Sometimes Good, sometimes bad. Ive been here about a dozen times and its a mixed bag depending on who is working. I had something taken from my car ONCE, that could be considered more my fault though, however, management addressed it and replaced the item for me, so no complaints with how it was handled and I should have removed it prior to getting my car detailed. As far as the wash goes sometimes its great, if you get there and its busy, there is no attention paid to the order in which people arrive sometimes, and I had to remind the cashier that I arrived prior to another car in a different line that was moving faster than mine for some reason. Same goes for the people who wash the car after you go through the auto wash, some are better than others. Sometimes Im very happy with the job and everything is very clean, other times I have to point out areas, inside and out, that they missed. Like any service, just inspect the job before you leave. Although I shouldnt HAVE to, its the only way to ensure you are getting your moneys worth, which here is a tad on the high side to have to double check the work......so I expect more. When its done right though, its worth the money.

The only bad thing about this place: it has tremendously raised my standards for all other car wash places. I did the basic $7 just to try how the service is. The billing guy is real friendly fella. Then I proceed to entrance of washing machine. Two gentlemen (not one like most places, but two!) manually sponged and washed briefly the surface dirt away. Now, most of places I have been to just have one guy who spends about 1.5 seconds to do half-ass job with a broom sponge to wipe away the dirt, but wave wash does it right; they made sure that soap was sufficiently applied prior to entrance. After the wash ended, I drove home, walked out, and BOOM, wow, I will be using wave wash religiously, and try more expensive washes and services because you guys won my trust :) Oh, I saw on their website they do free wash if it rains after wash... who does that? amazing!

Drove back from Houston to Dallas, Sunday afternoon. Sleet started falling north of Buffalo, Texas and it was all down hill from there. What should have been a 4 hour drive, max took over 7 hours. ICE all around the body of my husbands black Ford F150 and behind both bumpers and inside all of the wheel wells. The guys who spray down the vehicles before starting the machine did their darndest to get the ice off of the truck. I pulled around to the free vacuum station to inspect underneath the truck. Ice and salt/sand behind the front bumper. I reported this to the nice cashier/attendant and she invited me to take the truck back through the wash again! The guys with the powerwash hoses were so nice and the second time around did the job. THANK YOU WAVE WASH!

Ive always gone to Tommys Terrific because its closer to where I live, but they recently raised their prices and took away all rain wash guarantees, so I tried this Wave Wash instead. First impressions... - Vacuums are a lot stronger. I always have trouble getting those little crumbs out of the seams of the seat, but these vacuums got them all! They also have a narrower nozzle so you can get between the seat and the door which is nice. - They include a rain wash guarantee with every level of wash (up to 10 days!), the quality of the wash was great, and the prices are the same, so you get a lot more for your money.

I wasnt happy with the set up of the place. I paid a lot of money for a detail and left unhappy and with bugs still stuck on my front end. YOu would think that after 56$ car wash, you could get all of the bugs off. They claim they did the best they could. There is one on Mockingbird that has a special spray that removes bugs to I know they CAN. I probably wont go back there just because of the prices and the lack of service. I know those people work hard and they dont get paid much. It wasnt about the workers, the management couldnt remove my bugs either.

Do NOT do the detail one. I went there because my Jeep got wet and they charged me $55 dollars to shampoo the carpet. After 30 mins they told me it was done; but I noticed that they did not wash the carpet. I asked them and one of the workers did not know if they washed it. After a couple of minutes they told me they did not so I had to asked them to do it. Then when I left I noticed that they did not put the mats in the car. I had to go back :(. Worst experience EVER!!!

What a great car wash service! I am usually hesitant to pay for a detailing service, because the quality of service is always based on the strength of the managers and the team members. I cant be more impressed. For around $50, my car was spotless inside and out. I have a toddler and like most toddlers, they can make a mess when eating snacks. Car seat very clean. They were even able to clean and get the sap off the windshield. Excellent job!

Went today, hand wash not auto, and noted three things of interest: 1) The Soap button barely worked. It was more like water with a little soap. 2) No label for "foam brush", had to start picking random buttons and hoped it worked- while the clock is still running. But once I found it, worked very well (only reason I did not give them 1 start). 3) Homeless person bugging you while trying to wash the car.

My SUV was stolen back in January and recovered last week. The thief wreaked havoc on the interior as if he was transporting livestock and putting mentos in coke bottles then spraying it everywhere. I thought I would take it to get detailed and the car wash would turn me away. It was that bad. Wave Wash did a fantastic job. The interior looked almost like it did prior to the theft. Thanks!

I like my car again!! Went there on a Sunday afternoon and got a detail done. Paid $54 to get some super clean plus scrubbing and conditioning my leather seats (on a full sized SUV). They got it done in about 45 min while I had a glass of wine at Becks Prime next door. This is the happiest ive been about a car wash / detail in quite some time. I will definitely be going back to this place.

Not the best for your money. Yes the free vacuum is good but dont expect much for your money. Its about the same as going to a gas station for cheap wash. Got out and you can tell several places where their belts did not touch the car. In addition you can see the dryer sucks bc soap is still dripping and doors are dripping with water. I wish I could get my money back.

I paid for the more costly car wash and although it was a very good wash, it wasnt great. My car had been covered in bird droppings so I mentioned to Christian that I was happy with the wash but not ecstatic, and he had me go through the wash again and it was great! Plus, since I purchased the quality wash, I can wash it again for the next 7 days.
