no regreso ni por que me regalen lavadas gratis los taras que atienden ahy le vale si no terminas de aspirar y apagan las aspiradoras dejando entrar mas gente alas 7pm como es eso me quede a la mitad de la aspirada es una idiotes por parte del equipo que ahy labora.

Tried to give them another chance on my home hoping for a quick run through basic wash. Once again, AFTER paying, the cone is in the lane. I wait about 3 minutes, another car gets in line behind, and I get out to knock on the door and a young guy comes out and says " sorry bout that". Put the cone at the entry, so potential customers are aware of possible delays! FYI: no rain guarantee as others offer.

I will never take my car there again. A few months ago the worker guided my car off the tracks and dented one of my rims, the guy was eating his sandwich. Then a few days ago my car was guided on the tracks too close to the pickup truck in front of me that I hit him. I know better then to complain because its not their fault. I AM CALLING THE BBB.

Terrible experience. Took my car through and one of the nylons caught my side view mirror and snapped off. When I tried to put my mirror back out it wouldnt work. Alerted manager, they wrote up a report but never got back to me. When I called a week later they said they wouldnt pay for the repair...I guess I will try my luck in small claims court.

This is a really nice carwash!! Every time I come here my car always looks incredible!! getting the $13 wash is WELL worth the money!! The employees are always so sweet and helpful and make sure Im satisfied through every wash. So glad I tried this place out and I will never use another car wash again. Highly recommend jett express!!

Great car wash never really had a problem here I come hear once a week vacumes are great never had a problem with a clogged up hose which I hate with a passion basic $5 wash gets the job done for me Im only give it 4****is because its a one man show real cool dude but I think he could use some more help

2nd time here and its closed during business hours, 1st time was because "cody" hadnt been on lunch break. Now today is because he hasnt been able to "use the restroom". I ask him about how long and his response is "I dont know how my bowel movements are today" wow. Lets see how long I have to wait.

Terrible car wash. I went in for a routine car wash, and my back bumper was ripped off. They contacted me after a "thorough" investigation and they believed that my back bumper was previously damaged when in fact it is new. They claimed they will not pay for a new bumper so small claims court it is.

Nothing qrong with the wash itself, well thats if you get the $12 wash. The big issue is the vacuum self-serve that they offer. Only have about 8 spaces that have hoses that work properly. Unless you wake up super early, your not going to be cleaning up the inside.

Great service... When theyre open!! I agree with the other reviewer. There have been multiple times when Ive stopped by during business hours, and the cones are in the lane. I guess thats what happens when its a one-man show, and they have to take a potty break.

Damaged the lower passenger side of my car. Their machine scratched all the way down to the metal. This car wash needs maintenance and they are too cheap to do it. Stay away unless you want many shallow scratches and a couple of deep scratches.

Just rushed across town to get my car washed tonight because it says its open until 9 and the guy working told me they close based on car count. Wont be returning with customer service like that or you need to stick to the hours posted

Well i love jet express but i believe the dallas location gives it a bad name. The place opens at 8am and they havent opened doors and its about 8:35am. Loosing business. I have seen several cars come and make u turn and leave

Never open on time. They put away half of the vacuum hoses an hour or more before closing time. Less soap than originally used when first opened. Doesnt dry good. Car still wet all over and dirty at the bottom and back.

So stupid.... I pull up at 9:00 am expecting them to be open since they "open at 9:00" and they have cones out. Waited for 10 min for them to open. Frustrating. Youre losing business by doing this stupidity!!!

This car washes always closed every time I go there this place needs some serious help the attendance put the cones out in front of the entrance so you cant go in its always closed

This place is easy and convenient to wash your car at a very cheap prices. And also if u wash your car and the next day it rains, you can go back and wash your car again.

Top end car wash same quality as running a garden hose across your car. One guy running the whole place. Dont count on getting any service beyond the basic $3 wash.
