First I called to make sure that I didnt need to make an appointment before going. The girl that answered told be no I didnt need an appointment and at that time would be a good time to come because they werent busy. So I left work to drop my car off at 11 am. When I got there some little girl came and told me that they were to busy and under staffed and they wouldnt be able to work on my car. I told her I just called and someone told me to come. She said well I can let you speak with the manager. So he said the same thing. I said well someone needs to tell the girl whoever answered the phone because I just left work to come up here and also had a coworker to come with. That is time I didnt have to waste. He said well go ahead a leave your car and Ill personally get to it. I said if your not able to get to it then Ill just take it and go somewhere else. He said no Ill do it. I just wanted the interior detailed. Thats it. This was at 11 in the morning. I received a call at 1 saying my car was done. I thought they said they were so busy, how could it be ready at 1. Shampoo and dry... no somethings not right. I got there about 2:15. Looked in my car, he had greased up my car so bad that you put your hands on anything you would slide. 3 days later it was still greasy. I had to get a towel to wipe it down. I didnt say anything about it because I thought it will dry. Nope!! But what I did point out was that only parts of my car had been touched. Other parts were dry. There were spots in my car and I had to point it out to them. If you are paying $90 for a service, you are expecting a great job. He turns around a says to me, what do you want me to do. What!!! Im thinking are you serious... I said well since u did half the work how about I pay you half the price and I go about my business. He said no just point out what you want me to work on. I was very irritated but I kept my cool. I really wanted to go off because I was crunched for time as well as alot of other people Im sure because it was Christmas Eve and Im sure they really wanted to hurry and get off work. But Im sorry, you are there to do a job and not halfass do, might I add. He worked on those spots. If I wasnt in a hurry I would have said do the whole thing over and wash the car for the inconvenience. But I just wanted and needed to hurry and leave. I will not be returning to this business and I will make sure I tell anyone and everyone I know to not go there. Very disappointed in not only the work but the customer service. He apologized in the end but if you do what you are suppose to do in the beginning, right, then it wouldnt be a need for apologies and I wouldnt have to write this long book. Also, always remove everything because they will take. I had some thing on the side panel door. I was hoping they wld just leave alone or put back whatever. Also I left a little change to see if what Ive heard from others that they will take your money. Well its true and its sad. It wasnt a lot but the fact is, it didnt belong to them. But since they feel the need to steal I hope they feel blessed. THANKS!! Oh just realize instead of these sorry no good people washing my mats they just stuck them in the trunk of my car. Now when you are cleaning the interior of a car, doesnt that include the mats too? Ridiculous! Moved my star from a 2 to a 1 star. NEVER AGAIN!!

I am definitely one of those people that are too lazy to wash my own car, so I often get my car washed at these full service places. I usually got to this one in Wylie but they always disappoint me. I was on my way to pick up my son from his babysitter and I passed this place and decided to stop on a whim. I am EXTREMELY thankful I did. They were very friendly and helpful when I pulled up. Then after it was washed and they detail the inside and dry it off. There was a man named Bobby, I think he was a manager, and if he wasnt he certainly should be. I could tell he really cared about his job && about making sure my car was done right. They even went as far as scrubbing the dirt around the bottom of the door off with a sponge. I was extremely impressed.. usually I get my car back and am upset because the carpet barely looks vacuumed or they just quickly wiped my console and stuff down. My car was spotless and almost looks brand new. I dont even live near garland but I will drive to come back to this place.. I didnt leave feeling like I had just wasted money. I left and felt relieved my car was finally clean and it was clean to a great standard. Thank you so much Star Car Wash, you guys are truly stars!

I have been coming to this car wash for over 16 yrs. seen them exchange owners as well as employees.... They have seen me change several cars throughout the years and have been quite pleased up until now! When they started charging extra to wipe the inside of your car I thought ok that is supposed to be part of the wash, but still remained loyal customer up until today! Call on yesterday for hand wash to make sure they do them explained I would get there when they opened since I am very aware of how busy Saturday could be!!!! Was there at 8 only 2 cars in drive, low and behold I was told to come back in an hour because he did not have anyone to wash my car! Hmmmm only 6 others guys standing around doing nothing. To say the least I have other things to do today..... Now sitting at Kwik Kar Murphy getting the hand wash I wanted and they did an excellent job along with great customer service! Goodbye Star and good riddance from a long time loyal customer!!!!

This car wash is truly the best! I allowed my car to get to the point where I couldnt even stand to get in it. I had spilled stuff and there were spots from having kids in the car. I was embarrassed about how it looked but took it to Garland Star Caash. They helped me feel comfortable about everything. A number of the staff worked on my car together. They did the most fantastic job and my car smells great! And, the price was unbelievable. Another time, I let some oranges rot in my car; my car smelt so terrible! I took it to Garland star car wash for just a spot cleaning. They detailed my carpet, got rid of the smell, put a better smell in there, and it only took a few minutes ! This place is the best for Price, for friendly service, and for getting your car back to looking And smelling new!
