Dreadful! The store is cute, but the customer service is appalling and they will try and rip you off. I have come here for the past 3 years to get my car inspected, and each year they always try and sell me new windshield wipers. Well, I didnt think I needed them but I figured "hey, all car places are a little crooked, an extra 20 bucks isnt so bad if I can just get this over with." When this year rolled around, though, and they told me I needed new wipers AGAIN, I informed them that I had already had them done twice, and they had been the ones to install them. At this, suddenly new wipers were no longer a problem. Hmmm. At this years inspection, I didnt pass because the RPMs were too high. Fine, I got them fixed. I brought it back, and now something new was supposed to be wrong; they claimed my headlight was "loose." I had to get some money together, but I got this fixed, too, and told my auto shop to give the car a complete check-up to make sure nothing else was wrong. They said everything was fine. So, today I take it back to Plaza AGAIN. In case youre wondering why I kept going back, I am disabled and cant get out much, and Plaza is right down the street (and they do offer a free car wash with inspection.) I sat in the waiting room for TWO HOURS before somebody came up and told me the VIN number on my insurance was wrong, and they wouldnt even look at the car. I asked, how was this possible? I had my car inspected, registered, etc for years and nobody said anything. I even showed them my inspection from last year which THEY had done (and passed) and asked why now, suddenly, there was a problem. No luck As if that werent bad enough, they also insisted my car was a 96 (its not, its a 95.) I offered to call the insurance company and get it straightened out right away, but they pulled my car up and told me I would have to wait in line AGAIN. As I mentioned above, I am disabled and have a hard time getting out of the house; no way was I going to sit another 2 hours in that waiting room on those hard chairs. Never, ever again will I go here. They obviously have inconsistent standards, and whether you pass or not depends a lot on whoever is working on your car. They werent willing to give me 5 minutes to get things sorted out, after I had waited for them for 2 hours. I almost never write bad reviews of anything, but the service here has been so consistently poor that they have finally made me angry enough to want to get the word out.

General Manager to me: "WE DONT CLEAN YOUR CAR." I purchased the Superior Wash, and it was a huge disappointment. I asked the manager to have the attendant please remove the dirt and dust from the dash several times. The dust and dirtiness were still very visible. Very very lazy work. I would not recommend this place if it were free. The service was very quick (I will give them that), but it was not done properly at all! They left dirt on the floor and mats, dust on the dash and console. I had to tell him three time to wipe down the doors! I should not have to stand out by my car and tell them how to do their job. When I asked the GM for a rag and was cleaning my car I said, "why is this not included in my $20 wash? That took minimal effort." Ron (GM) tells me it was extra to wipe down stains or dirt. They tell the employees to WIPE the vehicles. "Sir we dont CLEAN your car...thats extra" LOL After this exchange he just walked off without asking his employee to finish the work properly or offering to fix it. Just walked right off. I gave him every opportunity to turn this around. Heck I was honestly hoping he would get the hint! I was not bashing anyone or causing a scene, but apparently thats out of his realm. I think its safe to say I will not be going back...ever.

If I could rate them a negative one then I would. The mechanic that had two years of experience did not tighten my oil plug. I drove around for 10 days not knowing that I was leaking oil. Once I found out I called and the place and they sent someone out to my job to fix the situation. The mechanic kept reiterating that he had 20 years of experience and my car wouldve been fine going a few more days leaking oil. Now my car only takes 4 to 4.5 quarts of oil and he said that probably lost a quart of oil. Come to find out he put two quarts of oil in there!! Thats basically half my oil that my car needs. I would have to say that he did try to make the situation better by offering me a free under carriage wash to get the excess oil that has been leaking from my car while driving. I appreciated the offer but I will never take my car back to a mechanic that has 20 years of experience and forget to tighten the oil plug.

I been taking my cars (4 cars) to this car wash for more than 5 yrs last time I was at this particular place and had an issue with the front attendant due to I couldnt understand his communication skills, I requested to speak with his manager (Ron) and explain my self that he was very unprofessional at the way he approched me. The manager (Ron) didnt believed me and told me that if I didnt like the service I could take my place elsewhere and never come back! Its really sad that people like (Ron) are in charge. I will be reporting this to the BBB and eventually speak with the owner due to his unfairness and mishandling my complaint . And will never ever come back to this place ! WORSE PLACE EVER TO HAVE ANY TYPE OF CUSTOMER SERVICE !!!!!

Bad experience. This was the first time I had my car washed by anyone other than me. I read about this business hand washing multiple expensive cars so I thought they might know a thing or two about providing a great experience. When they were finished with my car I quickly noticed water spots on the roof and truck, front fenders still dirty and interior was UNTOUCHED! This is a $35 hand wash thats supposed to include interior dressed, exterior dressed, wheels and tires dressed..I had to bring this up to manager to make it right. At the end of the day I wished I wouldnt have wasted my money at this car wash. Id definitely not recommend this to anyone looking for a hand wash.

After waiting 40 minutes for just a regular wash yesterday I asked the manager what the usual wait time was and he said 22 minutes. I noticed they were pulling NEW Teslas in and washing them around my truck. I guess they have the TESLA account from down the street? Well after 45 minutes my truck was finally finished after some complaining. I missed my lunch. By the way I drive a Ford Pick up. However if you want fast service and you drive a Tesla come to this car wash! They didnt even offer me a refund (however I am not the guy that would take it anyway - I just want good service!)....Honest Review!
