Everyone was friendly when I went there! Prices are decent for what you get, and they definitely spend time on the wheels getting the brake dust off if you pay for the tire shine service. However, the wash process is not what Id call "gentle", the brushes they use in the beginning to scrub the front bumper and rear bumper are quite abrasive, and left A few very faint swirl marks in the paint. Overall pretty good experience for a quick car wash, as always doing it yourself is always better and far more cost effective, but hey - time is money!

Their car wash was not working, yet they had customers going through the wash in drive and telling them to just drive over all of the tracks. They cracked my hubcap, they saw it happen and didnt even tell me... I guess they wanted to let me discover it on my own. I am furious and will never go back. Oh and my car obviously didnt come out clean. GM didnt have time to talk to me when it happened. Seriously? Terrible customer service. Car wash was not working and yet they still let customers go through it? No thanks.

AWFUL absolutely AWFUL........I went here on lunch to remove sticky stuff and the sticky stuff is gone but now I have scratches everywhere......the terrible brushes there will ruin your paint. I am meticulous about my car and Im pretty sure the scratches werent there prior. My car was still dirty and I pulled to the free vacuums to finish what the attendants and machine started. DONT USE THIS PLACE AT ALL!!! Free vacuums though!!!

Every time I get a wash and I vacuum out my car the manager Bill always come over to me and ask if I like my wash and if my car is extra dirty before I come and and I have a a dirty spot or two he tells me to go around for another wash on the house. The guys do a great job and they work hard. My goal to gar wash.

Went to use the free vacuums and thought i should get a car wash. Sat in line for 15 minutes and then they decide to tell me my already purchased car was would need to be voided due to an issue with the car wash. The guy came to get my recipe and told me Id be refunded and im still waiting 2 days later

Terrible service. DO NOT GO HERE! Brushes hurt your cars paint. Wheels dont get cleaned completely and towel dry guy missed all the spots the brushes missed. Terrible car wash, Im not discruntled cause I learned my lesson about this place. Ill never, ever go back.

These guys are great! I took my Black Tahoe on 4/6/17 for a detail and they did such a great job that I took my baby (2005 Black Corvette) in the next day. Roland is fantastic with a buffer...no swirls or scuff. Thank you "My Car Wash" Tony R.

Extremely rude staff. Instead of showing ANY appreciation for my business, they acted as if I was lucky to be in their presence. Even worse, they didnt even do that good of a job on my car! I will definitely NOT be back!

Quick service and a 10-day re-wash just for the asking (with receipt of course). You only get the cheapest option for the re-wash though, not the same one you purchased but that still works for me!

Dont waste your money. Staff in lazy but polite. Car wash throws soap all over vehicle sheboygan pulling out. They said that why they wipe it off with dirty towels.
