I have been here a few times before and everything was fine, however yesterday went to Quick Quack and purchased the unlimited monthly washes. After purchasing the card I asked the attendant a question and he had no idea what the answer was so he just told me to call and some one could answer me (I have no idea who he expected me to call). I proceeded to place my car in neutral, and the wash began, the only problem was there was no water. The attendant let the car wash take my car over half way through before he stopped it (as it is moving my car all of the large washers are hanging right in the middle and smacking my brand new car). After he finally stops the rollers he tells me I will have to put my car in reverse and back all the way out (hitting all of the washers again, not to mention having to go over these "rollers" as he was calling them, my tires were spinning just to get over them). As the large washer were hitting me car they shoved both of my mirrors up against the car, so I could not see anything, I had to ask the second attendant twice to help me fix the passenger side mirror, before she would help. After finally getting out of the car wash the attendant said "okay its fine now." He told me he needed my card to scan again in order to start the car wash again. I got the card out and gave it to him again, he ensured me everything was fixed and started the wash again. Once again there was no water and the exact thing happened. And once again he waited until I was half way through to stop and everything was repeated once again. This time as I was almost out he asked me to stop right before getting out of the wash, the second attendant asked me to roll down the window and explained the other guy was looking into the problem, as she was saying this the water started to spray from one of the sprayers all of the girl and inside my car. I was so upset at this point I told her to get me out of there now. After getting out their only response was "sorry, have a great day." After getting home (with no car wash" I examined my car, and realized that before you pull in the attendant sprays something on the front of your car, well whatever it was he sprayed on my car was smearing all over the place and leaving a white colored smear all over my hood (my car is black so it was very noticeable). I them had to go pay for a car wash somewhere else because I was defiantly not going back to Quick Quack! I dont think I will ever be going back there again!

These people wrote bad reviews on here are the problem with society today, give me a break its a car wash not a upscale steak house, the facility is nice and Ive never had an issue i wash my car and truck one a week there and its great, the attendance are nice and always helpful, is clean and does s pretty good job cleaving my cars. If u need a car wash is very cheap so dont listen to these other people on here. There is no where else in town for $20 a month you can get unlimited washes.

STAY AWAY! Damaged my vehicle, cost was over $700 to fix and they refused to pay or reimburse me. Manager (Matt Lee) lied to me, stating he would send me reimbursement check after i showed the invoice for the repair. I have emailed, called, and after 3 weeks, Matt finally said there was nothing he could do- this was 3 months ago. I have called corporate and left multiple messages with various reps... . Do not go to this car wash!!!

I have come through this car wash a few times since it has opened. Todays experience was a memorable one, and I wanted to thank the staff. Its veterans day today, and I was caught off guard when an employee asked if I was a veteran. I told her I was and she refused to take my credit card. I did not ask, nor expect such kindness. It meant much more than just a free car wash. Truely, thank you.

After 6 years and about 80 carwashes, this one ripped of my antenna and destroyed the mounting. The cost to fix this will be more than a year of washes could equal. The "attendants" on duty didnt even seem to care and just said, we have a sign. I left my info for the manager to call but they never did. This is not a good carwash and WILL damage your vehicle.

Dont buy unlimited washes they dont tell you it gets set up on auto pay each month. Vacumes lack power and stink. And wash is broke most the time I have gone to use it. To many well maintained washes around to pick this one. I asked to speak to the manager and was told he would have to call me back in two hours. Well nine hours later still no phone call.

The attendant seems very lazy and uncaring. The wash is better than most but will stop coming as soon as I find a better place. If the attendant takes more effort and pride in their work, Ill continue coming. I am so annoyed by the workers. Their vacuum dont suck either.

After having such bad car washes at HEB, I just had to give you 5 stars. First time user and impressed. Your wash doesnt streak and it dried well. The vacuum has AWESOME suction.i was spending$32 a month ($8, one day weekly) at HEB so Quick Quack is a deal for me. Thanks

Consistently great. The manager there is very nice. Never had any problems with any of the employees. Car is always clean. Free vacuums are great. The rain guarantee is awesome.

Very good wash and very quick. My favorite feature is the vacuums. Love that I dont need to keep feeding the machine money. Can take the time to vacuum well.

Great car wash. The staff is very nice. As a bonus, if you sign up for the monthly unlimited packages, other cars on your account are $10 each.
