Ive been a customer here for several years, never had a problem until a month ago. I went in for a wash late one Sunday afternoon, it was about an hour before they closed and I was in & out pretty quick. When I got home, as I walked around the back of my car, I noticed 3 large paint chips/nicks (each 6" apart) on the back bumper that were not there earlier. I came back, spoke to the Asst Mg Charles and asked what their process was for damaged cars. He looked at the damage, said he was 100% sure it did not happen there and there was nothing else he could do. I said ok, let me just fill out an incident report and Id take it up with their corporate office on Monday. Charles said unless they caused the damage, he would not fill anything out. I assured him I wasnt looking for an admission, just verification that I came back & why. He refused stating it was against policy. I told Charles that in absence of any report it was my word against his that I even came back the same day. He again refused. I asked for the GMs name & he said he didnt know who the GM was. I laughed & said Ive seen him several times, why wouldnt he give me his name? Charles said he didnt report to anyone locally & the only thing hed give me is their corporate phone number. I told Charles that in absence of any report it was my word against his that I even came back the same day much less sustained damage. He again refused. I told Charles in absence of any cooperation I had no alternative but to record our conversation. He said that was ok and I restated why I was there on my phone. Charles then became agitated, said he wasnt doing this anymore & began walking inside stating hed be inside if I still wanted their number. We walked inside, he quickly jotted down a number and walked out. I called the number and it went straight to a full mailbox without any indication who it belonged to. I walked outside and Charles was standing next to my car & I asked why he gave me a bad number? He then told me that if I didnt leave hed call the police. I said, all I wanted was a report or the GMs name, I was not yelling or creating a scene of any kind. He then said I was blocking the lane (there are 3) for his customers. I said there are two lanes open, youre closing in 5 minutes and Im the only person here. He replied I was loitering and he was calling the police. I said, go ahead if thats what itll take to get this on record. The police came, the officer was very nice/professional and said he understood my problem but Charles stated I blocked the only entrance to the car wash tunnel & that Charles requested that I be issued a criminal trespass warning. I spoke to the GM the following day, he could not explain Charles behavior or refusal to provide his information and said Charles probably thought I was trying to outsmart him?

TRAGEDY TRAGEDY!!!!!! Please do not use their services! I took my car Thursday around 7pm..I when I drove off I noticed my windows wasnt cleaned, the dash wasnt clean.. my car wasnt cleaned at all in the inside. Then I noticed when I used my signals the right side was flashing at a fast pace. I called early Friday morning spoke with Josh supposedly the Manager! I explained to him my issue but I forgot to tell him about the flash because I really thought the light was loosen. He said bring it back he want to look at it. I told him I will but I just wanted a refund because this has happened before with the cleaning issue. He said Charles will be here to assist me because he leaves at 4pm. I get there and I was talking to a tech about my light and he both noticed the flog light was busted out. Well Jake which is a active Manager I guess said .. let me go ahead and clean the car and Josh or Charles will be here in the morning and you can talk with them about that. Ok, I said dont worry about cleaning my car Ill wait till the morning to talk with them. Ok, I go there he tells me they didnt do this.. my car been wreck before.. I told him I have the carfax.. my car never been in an accident .. the right side of the car is lose because of what took place on Thursday. Even the fender near the headlight is lose and its about 1/2-1 inch of space from the the light and fender. It wasnt like that either.. but Im not concerned because of hail damages it will be replaced. Not only that I just got an over all estimate on my car earlier this week and this wasnt like this! My Insurance Allstate took picture around my car and this wasnt like this. I told him Ive read the reviews and you all doesnt own up to responsibility when customer found issues that was caused by your facility! I kind started raising my voice with him because I told him just give me my money back and Ill call Corporate. He tells me no.. takes my ticket and tells me to get out.. walks to the door holding it like hes going to really put me out! I snatched my ticket out his hand and walked back to the counter patently waiting on the police! Did he think I was scare of the police or him! Why would I be when Im in the right .. why in the hell would I blame something on this company when I have a $4500 check for damages from hail? Its way more money that a damn flog light! Just own up to it! Josh is a poor excuse for a Manager he got it all wrong. I have an estimate of thousands of dollars that I can have the dealer to fix it just for me giving them my business but right is right and wrong is wrong! An Josh is definitely wrong!!!

After today I simply had to take the time to place a review. I was on my way back from a trip to Tyler when I noticed that my windshield sprayer was not working. I could barely see out the window as I drove the two hour trip. I was low on windshield wiper fluid, I thought to myself. I figured it was time for an oil change anyhow. My husband had gone to Car Spa just three weeks ago getting my daughters car ready for when she flew back from Ireland. In a short time, they were able to do a transmission flush, air filter change and oil change with car wash. Their quick and precise work impressed my husband. He was thrilled with the efficiency (He is a CFO with very LITTLE time). He mentioned HOW good this company was. I told him how wonderful Josh, the General Manager, has been since he started working there. He agreed. Being a Chief Financial Officer in an Insurance Company, he is well aware of customer service. Customer service is of significant import in his field of work! I decided to visit Car Spa this morning after I unloaded the car. I told them about the washer fluid. They checked the fluids to tell me that they were full. Then I asked them to inspect my sprayer because it was not working. Wayne Hedrick came up and started helping with the car. He went beyond and above what any employee would be expected to do. Even after cutting his hand trying to clear those water ducts, he continued to try to get them clean so I could be safe driving. My jaw hit the floor in total amazement as he cleared the drivers side duct of the windshield washer. I felt as if I was visiting a little towns car shop where everyone in the town knew everyone and cared about each other. It was as if I stepped back fifty years in time, where a company and its employees truly cared for the local town folks. Here, in busy upscale Plano, I was brought back to a small town in Texas where you went to church with the folks who worked on your car! It was a feeling that I have not felt in a very long time. THANK YOU Wayne for making me feel like I was one of the family! This fella was truly AMAZING! If more companies had more "Waynes", we could capture that true WONDERFUL customer service everywhere!!!!
