I experienced a number of problems with this place. First off when I went in I told the guy outside that I wanted the $25 wash and when he tried to up-sell me on a more expensive service I told him that I was not interested. Then when I went into the store to pay the lady behind the counter insisted that I told the guy that I wanted the $41 wash and when I told her that I absolutely did not wash she then went outside to talk to the guy who wrote my ticket. When she came back in and told me that not only did I tell him that I wanted to the $41 wash I also allegedly told him that I wanted Armor All on the tires which I also did not want. After that misunderstanding about the price and service was sorted out and I was getting the car wash I wanted I then went outside to take the antenna off of my truck. When I asked the guy if they had a tool that I could use to remove it he told me not to worry about it and they would take it off before they ran it through the machine. I then went inside to wait for my truck, checking to make sure the antenna was removed, and it was. When the truck was finished I got in and saw that the antenna was sitting in the front seat so I then got out to reattach it. That was when I realized that the person who removed it literally broke off the antenna at the base instead of just unscrewing it. I then went to talk to the guy who was drying the cars off and after a short discussion where I explained the problem he told me to hold on and he would go speak with the manager. When he returned he told me that the manager said that it was already broken when I got here and I insisted that it wasnt and that it was attached to my car when I arrived. At this point I insisted to speak with the manager and when he finally made an appearance he told me again that it was broken when I got there and there was nothing that they could do about it and then after I insisted again that it wasnt he very rudely pointed to the front of the store and said that I should have read the sign that said that they werent responsible for damage to vehicles. Honestly I would have been okay with it if they apologized for breaking it or handled the whole situation better, but the level of professionalism was absolutely abysmal. Not to mention the quality of the car wash alone was poor to say the least.

At first I was hesitant to get my car detailed here because of the horrible reviews of this place, but they did a great job. When I first walked up, I spoke to the older black gentleman outside and voiced my concerns about their reviews. He did a great job explaining to me what I could expect and went in depth about some of the reviews that had been posted. After talking to him i went ahead and ordered, if I remember correctly, their shine up package. They shampooed the seats, shampooed the floors, and did the interior cleaning. They did a great job! I mean, the car is a 2010 Toyota Prius and they made it look brand new from the inside. I have no complaints. What I suggest if you are hesitant about trying this place, is to ask to speak to the manager so that you can voice your concern and see if they will meet your expectations. If not, at least you asked before you bought. Also I read other comments, one that caught my eye was that they didnt even try to dry the seats. Every place where I have been that shampooed my seats, always leaves them soaked. I mean, theres very minimal things that you can do about that. This is not a huge deal for me, mine were wet, and they suggested the same thing to me that they all do, leave your windows crack just a bit so that they can air out. I will be taking my other 3 cars there this week.

Was severely overcharged! I went in for a detail and was told it would cost $135. First he said there was no tax then as I was getting out the car, he said there is tax. No big deal. He asked if I wanted the engine cleaned, I said no not really, but he insisted I take a look. Since my husband was picking me up, I told him to come look at the engine. It looked fine and we passed on the extra $50 bucks. When we walked into the building to pay, I noticed he wrote in $150 instead of $135. I mentioned it to the clerk and she went outside to tell the ticket guy. In the meantime, we noticed a poster that says the cost of a detail is $104.99 and to add $10 for suv or truck. So he told me a job that cost $114.99 would cost $135 and tried to charge me $150! He tried saying it was the tax but we can do simple math! He then said he added wrong and wrote $135.00! Still wrong! We didnt make a big deal since they were going to be in possession of my car for several hours. Instead, I wrote a note explaining the mathematical error and stated that the $10.57 overcharged needs to go to the technician as part of his tip.

Went in for car wash and was supposed to pay a certain amount... say $20.00, but the cashier wasnt paying attention and charged my debit card $200.00 in error. They told me they could me they could not immediately correct this and place the funds back in my account, and that it would revert to me the following morning. The next morning... no refund, so there we sit, strapped for cash due to a needless error because the employees would just as soon be on their cell phones or texting rather than providing their customers with quality service as the name "superior" implies. The only one that seems to care about my car is the black gentleman who regularly washes my vehicle. His name is Chris, and I would definitely recommend asking for him to oversee your vehicles needs, as he apparently is the one who should be manager there. The place would definitely be all the better. Until then, ONE STAR. As you know, if you reside in Tomball, you don’t have much selection when looking for a full service car wash, so you may as well go with the best they have to offer there.

I was actually aiming for Jiffy Lube next door but turned in too early and being the lazy person I am, I just stayed here because I was seeking an oil change and they offered this service. The manager is enthusiastic upon greeting me and within 20 minutes (unheard of), my car is ready and payment is to be made. I am ready with card in hand when the same manager starts giving me a spill about Fuel Injector cleaners and educates me on what theyre for and why theyre necessary and how it affect car performance. Id been experiencing laggy accelerating and poor gas mileage so I said "what the heck" and tried it anyway. Plus, he threw in the best car wash option available. So I wait another 30 minutes or so and he comes and finds me, calls me by my name and tells me my car is ready. I get in, the floors are cleaner than Ive ever seen them and I take off and I almost cry because I experience NO lag in acceleration and my gas mileage and DOUBLED. THANK you Mr. Manager for referring this service to me. I am in love with driving my car again.
