I just bought a brand new 2017 black Mustang, and since I work from 5:30am to 5pm, I had been searching for a place who serviced more than Houstons unemployed population. That was what initially drew me to this place because they advertise that they close at 6. Anyway, I signed up for their most lucrative monthly plan, which was around $50-60. I thought they did a pretty good job the first time I went through on a day I was off work, only to get home and realize that their machine left hundreds of hair-line scratches on my car. Which is partially MY fault because everyone warned me about mechanical car washes. So that sucked, but I figured what the hell, I have a monthly plan so Ill just have them wash it by hand from now on when I bring it in. Which normally costs $40, but I was sure that since I was already paying for a monthly plan that I would get some kind of discounted rate. Nope. Not only would I have had to pay in full, but they literally refused to wash my car because it was "too late" ...it was 5:13pm, and ironically enough, I actually took off work 10 minutes early so that I WOULDNT be the a-hole who showed up at 5:55pm expecting the full meal deal. I work in the service industry, so trust me, I know the feeling. But I also know that if you close at 6pm, that means you stop taking customers at 6pm...not at 5pm. So as a warning to anyone who is considering this place, just know that they actually close at 5pm, if you are employed, youre screwed, and if you have a black car, the monthly plan is utterly useless unless you dont mind getting your ride carved up by the mechancal car wash. All in all, most of the people are nice, but for $40 just to wash (not wax) the outside of the car by hand, I need to get into the car washing business lol. Alone, it takes me 45 minutes to do the inside and outside. Just wash your own car. Thats my advice.

I was in on 5/27/2017 around noon today. I have 2 cars on their premium monthly unlimited wash plan. I had just stopped at the Wells Fargo down the street and withdrew $100. I put the money in my center console and didnt think anything else about it. I ran a couple other errands before I stopped to get my car washed. After the car was washed and detailed, I headed home. Before I got home, I opened the center console and the $100 was gone. I immediately called and turned around to return to the car wash. The managers reviewed the video from the entire footage. He admitted that he and the other GM were new to this location. He actually stated that the only person he saw open the center console was me. Ironically, my car interior was done with my car all the way at the end of the drive facing 1960. Theres no way for the cameras to have seen what the detailer was doing in my car. Needless to say, I cancelled both membership ($85 total a month) & filed a police report. I find it highly unprofessional that a business would throw it back on a client and accuse. I make plenty of of money and drive a nice car. There is no reason for me to scam a car wash.

Had my car detailed by this location last weekend and they did such a terrible job. Ive had my cars cleaned and detailed here in the past and something, almost always, would not cleaned for what I would pay for. In my last trip here I paid $50 for inside/outside detail. Outside the car I was met with hard water stains and cloth fiber all around. Inside windows were tinted with grease from using the same towels repeatedly. Steering wheel and entertainment console was still dusty and dirty. I had even asked and showed the worker that this needs to be cleaned off. I ALWAYS request a "manager check", to my surprise I have honestly never seen a manager even near the car. Its better for you to just get a quick wash and be on your way. Disappointing, to say the least. I have attached pictures of my car. If I didnt have to rush to work I wouldve had them clean these areas but its my fault for not giving myself extra time. Definitely will not be back. Sad

I get there for the first time using Mister Car Wash and pay for the Red Carpet Wash. By the time my car makes it out of the wash they are waiving at me because they have locked my keys in my car. It is now currently rolling towards 1960 and three guys are having to push it to stop and not roll into traffic. They have to unlock my car by a wedge and wire to roll down the window. Yes, they were nice and gave me a coupon to get another wash free at any location. However, after leaving and getting home I notice that the back of my car is just as dirty before here are dried water spots with dirt all over the back and black marks on the side of my car plus, the center console with my cup holders and shifter were not even wiped down. A $60 car wash and a horrible experience. I know mine is probably just a few of many but it has ruined my morning.

Would go zero stars if it was an option. Bought an overpriced oil change from their lube location next door to the wash with the promise of a free wash. Had to pay extra for them to clean interior. Had to remind them to vacuum the 3rd row area. Had to remind them to wipe down the overspray inside all over everything and even then they could not get it right. Inside windows were smeared worse than when I arrived. Cup holders not wiped out...just sprayed with soapy liquid and not wiped out. Seats were not vacuumed. Trash was left inside. A complete waste. Washers were more worried about going closing than doing their jobs. Unfortunately, this was not the first time....just will be the final time. Tried 2 different locations past month. Same result. Done.

I have been going to this place for a long time now, and have always had great service. Although most of the time I have to point out a few areas that are missed during a regular wash, I leave satisfied that my car is clean. Today the guys at the detail and lube center went above, and beyond! I put a bowl of chicken I had baked the night before on my passenger seat on the way to work, and it spilled grease all over the seat and carpet below the seat. I spoke with the manager, and he told me they will do whatever they can to get it clean so there is no smell lingering. A little while later I get my car back, and the seat/carpet look brand new. With service like this you can be sure to see me coming here for years to come!

Muy mal servicio por lo que vale un carro wash pague por un full detail de mi Escalade y la limpieza que le dieron la historia con los pies deberían aprender a lavar un carro como se debe le dije a la persona que lo limpio y dijo que era culpa del departamento de vacuum jajajaja se tiran la responsabilidad unos con otros no lo recomiendo pésimo servicio
