I had about the best experience anyone could ever have locking their keys, phone, purse, money, and even water in the car at this car wash. This could have easily been a messy disaster. I can’t believe going to a car wash saved me as much as going to this one did, even on a personal safety level. I’d shut my car doors for about 10 minutes to vacuum my mat after getting a really great car wash. Unbeknownst to me, my car has a safety feature where it automatically locks the doors after 5-10 minutes. I went inside the car wash office desperate to call pretty much the only number I had memorized, 1-800-Esurance (my roadside assistance). I’ve only locked my keys in my car twice in my life, so I was pretty embarrassed. Taylor Inman was inside, and was extremely nice about it. Rather than incapacitate the business phone, he let me use his own personal cell phone and run down his battery for what ended up being 1.25 hours! (It took Esurance forever to find someone to dispatch.) As he handed his phone to me, he missed a phone call. I offered to give it back before I dialed Esurance, but he said he’d check just it later. He didn’t complain, rush me, or even ask how much longer it would be. A guy named Ian intuitively came in and turned on the A/C to make it colder inside, just to be sure I was comfortable while I was using Taylor’s phone. Good catch Ian, thanks! Esurance said it would be about an hour until the locksmith could get there. I was perfectly content to sit and ponder the universe for that hour, but Taylor wasn’t going to have that. He brought his own personal Kindle, and set me up to watch Game of Thrones on his own personal account probably using data off his own personal data plan. I was sitting behind the large glass windows in the direct path of the sunlight. Although I didn’t mention the fact I was about to catch fire like an ant under a magnifying glass, he intuitively figured it out and moved a large advertisement sign between me and the sun. Furthermore, as if that wasn’t enough, I was floored when he came in with a free chilled bottled water and gave it to me. The entire time I was there, this guy kept insanely busy. He was one of the most energetic people I’ve ever seen, scurrying around cleaning, organizing, and making everything perfect. Customers came in with strange picky demands, and he’d accommodate every single one of them with a perky upbeat smile on his face. Thanks Taylor for trusting me enough to leave me sitting there with your Kindle, and for letting me run down your battery, for blocking the sun, for the water, and for turning what could have been a terrible situation into a really nice day. You are just an amazingly genuine nice guy. Oh, and I hadn’t had a car wash in at least 9 months. The express wash did a great job getting every speck of dirt off, and the hot wax made it look brand new. Also, I’ve been to other car washes, but these vacuums are the easiest ones I’ve ever used. They’re very ergonomic and easy to maneuver. You guys have a customer for life. I’ll be posting this everywhere, because I want you to stay in business FOREVER!

I recently purchased a new, black car, and I quickly realized that it exposes dirt very easily. As a result, I needed to find a quality car wash place where I could pay a flat fee every month and wash my car as frequently as possible without having to worry about rain dirtying up my car immediately after a wash. After researching car washes online and speaking with Taylor, I decided to purchase a three month endless pass from Legends. Legends offers fresh green tea scented towels for cleaning the inside of the car every time you roll through the wash. All you have to do is give them the old towel back and they will hand you a new one. Also, there are free vacuums available for public use. Without going into specific details, during the first month, an incident occurred that caused some very minor damage to my car that was visible only in direct sunlight (I am a very particular person; Im sure most people wouldnt have noticed). I brought this to Taylors attention and had cordially requested a refund for the two months remaining of the endless pass that I hadnt used yet, which I felt was a reasonable request. I was very surprised when Taylor offered to send me to a quality detailing shop to fix the issue at his expense. Taylor was very hands on with facilitating this process. He even offered to pick me up from the detailing shop after I dropped off the car and drive me to work while my car was being perfected! After my car was fixed, he called me the next day to make sure they did a good job with my car. Excellent customer service is becoming increasingly rare (almost non-existent) these days, and Im just so thankful for Taylor and Legends for going above and beyond to ensure their customers are taken care of. I highly recommend this car wash without any reservations and am confident that everyone will be blown away by their exceptional customer service. This is quite possibly the best customer service experience Ive ever had.

I took my car in for a wash for my first time at legends. Ten minutes later I noticed that my paint was off. The wash took some of my clear coat off. At least that is what I was told. After two months of waiting for legends to compete the claim I filled, I was just informed that legends will not be fixing my paint. First they thought it was because of a paint job that and now they say it is because of the sun. He asked me if my car was used? Followed by how old is the car? The assistant manager said, " I dont know why this would be happening to your car so quickly. " He said we have washed 80,000 cars and your the only one who has come in with an issue. He also said that the chemicals we use wouldnt do this. Chemical is the key word. I will never use a legend car wash again. I deal with warranties on a day to day basis and nobody wants to take blame. With that being said we fix or mistakes. Considering the body shop said this will cost thousands of dollars to fix youd think they would do, what I believe, to be the right thing.

BEST automated car wash in all of the Lone Star State. Its as if I cleaned my own car with my own two hands when Ive actually havent. So with bang for your buck this wash goes over and above what you pay for. I make a 300 mile commute to come to the upper metropolitan area of Dallas, when I do come with my bug ridden vehicle and go through this car wash its as if my car looks like its brand spankin new. You get more than what you paid for thats for sure. The fact that this car wash doesnt have a 5 star flat rating on Google reviews is simply astonishing. Management and staff, keep up with your high quality car wash with regards to maintenance and keeping up the quality of output, you make people happy knowing that their car is being completely washed, it helps when people have busy work schedules and dont have time to wash their own vehicle themselves. Thank you.
