Honestly just take the extra time to drive somewhere else. Ive had two bad experiences here that were years apart. 1. Simple car wash and interior cleaning. I drove away and noticed my entire car smelled like disgusting moldy rags. Like rags they had used all day. Incredibly disgusting! I called immediately to let the manager know. Instead of acknowledging the mistake he said "We arent going to give you a refund but you can come get an air freshener for free" I told him I was never going to return. Years later I stupidly returned. 2. Return with a different car that has a star break in the windshield glass. They say they can fix it and bill my insurance. I say cool lets make it happen. A man comes inside while my car is getting cleaned to let me know they werent able to fix it all the way because of the way the break was in the window. Im like hmmm okay. So I get my car. They didnt do a thing to the star and billed my insurance! Dont support this business!!!!

I took my 2014 Evolution here to get a car wash on 7/14/16. It has OE-size wheels and tires, even though the wheels are aftermarket. The auto car wash shredded both left-side wheels. To date I have been in discussions with Tom Formeller, and to a lesser degree Oscar Escobar, both self-professed Managers. There has been zero resolution to this issue in the almost 3 weeks since, even though there is proof via pictures taken by myself, Oscar, and John (an assistant manager), plus a report taken by John as soon as the car rolled off the auto car wash. I apparently paid $25 to have $500 in damage done to my car by their auto car wash. If you have a nice car, or even if you dont, save yourself the headache and go somewhere else. If there is a resolution in the next few days, Ill consider altering this review. If not, a Letter of Intent to sue for damages is ready to be mailed.

Ive taken my car here a couple times over the last 8 years because its in my neighborhood. Theyve never been rude to me. The car gets "cleaner", but I wouldnt call it clean. Ive actually had to wash the car AGAIN myself to remove big dirty areas all over that were missed. The other problem is they also try to add stuff on. Last time I had my oil changed at the same time and, without me asking them to, the guy came in with the air filter saying it looked dirty, wanted $50 to replace it. Seemed high given the part is only $12 and he had already done 90% of the work (not much work, had taken about 2 minutes). The other thing I saw here is that the people who wipe down the cars clearly have a pecking order. One guy did all the work and then right at the end another one sent him away and stepped in to try and get the tip.

I took in both of my cars (mine and my wifes) for oil changes, state inspection, and the full car exterior/interior car wash. I have used Cabana car wash for several years. I have always been pleased with the result. This time the guy changing the oil pointed out that there was a problem with my radiator. I took my car to my mechanic the following week and sure enough I had a problem that required pretty immediate attention. I feel that the guy at Cabana car wash alerted me to a problem that I probably would not have identified on my own until I was facing a much more costly repair. I appreciate the extra step that the Cabana oil change guy took. The managers are also friendly and attentive. I recommend Cabana car wash to others.

Tienen que mejorar el servicio al cliente, sobre todo el hispano que esta en el cambio de aceite, siempre con mala cara y hasta contesta de mala gana. En mi trabajo trato con mucha gente y aunque tenga un mal dia, jamas los recibo asi, siempre con una sonrisa. El unico que es amable es el senor que esta en las aspiradoras!!

They do a reasonable job of washing your car, and they will change the old and do inspections. The real issue is that their customer service is terrible, and theres no pride in the management. They forget to give some paperwork, and add a small fee for something without telling you. The staff changes fairly regularly, so its just a matter of time until your car is the one they forget to do something to--like put new oil in. Most of the people there do a decent job, but the people in charge obviously dont care much, so if you can find a better place, go there.

I just had my inspection done and for the past 4 years have always got a free wash with it. I know time and management have changed but others need to know. And if you mention it be ready for the manager to rip you a new one. Told or should i say yelled at me that they normally offer a $10 discount on washes the day of inspection (not told to me when I dropped off my Jeep) but told me he wouldnt even honor that now - HA! totally rude and lost my business not because of the wash but because of his professionalism and attitude.

My experience with this facility, though just a couple of times a year, is much better than most reviews, I suppose. For several years I have gotten a wash and hand wax here on two cars, and the service has been prompt, the standard (not special) interior cleaning good, and the wash and wax as good as expected for the reasonable amount charged (it does not try to be a "detail" place). I have not used any of the other services and cannot comment on them.

Horrible service the manager is a discriminating man I paid for the full Pakage and just because my car is old he refused to wax it even though I have new paint they dident do a good job vacuming I had a Armani Cologne stolen from my car even though I had just used it they said it wasent in their and the ladys drying the car are so rude it just made me want to tell them to just stop working on my car and take off I DO NOT RECOMMEND. GO AT YOUR OWN RISK.

The management of this facility is as rude as any I have ever seen. The employees and customers are treated with disrespect. Employees are forced to work in a very high noise area, and some have told me that their hearing has been damaged. When I asked Debbie, the manager why she did not provide hearing protection for her employees in the high noise areas, the only response she gave was to tell me to never come back.

This place has TERRIBLE customer service. Avoid! My partner went here to get his car washed and it messed up his windshield wipers AND it scratched the windshield. They refused to accept any responsibility since the windshield wipers are automatic. What we dont understand is why the employee who rode in the car through the entire wash wasnt smart enough to turn them off in the first place!

Worst set of employees ever. The lady at the desk attitude is the worst. She appears to be illiterate and barely understand anything. Isreal the oil change idiot thinks hes a car expert because he was fired from a real car dealership before. Dont waste your time until they get better staff who earns more than $2hour because these people are ignorant.
