DO NOT ALLOW THIS CAR WASH TO WASH YOUR CAR.. The Store Manager, Lynn called me a liar when I was attempting to explain to him how the brushes must have broken my rear brake light assembly on the car I was having cleaned that day, 2011 Mercedes Benz E350. He flat out refused to take ownership for the damages, after his Manager, Luis called to notify me on 8/11/2016, that the part was found there in their car wash bays. The cost of the repairs were $375.00, which he initially offered to pay 50%, but became angry after I refused to share the negligence with Royal Car Wash. Park Place Mercedes has indicated that the brackets were broken and the complete assembly had to be replaced. I have been a long time customer of this car wash and have never had an incident to this magnitude. Yes, they have had to polish an area that they may have missed things of that nature, but never damages. Nonetheless, I will go to the premises and call Mesquite Police Department and allow them to secure the insurance information so that I can file a claim with their insurance company. Which is all that I initially asked.. I never wanted a pissing match with the Store Manager, which is what our conversation became, after he called me a liar. I mean, what did I do wrong other than selecting Royal Car Wash to clean my car on 08/07/2016. Please beware and stay away.. Lynn is the most unprofessional, person I have ever come across. He gave me a run down of his credentials, that he has been cleaning cars since 1987...Yada, yada, yada.... He flat out called me a liar.. Wow!!!! Really that is how you treat your long time customers? Well, you never have to worry about me or any of my other friends and family utilizing Royal Car Wash again... So long and good riddance!

My husband and I signed up for monthly service for both of our cars. The very day we signed up, he washed his truck and the guys broke his floor mat. He has a brand new truck and the floor mats are snap ins to the floors. The Ford service tech was amazed that this happened. He said it had to have been excessive force to break that loose. They even ripped up the carpet from the floor and also broke the rivet from the floor. The manager "TIM" refused to repair the damage even with a written estimate in hand. I then asked to cancel my newly signed service with them because I will NOT take another vehicle of mine there again. He told me no. He finally cancelled the service with the help of Mesquite PD standing over him. I still had to cancel my creditcard with my bank (at the advice of the police) and we are fighting to get our money back for the 60 dollars he took from us and did not render appropriate services. The damage to the vehicle.....well its still 112 bucks to fix it and I guess well be satisfying that damage in court. Thanks for that 60 dollar car wash that cost us 112 bucks!!!! The manager refused us contact information for the owner of the franchise or any higher up contact number. He was rude, unprofessional and even got in my face as if he was going to assault me. I hope justice prevails with this guy, he has NO business working in customer service. I would NEVER trust them with my vehicles again. Most people may never have this happen, but keep in mind this is the way they treat you when something does go wrong!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We brought both our Kia Soul and Our Dodge pick up in for the 50 dollar detail wash. We were both very pleased but on the way home I rolled my window down on the Kia and this huge green strip of something wax-like appeared on my window. We had to clean our drivers side window of the Kia when we got home. There were also two very stubborn black marks on the drivers side door that are going to be hard to get off and they were not gone when I drove off either, but my husband and I are older citizens and were too tired to come back in nor turn around once I saw the green wax substance. On the up side, everyone was very friendly but my husband is 50 percent deaf so calling his "number" would never have gotten him to the counter. We only found out his was ready when I was called to get my car and they were paging my husbands number and I heard it. We were not told that is how we would be notified as other employees were coming in saying loudly RED DODGE or whatever the color and make was of the vehicle and THAT we would have heard. Just cancelled my membership at Royal Car Wash. Was a member there for 7 months and had no major issues. Unfortunately today, they didnt give me the discount on the hand wax that I had done once a month when they ran the $10 off special on hand wax. Mark told me that the discount doesnt apply to members and that he checked my history and they only gave me the discount last time by accident. BOLD FACE LIE! Everytime I got the wax(usually once a month) it was on special and they gave me the additional $10 off. I CAN NOT stand LIARS! Lost my business. If I would have rated this place before this occurence, would have rated it 4 stars. But due to Mark and his wanting to nickle and dime regular customers, I give it this!!! mIn, mIn,

This is the second time Ive gone to Royal Car Wash, and definitely the last time. I asked them to vacuum the very back of my car, I have a little SUV with a hatch, not that hard to clean, apparently so because the first time the didnt do it. I gave them the benefit of the doubt because they are super busy that afternoon, but today when I went in they didnt have anyone waiting at all so I asked again if they would vacuum and clean the backend, I was told they would. Thy didnt. Very poor cleaning job this time as well, there is still trash iny floor boards and they didnt hardly clean their cleaner off my doors, there are thick drip spots of their cleaner on my doors, not pleased. Terrible!!! Had to tell them to rewash our 2013 Toyota Tundra 3 times. Payed $50 for a good wash for my dads construction truck and got complete trash. We specifically told them to wash the storage compartment and the bed of the truck as a primary concern before they "vacuumed", but when the truck came out, the bed of the truck was full of trash, the storage compartment had grass and dirt, water spots all over the windows, the mats were still filled with crap, and the seats werent vacuumed at all. Stayed at this dump for 4 hours watching them talk and play around, and at the end they come up with lame excuses saying, "the machine isnt working well right now." Never coming to this place ever again!

I used to come here all the time, even though I dont even live in Meaquite anymore, but I wont go back! I got my car washed Saturday and it started raining Sunday night, and continued to rain through Tuesday. The car wash I bought has a "48 Hour" clean car guarantee. When I went in first thing Wednesday morning (because it finally stopped raining) they told me the 48 Hour rule doesnt matter if it rains or not. So in other words, they told me I should have come back in on Monday, when it was raining, to get my car washed BECAUSE THEY WERE OPEN! Who gets their car washed WHILE its raining? I will never go back again! Their 48 Hour Guarantee is a scam!
