I came here 3 days in a row to have cars in my fleet detailed and was told each time they didnt have enough people. I kept coming back over the next 2 days and the same thing. Finally on the fourth day, I was able to get some things going. After waiting for my car to get detailed, I observed only 2 guys that work hard. One guy who appears to be a Supervisor or manager of sort only sits in his car the whole time while the other 2 seem to do everything. He isnt hard to miss because he sits in a black Mercury Grand Marquis. Hopefully the next time I come here the service will be a lot better. This is the only car wash on Buckner in this busy area so maybe these guys should act as of they arent.

Dont go there I went yesterday and while going through I heard load hit on passenger side when i finished I parked my car and I saw dent and scratches, i called the manager and showed him but he said May be thats when ppl open their doors but its not because I know my car and those scratches and dents werent their, I will file an official complain I have picture for before and after because I posted pictures for the car on line to sell it and it didnt have the dents.

The machines always go down and they still charge you. I always go back thinking it was a one time thing but that is not the case. I like to give multiple chances but every time I go the machines are down. Go and you will see what I am talking about. I tried to tell the employees and they just ask dumb. Never going back. Siempre que voy las maquinas no funcionan. Si no me cre vaya y usted vera. Les di como 5 oportunidades y siempre es lo mismo. Ya no vuelvo.

They are great most of the time but lately some of their brushes arent working when you go through the wash. Ive paid for a $10 wash and come out and my tires had no dressing, then the guys in the back wanted to charge me $5 to do my tires. The tire dressing was supposed to be included in my wash.

The machines always go down and they dont stop taking peoples money to fix them. They just keep the line moving. I am dumb for always going back thinking they will fix the machines. If you go you will see what I am talking about.

I was very pleased with the level of service for the price I paid. I would certainly return to the establishment. Everyone I interacted with was very kind and helpful, and the basic wash I paid for was great.

Will never visit again. Was charged a pricr for complete car wash, but they just dried exterior only for $15.00. If you go, just dry it yourself and pay the lowest price
