When I arrived Saturday to pick up the car, my husband told me to expect to pay about $200. I was told the cost was $457.65. I asked again, and yes, it was that price. Apparently when my husband said to take care of the car, the sales guy went to town and had all the most expensive items done without us knowing. The husband did not sign a carte blanc, take me for a ride sheet. The managers on duty were unable to say or do anything but "your husband asked for all this". Good thing I called my husband to come meet me. I asked to speak to someone else, and the general manager/owner drove over to speak with us. After all was said and done, we agreed to pay for what we asked for and not all the other services tacked on. Lesson learned: get what you want in writing. What James (the husband) did sign was a walk around the car that said it was in good condition, meaning no scratches. Right? Got it home and found a gauge in the hood. Called them today and set a time to bring it in on Monday. Since they were so difficult to deal with the day before and accused us of lying, I brought it in this afternoon. James called ahead, I went in and asked again for the manager. He nicely (after yesterday) came out to take the report and a few pictures. Then all of a sudden, the same guy that made matters worse yesterday and sold a bill of goods to my husband, comes over and tells me that it was there yesterday, and he has pictures to prove it. REALLY. I told him to show them to me with a date because the gauge was NOT on there. He gets the camera, shows everyone else, walks around with a smile on his face, and acts like he has one over on me. I walked in and told the manager never mind. I told the manager I was leaving, and he asked me to just finish the report. We tried to speak and the sales guy comes in the office looking for the camera battery. Manager asks him to let him talk to me and to give him some space. The guy stands there. Manager asks again and this time, he laughs and leaves. I took my receipt and went home. Tomorrow, I will call my body shop and get a quote. And all my husband was trying to do was be nice and have my car cleaned for me.

I have used this place many times for various cars and trucks in the past. This past weekend will be my last. Although they usually do a good job cleaning my vehicles, a couple of exceptions, but good overall. Yesterday I took my wifes car in for a full detail and wax job. When my car was ready I took my sunglasses off and hung them on my pocket to walk over and look at the car. It looked good, I thanked the girl that detailed it and tipped her. When I tried to get in the car I only got halfway in and had to back out to adjust the seat so I could get in, no big deal. Apparently when I did this, my $225 Maui Jim sunglasses fell on the ground and I did not realize it. After I was about a mile down the road I realized what had happened and went right back. When I pulled in and got out of my car someone standing near by told me the girl that had detailed my car found them. I went to find her but she was not standing in the detail area, so I asked another girl over there about her and my glasses. About that time I notice a guy sitting in the passenger seat of a car he was detailing with my glasses on his head. Luckily for him he was quick to hand them over. When I went inside to complain to management and explained to the girl at the counter what had happened, she paged for a manager. When no one showed up she walked outside with me to find one and the first one that walked up could not talk to me about it because he was busy. She called over the other manager on duty and when I explained to him what had happened he basically did not give a damn, and could not understand why I was upset. I finally got my point across and the girl that found them and had detailed my car walked up and they spoke in Spanish for minute or two. The bottom line is, they have a lost and found but my glasses obviously were never going to make inside to it. The guy with my glasses on his head probably thought he would be sporting some Maui Jims. If you want a clean car, they are pretty good. If you want honesty and not to worry about your stuff being stolen, forget it. When management does not care, why should the employees.

This was my second time to visit them and if there is anything positive I can say for them is that they are consistent...consistently BAD. I paid $55 for a interior detail. I even explained to the sales guy what I wanted cleaned and he even looked at my interior. I didnt ask about pricing as that wasnt an issue I simply wanted my interior cleaned throughly. The staff should look up the word detail because they have no idea what this means. I was quoted 40 minutes as there was nobody in any of the detail bays. I returned an hour later and waited another 40 minutes only to find the interior of my jeep filthy. A fine dust was still on the dash. Dried specs of dirt were still all over the front and back seats as if they didnt even vacuum. Seriously you could take your finger and flick the dirt specs off the seats...this wasnt a soiled seat or anything crazy. I pointed this and other deficiencies to the manager and he vacuumed the seats however after several attempts to clean other areas of my jeep I finally grew tired of having to point out basic areas that they missed. I plan on disputing the charge as I have yet to hear back from the owner. Word of warning to others...dont waste your money. You would be better off going through a basic wash at a gas station as it is far cheaper and does a better job than Cypress Station.

If I could give this place a zero I would. They did a good job on the oil change and car wash but one of the guys drying my car STOLE a knife out of my vehicle(I saw two of the guys standing and looking at me suspiciously near the door it was in). And the manager was very unhelpful and unapologetic, didnt seem to care because "his guys dont like knives". Im sorry but that is not how you handle that situation. Very disappointed and ashamed that not even the manager cared enough about their customers to try and get it resolved. I just wanted it returned, thats it. I wasnt trying to get anyone in trouble, whatever their repercussions were was not my business. I just wanted it returned. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE. IF THEY HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO TAKE SOMETHING FROM YOUR VEHICLE THAT THEY WANT WITHOUT BEING CAUGHT ON CAMERA (like they did today in the one spot with no cameras) THEN THEY WILL. Not saying all people who work there are thieves because they are not, several were nice but you run the risk of the one (or two) bad apple stealing from you if you go here.
