I had an absolutely TERRIBLE experience here this weekend. The short of it is that despite having a morning appointment booked for their Express Detail that was supposed to last an hour and a half, it took all morning to actually do it. On top of it they did an awful job, I had to return multiple times to have things they had completely missed fixed, and wasted my entire day. Then they tried to blame me for it, before refusing to do any refund because they had "spent hours of time" on my car--which is what I was most unhappy about! Terrible service. Full details: My boyfriend has a monthly plan for their drive-through car wash, so when NTTA had vouchers for their detailing, I decided to try them out myself. I scheduled a 9 AM appointment that was supposed to last an hour and a half, and I chose that time because I needed to cover for a coworker at 1 so she could attend a funeral, and then that evening I was going to be driving people to and from the airport--making my schedule very firm and a clean car vital. Enough time to get detailed, go home and air it out, and go about my day, right? I drop my car off at 9, pay for the service, and then leave. I return at 11am and get my key from the attendant--and then get in my car to find the inside COMPLETELY UNTOUCHED. Not done badly or partway done, NOTHING DONE AT ALL. The attendant comes running over to tell me that he forgot they werent done and that they need more time because my car was more dirty. I might have believed that except they had not even started! I tell him I need my car cleaned, I cant leave like this. He says they will do it and that they will call. They do not call. I return at 12:30, the absolute latest possible for me to make it to work so my coworker can GO TO A FUNERAL, and he says they are "just finishing". The interior of my car was soaking wet, since there was no time to dry, so I get to drive it across town like that to park it in my work garage instead of being able to air it out. My work bag gets wet because I had no option but to bring it. Then leaving work I have to roll down my windows to help air it and find out they hadnt clean the tops of my windows! Theres an inch completely untouched on all of them! I stop back by and they clean them properly with a half-assed apology. I race home to try and air it out for the hour I have before I need to go to Arlington. Its then that I see they did a terrible job on the wheels, they were obviously just given a quick wipe down, not actually cleaned, and they forgot my front right tire and straight up didnt touch it at all. And one of the advertised services for this detailing is that it includes the "Full Service Wheel Deal". At this point literally all of my free time that Saturday has been wasted by them. I stop by on my way out to get some sort of refund--I scheduled an Express Detail, and it was neither "express" nor even all that "detailed". The manager refuses, and then tells me I should be happy that he didnt charge more because I "already got a discount". Hes referring to my NTTA voucher, which is not, in fact, a discount, since I traded value for them and they are getting benefits from NTTA in exchange. He tells me he wouldve called when it wasnt going to be done on time, but didnt have my number, despite having my appointment booking? Plus I was also there for 20 mins waiting on my ride when I first dropped off. He then says all he can offer is for me to pull around and wait while they do my tires. Which I dont have time for. Not to mention Ive already spent over 4 hours dealing with them, and not to mention all the ways the rest of my day was inconvenienced. Oh yeah, and then I got to drive to Arlington with my windows down to try and get the car completely dry before picking up passengers---not a lot of fun in Texas in July! Completely unprofessional. I will never be going there again, and my boyfriend has already said he wont be renewing his membership either.

Worst service ever.... I have a year plan with them due to the Park Blvd location. My first time trying to use this location, I requested to have my insides clean for an additional fee. The Windows inside were still dirty and not well cleaned as well as my leather seats. So I made it an requirement for me to go to the Park Blvd location for all future cleans which is no longer close to me... well today, I was desperate to get my car cleaned so I came to this one again... no one was up front to check in the cars. I was not given a receipt so they know what service to do with my car. The machine guy, only cleaned the back of my car with the brush; resulting in the front being dirty. The machine was not running while my car went through. I had to find someone to tell them it was not working. So the young man had me go through again. This time NO brush was used to clean my car before going through the machine. The wrong settings were placed on the machine so I had a lower wash plan then what I pay for monthly and to top it off there was no one in sight to dry my car and complete up my tires as needed. I still have soap on my car and bugs on the front window! This is unacceptable and Im going to cancel my services. I have unexplained scratches on my car and to be treated as if this is a free service is a slap in the face.

The quality of the car wash is 5 star but the lack of direction is why I am only giving them 4. You have to drive around back to pay and go through the tunnel. Once finished you choose a bay for the employees to dry and anything else you paid for. I always see cars pull in and instantly stop not knowing where to go next. The employees just look up and continue back to what they were doing leaving a car just sitting there it knowing what to do. Eventually the guy that takes your payment will save them in but every time i have been there, this has taken up to a minute or so. This dont sound like a long time untill your the one blocking the only drive.

Dropped a vehicle off to be detailed before sale. I was told it would take 1 hour and I would receive a call when its ready. 3 hours later I had not received a call, and was standing in front of a potential buyer with nothing to show. No one answers the phone number given, so my only option was to make the drive back over to the car wash location just to find out it still wasnt ready. 3 hours is fine, so long as there is advance warning or at least a courtesy call with an explanation/update. Also, for 3 hours worth of work, the overall finished clean was sub par. Ive had equal quality for a third of the time and half the cost.
