The reviews dont lie...simply look for another place!! I watched the customer before me have to ask that the wheels be cleaned and the tires be dressed AFTER her car was called "done", and even had to ask the guy to fix the tires after the first attempt because he did a half-assed job. I paid for the $40 wash and detail, assuming itd be halfways decent, but the extra $20 just meant the employee would drive it to a more private spot under a tent on the side where he could smoke a cigarette while washing the windows and doors jambs. Simply unbelievable. I paid $40 to make my brand new car smell like smoke. Needless to say, my paint is now swirled from dirty towels, I had to get streaks off the windows when I got home, and I had to buy air freshener thanks to Mr Newport. Theyre in a convenient spot, so they get enough suckers coming in to pay for overhead, but I guarantee they have ZERO repeat customers. The attitudes, lack of care and respect for the customer, and overall lack of professionalism will ensure that I never go back to this place.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! Pulled in at lunch for a quick $20 cleaning. It was my first and last time to go to this dump. Waited around for someone to acknowledge me and write up my order. Went inside to pay where there was an old lady smoking and no one wants to say anything to her??? My stock F250 truck comes out with a piece of roof moulding falling off. WTH? I go outside and take it to the manager - Mircel Duran who is worthless and laughs at me saying they are not responsible. This guy has zero customer service skills and zero management skills. Even the guys drying the vehicles moved at a slow pace. The truck was not even clean! I would have been better paying $7 at the gas station drive through. Now I have to go to the dealer and have the moulding replaced at my expense. This place has no management and it shows. Its running itself into the ground. Avoid at all costs!

Horrible car wash, I wish I would have read the reviews first, everyone is spot on. I was the first person in line for a regular wash. After 30 minutes, I had to ask the cashier if their equipment broke down or something, my car hadnt moved and no one had touched it. Cars were piling up behind mine with no one in site. She strolled out there then told me "he is vacuuming now". 20 minutes later, when my car was in the same spot, I told her I needed my car back right now I had to get back to work. Someone finally jumped in and got it through the wash. Then I watched someone wipe down my car with the same cloth he kept using to wipe the sweat of his face and neck.

This was the worst experience of my damn life. I got a oil change and then car wash followed. I go to pick up my car and there are water spots everywhere. I was told it rained after they washed my car. I said asked them to rerun the car and the manager refused. The lady at the desk is useless. She has an attitude refused to go & get the manager. She told me he was outside and that i could walk outside to look for him. I asked for the owner number. I called the number while standing there & of course it rings the desk Im standing in front of. DO NOT EVER USE THERE SERVICE! If you do its your fault & you will regret it. Youve been warned.

I just moved right down the street from this place and WILL NOT be back! 2nd time in a row Ive received awful service! The employee stared at me for 10 minutes as I waited in the express lane for order to be taken. He has done this twice in a row!!!!! The visit before both those two, my car was covered in pollen with a few sap spots. Employee tells me, "you know we are going to charge you an extra five dollars, right?" Why, I replied? "Because if our machine cant get this off, people may think our carwash doesnt work." "Well need to hand wash it, instead" I told him no sir, I will go elsewhere.

My truck had bugs the grill, windshield, and hood after the $18.99 car wash. I pointed it out to the owner. He told me it was "details fault" and to go back to them. They went inside when I drove back over to them. I waited for a few minutes but I had to go back to work as I was on my lunch break. I asked the owner if I could come back the next day. He said, "No, you will mess up the car." He then proceeded to yell at his employees in front of me. He was terrible to them. I paid extra because I drive an SUV and my back was not vacuumed out. Why pay extra? I will not be back.

I worked here as a cashier. And let me tell you, they WILL RIP YOU OFF! they dont clean the car when it goes in the tunnel. Nor do they put soap on the machines for your car to get clean. The owners are the Asians. They dont like when people know who the owners are. They would take money from my paycheck. They assume I would take their money. They wont return your money back if youre not satisfied. Its a "store policy" . and they also gave away people information at one point. Just dont go here.

Pay attention to reviews, theyre there for a reason - Flagship has zero customer service. You pay $8 for your car to run through a rinse cycle. Half way through I realized my car had never been sprayed with soap, you slowly roll through a rinse cycle while brushes spin around your car. The only "cleaning" thats done is by the guy at the beginning who has an old brush with soap on it as he scrubs your front and rear windows. Move on to the next!

Well, the price for the washes are pretty reasonable. Unfortunately, the servicentire accommodates the service quality. I bought the $19.99 package at which the guys failed to clean my windows. Really? Cleaning the windows are the basics of a car wash. I drove away after the cleaning and noticed the unwiped windows before making a U-turn back to her them cleaned. At least they honored the mistake and cleaned them.

This place was great. 11 bucks, my car was done in 10 minutes, and its actually clean. Not saying its spotless, but my dogs hair has even gone so far as to infiltrate my toothbrush... so Im a realist. I got there at 8:45 am on a Saturday. There were 2 cars ahead of me, and both were done and gone within minutes of me sitting down to wait. Seriously though, these guys were great, friendly, and Ill be going back.

This place is gone downhill in the last several years, most of the time when I have to go by there, their credit card machine doesnt work, there nozzles on the water and soap spiders are usually clogged up so bad that only two or three of them work at a time. The hanging scrubbers need to be replaced and have needed to be replaced for months. Simply just bad
