Horrible! Simply horrible experience. I have been a faithfull customer at the westheimer location for years and since I was in the area, I decided I would try this location thinking it was the same and boy was I WRONG! The guy at the window was detached and seemed like I was bothering him when I came to pay for my car wash. He didnt even ask me which kind of wash I wanted. He just looked at me and waited for me to speak. Then the workers didnt properly clean my car. I always get the basic wash at the other location which includes exterior wash, vacuum, lite wipedown of the dash and console and door area and tire dressing. My car did not look wiped down and I just bought the car a week ago and its a 2016 so it was not a dirty car inside. But I could tell it had not been wiped down. And my tires on the tread part looked like it had not been touched by water. When I approached the workers about it. He said water could not reach the entire tire. And if I went across the street to get it washed it would be dirty too. WHAT SIR?! MMMKAY. I know this not to be true because the westheimer location cleans the tires thoroughly and the entire tires are polished. One of the workers also was sneezing and hawking and spitting in the rag which he had just wiped my car off with. He did this twice then showed his spit to one of the other workers and laughing. I was watching him like a hawk daring him with my eyes to wipe my car or someone elses car with that rag. He didnt thankfully but totally disgusting. I will never go here again!!! On another note I had my car washed at the Westheimer location 2 days ago (bad tree debris, pollen and bird dung in my area). And now I will go and give the Westheimer location glowing reviews. If you are thinking of stopping here, dont. There are other car washes in the area.

Extremely rude person at the cashier. When I tried asking him the details of what is covered of getting the car cleaned on the inside "only", he cut me off with a smirk on his face and asked me to read what is on their signage though the signage board did not have any details of doing an "interior only" clean. Since he was so rude, I could not wait to drive away and once i get home, i noticed the rubber floor mats were still dirty as if it was not cleaned at all! Do yourself a favor and go across the street to the other two car washes that can do a basic job right!

$200 for a wash & detail is relatively very cheap most of the time I get $150 to $250 just for a wash, but its not an ordinary wash its extreme If you actually care about your car, dont take it to this place. Why would you go to a place that uses the same water all day long and puts the same dirty sponges thats been on every other car on yours. I like to call these places swirl-o-matics. If you can wash a car and vacuum in 15 min. your doing something wrong. I guess if you just want your car to look clean for a couple of hours go ahead and take it here.

This place used to be ok, but the last 3 times that Ive taken my car there, I noticed scratches in my tint and scratches on the side of my car. Also, they didnt vacuum on the sides of the seats, so the peanuts that I had wasted in my car was still there. I had to turn back around and come back and have them "re-vacuum". Roughly 90% of the time, I have to have them go around the car and wipe away all of the dirt that was missed. Its more of an inconvenience than anything. The manager did offer a couple of $3 off coupons which was a nice gesture.

Fairly cheap price and quick service but you dont even get what you pay for. Barely washed the entire car with plenty of spots missed and they didnt even bother vacuuming the trunk. When I showed them the trunk still needed to be vacuumed, one of the workers pulled out my hard plastic trunk liner and folded it in half to take it to vacuum. Overall about 50% of the car was actually cleaned adequately. I would recommend passing of this place.

I expected a little more. I understand for $18 on a small SUV I cant expect much but when you leave the car dirty under the door handles, behind the mirrors and the front bumper, I was very disappointed. I was told it was scratches. I asked for the towel and did it myself and looked at them. They just walked off. Will not be coming back for sure.

The worst hand car wash experience in Houston. I went in for this had wash as I got a groupon from a friend. ( I generally do it myself). Gosh my black 335i is full of swirls and scratches all over the car. I will never go here again, will warn anyone of this place. Still cannot get over the swirls on my car :(

Avoid this car wash!!! The prices are cheap but you get what you pay for. After having my car cleaned, it was still dirty and I had dirt on my mirrors. After expressing my frustration, I was told I needed a full details which would cost $200. My car would have came out better if I had washed it myself.

Not bad overall. I got the basic $14 service so couldnt expect it to be perfect. The alloys werent clean inside and I guess it was a very quick once over inside. I think k for the price it was Ok but I will try out another couple of similarly priced places before I come back.

Had a very bad experience . I had to clean the car myself after they lost it. And then they got mad at me for washing the car myself while Im there and asked me to leave. There about three other carwashes in the area to charge a lot less for a decent wash.

Ive gone there for years. They do a great job! I have no complaints. Ive also had my car seats cleaned and they did a great job. Got stains out that I was worried would not come out and I have light cream colored seats. I recommend them to everybody

Not value for money... Staff is not cooperative ..... not cleaning well ... Not taking interest to put water with pressure Your car will be ready in 7 minutrs even though its done manually ...... means they are in hurry Not recommended......

A RIPOFF! Didnt mind paying $22 for a Basic wash on my F-250 but I shouldnt have to wipe down my own running boards and a few other things. Told the guy taking money my feelings but he didnt care, he had my money. Will not be back

Took my truck there and was highly disappointed. You would think for $35 they would clean it well. They did not wash the fender wells, center caps, and left streaks after drying. I will not take my business there again.

They did absolutely WONDERFUL job on my car. My car looked horrible and I wasnt expecting them to completely revitalize my car like new!!! Thank you for all the hard work . I am thoroughly IMPRESSED!
