Not sure how to rate this.. Car came out clean but I lined my car up for the tracks and put it and natural and everything else they told me to do but when I was done I started to pull out.. And my power steering was completely gone! And for the next couple of days I had no power steering unless the car just started and was cold, not 100% sure if it was my fault or the washes but it has seemed to fix itself for now I havent driven very far since then so no telling if it comes back

I am on a monthly plan and it gets the work done. But only one complaint I have with this place. Not so recommended for low ground clearance cars. The machines tend to miss the side skirts. I have a 335i sports package and its low. Not a single time it cleans the side skirts making it look real ugly. I come home and have to clean them every time. Even if I tell the guys to clean it while entering the wash area - they only do it on the left side. Otherwise its good.

Went here for the first time today and Im thrilled! Although it was busy because of a managers special on Wednesdays, they really took the time to pay attention to detail! They even took the time to do their best removing my dogs very tenacious hair from the interior. My car looks nicer than it has since I bought it new! Two other customers I chatted with while there said this is the best car wash/detailer theyve found. Ill definitely be back.

Last Friday my new car got a scratch from bumper to bumper. The scratch is created obviously by the machine in perfect same sized curves from front to the back. I took the car to the one of the managers there and they told it can not be repaired with a wax or paste. Now I have to pay for a huge paint repair for damage. What happened is, you lost a loyal customer having 2 times car wash every week. Im sure that youll lose more...

Everything was great. Reason for 4 star was when the sprayers came on to clean wheels and bottom panel of my truck it sounded like it was going to rip a hole in the sheet metal. I was afraid to look at my vehicle when I parked. I wasnt sure if their was going to be any paint left on my bottom panels!!! I wont return to this wash again because of it but if you can deal with it its definitely a 5 star rating wash.

I have gone to this car wash several times the past couple of years and will continue to go back. They are courteous and do a better job washing your car than other places. Today I went in after spending time in the mountains with tree sap, insects, dog hair and, unfortunately, snacks on and within my vehicle. Thats all gone now and they charged a low fee to do such a thorough job.

Efficient and economical. Wish they would wash or recycle their cleaning cloths more often though as it leaves an odor (when you choose not to accept their loud fragrances). Applying funky dirty cleaming cloths to the interior leaves you questioning if this is really the cleaning effect you came for.

This place is a piece of you know what. I went to get a car wash and they said 24 hours repeat wash. I went back 24 hours later nad they closed at 6pm . They said come back the next day and i did and they didnt honor it. Two wasted trips. Ridiculous.

Great spot in Plano to get a wash/detail. Wife and I both have the monthly unlimited exterior wash package and its almost a perfect wash every time for a fraction what it costs many other places.

One of the best full service car washes in the area. But they really need to paint the roof. It looks really bad. I know it doesnt affect the quality, but its ugly to drive by and see everyday.

Good choice on Plano. The drive through wash speeds up the process, as does the pay at the point of sale. I enjoyed not having a hard sell. Nice folks and good job done on my car.

They do a decent job here, the only issue I have is they dont use lint free cloth. Anytime I go here I have to re-wipe my entire interior because theres lint everywhere!

This is my favorite car wash. They always do a little bit extra and go above and beyond to get my car as clean as possible. They are always friendly as well.

Unlimited car washes for reasonable price. The wash is not the best Ive had but frequency beats all in terms of car washes
