from a car wash and the staff was very friendly. My wife was completely satisfied with the detail job on her Land Rover and told me she was impressed that they actually took the time to clean the roof. (She said most other car washes only clean as far as they can reach up top!) My Volkswagen was filthy and looked like new when they were finished. Thanks Soap Hand Car Wash. Idk if it was because my car was super dirty but I was not 100% impressed for what I paid if you come here just get the express of casual car wash but dont pay for the 35 wash. For it to be advertising hand wash I would rather go to mister car wash. I get a better wash for my money. I pretty much had to clean the inside again myself and I notice spots on the outside. The what appears to be the owner provided good customer service but they didnt do a good job on my car. Maybe it was just they cant handle a really dirty car.

I work in Greenway plaza right next door. I am a nervous car owner i dont use valet service and I dont care for other people to drive my car(Im anal I know it) That being said. I told the guys working there they were very understanding and they let me drive my own car through though it was busy and probably an inconvenience for them. on top of that They did a great job. The car looked great and they have a good food truck out front that day so I grabbed lunch got the car washed and was back to work in Jiff. Great place.
