I brought in my old, cloth-upholstered Honda Accord, which was filled with dog hair and had dirty upholstery especially in the back seats. The attendant talked me into the total cleaning for $99 and said that it would come out a brand new car (inside, at least). They told me 4 hours, and I was totally disappointed when I returned! I was excited to see a clean car. Instead the seats were still noticeably dirty!! The back windshield had hair and bugs still stuck in back, and the outside front of the car had leaves and debris stuck where the windshield wipers rest. They said the shampooing machine cleans the upholstery by sucking, but then the "dirt rises and settles on top" and nothing can be done about it. What the hell does that mean? Ive cleaned upholstery, and it needs to be scrubbed well to get the surface dirt out - their excuse is BS. Other car detailers have done the same. They didnt take time to scrub the seats properly, PERIOD. It just was not done, and the car did NOT look clean! They went back and cleaned out the back windshield from all the bugs. I am taking this car back to them to demand my moneys worth because I know that upholstery CAN be cleaned from surface dirt with some elbow power, not by suction alone! Well see how they respond.

I have taken my cars to this car wash for several years. I remain very impressed with the "works" - the $39-$49 car wash interior and exterior wash at the building closest to the tollway. This service is exceptional. The car detailing (the other building) leaves something to be desired. Two - three years ago it was amazing. The last two times have been disappointing. When I showed the deficiencies and mentioned to management they stated they were going to talk to the crews about attention to detail and they "realized they may have a management problem in the detailing area" - after spending $190 twice and getting the same response - it is a little late for this customer to be comfortable ever using their detailing services again. Use to be great - but attention to detail has slipped. The detailing is only very marginally better than the works - save the money do not do use the detailing service (the works though is exceptional)

Brought my new car with 500 miles on the odometer in for its first wash on Friday. I stood inside and watched through the window as they were about to put it on the tracks to go through the wash. Before it started moving they started sponging it off with soapy water. Ok, fine. Then a guy comes out with a green PUSH BROOM with green bristles and starts vigorously brushing the front of the car. And not just in the grill area, at least 12 inches up the hood as well. Im sure the intent of the broom is to remove hard bug splatter ON THE GRILL AREA before the car runs through the wash. Well, this guy didnt seem to want to exercise any common sense and was just fine scrubbing a painted area with a push broom that didnt have any bug splatter or spots on it in the first place. Get back home and sure enough the clear coat is scratched over the entire bottom 12 inches of the hood. This was my first and last visit to this place.

Went to this car wash for the first time on Monday, Oct. 13. Service was pretty good. So I decided to go back and get a wax. Ended up getting a wax, seat cleaning, and dash dressing. Car went in with no chips in the paint. Car came out with a poor wax job (that I had to dictate what was wrong with a streaky car and the wheels still being dirty!), poor inside dressing (they left cleaner and towels in my car), and chips in the paint like someone had hit something with my car. Talked to a manager who stated "this is why I hand wash my own car". Talked to the owner who said it would be investigated. Low and behold, theres nothing on the cameras as to what caused the chips! I WAS excited that I had found a decent hand washing car wash. I guess thats what I get for spending my hard earned money on bad service! I kind of agree with them neglecting the Lincoln crowd and etc. Ill stick to hand washing it myself from now on!

Finally took my truck here to get cleaned up. Ive been skeptical of these types of car washes after having always been disappointed by "half a**d" jobs and poor service. Last place I went to scratched up my vehicle while I was watching yet was told "sorry but we wont take responsibility". From the second I pulled up, service was prompt and professional. My vehicle was thoroughly cleaned inside and out and to my surprise had no "missed" spots. There were a surprising number of "luxury" cars being cleaned here, which may indicate the quality work being done. Great price, quality work and great service!! I will be a repeat customer and highly recommend Forest to you no matter what vehicle.

My husband and I used to use this place exclusively. And, I went there today. All they seemed to do was wash the exterior, but left smudges on the mirrors and dirt on the mirrors. As I watch them dry off the car I noticed that my back windshield wiper came off and the guy was laughing about it, and couldnt get it back on. And the inside looks like they just vacuumed it. This may seem very minimal, but I love getting my car washed and having the fragrance that they put in. They totally forgot that. So disappointed in this carwash. The last two times I have used this place I have received a very poor car wash, but I thought Ill give them another try. That was the last time.

The saying "fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on me". That is my experience with this car wash. I got home and spent the next 51 minutes recleaning the exterior and interior of my car. Your car wash couldnt seem to remove the dirt from the rain or the road grime from off the road. Besides not wiping down the inside of the car, they made some mark on the inside glass and didnt bother to completely wipe it off. Im so done with this place. It is probably a good place to go when your car doesnt really need to be cleaned. Highly disappointed! Unfortunately you cant post unless there is at least one star chosen.

I use to go to Inwoods Best Car Wash, but they didnt do such a good job so I decided to try Forest and must say I was amazed at the service and quality of work that the employes do there. Me being prior military attention to detail is very critical when it comes to my car and everything that I pointed out to be done was completed to my satisfaction (specially the drying of my rims.) Once the wash was completed Jaime and the guys over on the detailing side hooked it up with a beautiful hand wax job that is soft to the touch. I definitely will be going back here. A+++ service.

I have now given this car wash two chances and both times their quality levels were horrific. The rear of the car has dirt all down the center. The windows were streaked and the floors were half vacuumed and I keep a VERY clean car. The wheels had dirt all over them. I had to fix all of this once I got home. Very disappointing. They used to be really good. I used them for years prior to moving away in 2008. It seemed they were busy being interested in the Aston Martin crowd and the Lincoln, Cadillac and Mercedes group ignored.
