Im going to start this off with how amazing my first experience was... it was my wifes 2009 Honda Accord and they did a very great job and made her car look better than its looked since we first got it. That is what motivated me to bring my personal vehicle back there. So today (08/21/2017) around 1230 pm I took my 2016 Ford F-150 in for a wash. Because of my first experience, I was not worried at all handing the keys over to them. I absolutely baby my truck though and make sure shes top notch. Leaving in a rush to get back to work, an individual runs my antenna out to screw it back on. I thought nothing of it at the time. When I got back to work I did my walk around to admire it and look at it just to see how clean and nice it was. They did a mediocre job on my truck but it did have a lot of bugs on it which I know are tough to get off. But then I noticed more. A scratch where the antenna was where you can tell they used a tool to pry it off. A random scratch on the back near the bed that goes from the top to the bottom. And lastly a large amount of damage on the roof of my truck. It is not a lifted truck but it does have a leveling kit. Its a hard rubber area of trim that is damaged and not the aluminum body but it looks awful. I now have to get in contact with my insurance company for something I could of addressed at the location. I have no way of proving it was them because I left the scene instantly after. I did not even try to reach out to them also because I know there is a bit of a language barrier. I have a brand new truck with 10,000 miles on it and I absolutely know this damage was not there before I went to this location. Be cautious with this place people, I am very displeased this happened. A car may be fine here but I dont believe a truck like mine should of been at this car wash.

I dont normally write a lot of reviews but in this case it it warranted. I visited this car wash for the first time yesterday and it was a bit more of an ordeal than expected. First, let me say they did a fine job on my vehicle. I have no complaints there at all. Prices are a bit more than I am used to but, its full service so that was nice. The ordeal part was that my remote door opener locked the vehicle while going through the wash. Wasnt aware that could happen but it did. Once the guys at the wash realized it they told me and were more than accommodating trying to solve the problem. Offered to take me to my home nearby to get extra key but house key was in the vehicle. Called locksmiths, none of which worked on Sunday. They kept trying. As a last resort some tools were located that enabled them to unlock the door. Big shout out Pee Wee, in particular, who opened the vehicle and kept me informed what was going on and didnt give up until situation resolved, and the other guy (didnt get his name) who offered to drive me to my home to get the extra key. . I appreciated it very much and in my case they certainly did have great customer service and acted like they cared. I will definitely go back there.

I purchased the managers special so I could have the interior cleaned. I just posted photos of the interior of my car (I dont know where they went) after the car was supposedly "cleaned". The dashboard is shiny and a little vacuuming was done, but the interior of the car is pretty much as dirty as it was before it was "cleaned". This is the second time this has happened; the first experience was disappointing, but since the location is so convenient to my home, I thought Id give them another chance, and I regret that I did. Hopefully I will have time to take my car back there so they can finish the job they were supposed to do when I was there the first. time. I would recommend that anyone looking for a good car wash service look somewhere other than this Mi-T-Fine location. It isnt even close to fine.

I went to this location as I live close by and had used that car wash for YEARS. It was a great place to go, everyone was friendly and fun, you could get fun deals like put the sticker on your car and get free wash after 10; if you were wearing a certain sports (usually) logo you got a free wash. Rain checks were the norm. Then I went shortly after it was sold to these folks and my very first wash damaged my front end of the car. I asked for the manager and a guy came out who didnt speak English. I asked him if there was anyone there who spoke English and he said no. We tried to communicate about the damage, he said wasnt their fault. Ive never been back there since. No deals any more. There used to be lines there every single sunny day. Not now, and I know why.

Not what it used to be. Customer service is a thing of the past! They would not honor my rain check without a receipt. I even showed them on my bank statement where I had purchased the wash 2 days prior. Now of course they say thats their policy because they need a hard copy to account for the number of rain checks that go through the tunnel blah blah blah. So youre telling me that theres no way to comp a wash? Ever? Ive worked at a car wash before I know full well it makes no difference if one extra vehicle goes through. I just expected more from these guys I have been a loyal customer for years but they just lost all my future business over a $6 trip through the tunnel.

For the first time I went to this location on Dec 29th. to have my Honda Pilot washed. It was an exterior wash only. Well, when I came home I notice that a part from the back windshield is missing. Few days later I went there to ask for the missing part. After I spoke with the manager he went to see if he can find the part and came back empty hands. He didn’t even apologize. Worse car wash ever!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I regret that I didnt read all the reviews earlier. :(

No free vacuums with exterior wash which is frustrating. They have vacuums, youre just not allowed to use them yourself. The wash itself was fine but half the reason I went was for that. So my mistake. I just assumed there would be free vacuums like most other car washes. The price is not any better so not worth it without that, unless youre going to pay them to vacuum, detail, etc.

Undoubtably the dirtiest building I have ever been in. I was the first customer of the day and the floors were filthy. There was so much food and trash and dried spills that I couldnt believe it. The rug they had in there had never been vacuumed. The furniture was filthy also. There was what appeared to be rat poop under one of the tables. It was disgusting! I will NEVER GO BACK!
