If you care about your car dont go here, it will be damaged. The first time I went here I severely damaged the rim on my truck. The entrance to the wash is extremely narrow and has a very sharp turn guided by cones to line up on the tracks. If your in a truck you have to swing wide and take the chance of hitting what I did. On the right side is a very steep dip with a drainage ditch curb and you can see a lot of people have hit it. This being my mistake I went back a second time, avoiding the ditch but then got a nice scratch down the side of my door. Caused by something in the wash. I now have a new mustang, and thought maybe a car will be different. Go back a third time and the wheel thing on the track that guides and pushes your car, severely scuffed up my back driver side rim. Lots of gashes and black marks. I knew the whole time going through the wash it was probably messing it up because it was making a lot of noise, riding really rough and bouncing up and down like it wasnt catching. Needless to say I will never go back, and for your cars sake I hope you dont either. Hand wash your car if you care about it. You will get nothing but damage to paint and rims if you go here.

I usually go all the way to Garland to get a wash, but today I was like "meh, Im sick." I went close by in Mesquite and decided to give this place a try. This is probably the worst decision I have made thus far in 2017. I usually take real good of my car, especially since it is real new. Today wash was really disappointing, I do not even think it was a wash... It was more of throwing some water on my car. Along with that, my steering wheel was jerking back and force with firm turns on the railing. I found bumps and scratches on my wheel, along with a horrendous job of even cleaning the wheels. You would think the car wash would do great on the front part of the car since that is what gets most of the action. Nope. I ended up paying 5 dollars for them to throw some water, and me to clean it completely myself. I truthfully ended up getting damages to the car, along with a horrible job of washing the car. I do have a video of the scratches and dirt and debris, but sadly the file is too large to upload

The guys that do the little prewash before you enter the car wash are not very nice. One of them yelled at me and I couldnt understand what in the world he was trying to say. Remember not everyone comes to these places and dont know the routine... I forgot to put the car in neutral but he didnt have to yell, he just needed to point to the directions.

Horrible service! The handss free drying sound at the end of the wash blew my sealant off my window at the end and the manager Trey said that it wasnt their fault and they werent going to fix it. He also said that he was not allowed to give out the owners contact info because theyre privately owned. (VERY HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!)

The fat Hispanic/maybe white guy at the entrance is very rude and told me to my fave that I was a lair about putting $20 into the machine and not receiving change. So not only did I receive a $5 wash after basically losing $15 put I also got cursed at for asking to speak to a Manger.

Wash is fine. Assocaites are uncommunicative and like zombies . Maybe need some encouragement . Follow the signs inside and on way out let the track guide you. Only small bit of detail spots need a touch after a wash from this place.

You have to brush your tires yourself, the vacuum are not strong enough and the basic monthly rate does not include "Carnauva" or wax. But it si close to my home and I havent found any better option since I move to side of the city.

this place will steal your money, when my mom was there the fat guy with the brush at the entrance of the car wash room was rude when my mom went up to complain about the machine not giving us change for the 20 my mom put in.

System broke wiper off my vehicle. Mgr said that only happens if one turns on wiper during wash cycle. Refused to cover repair. I found it impossible to contact owner! Ive been prepay monthly customer since facility opened.

I normally dont like self wash drive throughs but this one does a really good job. Warning - make sure you let the wheel guides release your vehicle before taking off. The free vacuums and clean facility is another plus.

horrible. damaged my side view mirror and its been a nightmare trying to get the owner to contact me. if you have a p.o.s. car you dont care about. take it here. otherwise you are better off leaving your car dirty

Bad, bad experience. They scratched my brand new truck and wont pay for Ford to fix it. Bad district manager Adam was rude and unprofessional. Probably got promoted from scrub cleaner. Beware!!!
