They have several car washes in the area, and Ive used the Frisco (Preston) and Spring Creek. Both are the same, equipment works half the time, takes forever for the system to purge for the next stage (from soap to rinse) - which of course means you waste time and have to spend more money, and on top of that, the time seems to run short for the money you spend, and the spot-free rinse is 50/50 that it will work. I even used their automated wash once and it left my car dirtier than before - mud was caked in their brushes and left dirt all over my car. The last time I used the Spring Creek, their CC readers werent working, so I had to use cash. I put $5 in, and the top of the hose was cut, leaving no pressure, and soap and water was spewing from the cut in the hose, leaving it unusable and drenching me in the process. I requested a refund, which they state takes 4-10 days. That was on 6/18 and still have not received a refund.

I didnt like anything about it besides it was close to my house be careful using the machine it doesnt have a sign saying that it pre authorizes your card for $20 and also when I tried to get ahold of the people I left one message the previous day I left another today because nobody got back to me and I just wanted to let him know that charge me two times for $20 because one of the things I bought got stuck in the machine so I had to get another drop and all they could do on the phone was trying to cut me off talking to me horrible customer service the machines dont work that good the vacuum was okay if you value great customer service Im going to go buy a shop vac I dont know about you

As my first self service wash is was great! Easy to use and lots of space for washing trucks. $2 for 4 minutes and $5 for 10 minutes isnt too bad. I like washing my own vehicle and saving the extra money from car washes. All of the tools seemed to have perfect pressure except for the waxing one, which I didnt use. Also the machine beeps after every minute to let you know how much time is left and beeps repeatedly when you are under a minute. Overall would recommend to anyone that wants to save money and those who may not have car washing supplies. I would bring microfiber rags to dry your vehicle after the wash.

Several of my friends who are friends with the owner recommended this place to me. We took our time washing in the bays and paid for every minute of washing and rinsing. Was one of the easiest wash places ever. Love how they accept cards. (Also to note people complain about a hold, but that is done by the card issuer. I had a $1 hold placed and itll settle itself after a few days. Do your research people) If you know how to take care of your vehicle and wash properly, the self service of the place is worth it. The snow-cone place is also an added bonus.

Ive been a regular user of this car wash for over 10 years now. My friends and I were some of the first to bring up and wash so many cars in one day that we ordered pizza to the car wash! The staff, when present, is really cool. The owner is a really good guy as well. Their wash bays are full of old faded graphics but dont let that fool you, the equipment is in great working order and they take credit cards in each bay! Im a bit of a perfectionist when it comes to washing my car, and this is really the only place I choose to bring mine.

I have not had super bad experiences here. You have to work to find a working bay and be careful because the ground is so dirty you will get mud on the inside of your car. But it has been OK for what it is, a place to get a quick easy wash. So I would actually recommend it just pay attention to make sure the credit card reader works or be prepared to use dollar bills or get change from the machine. Like I say I have not had many issues here other than what I noted above

Almost nothing works correctly, hoses are missing and some units just take the cash, without refunding. Since they put in the second shack and blocked off one of the only bays that has working equipment, they seemed to be more focused on that, which they are not doing great at either. The snowcones are sub par and the line forces you into the through way for Wal-Mart traffic. Find another place to go wash your car and there are better snowcones over at sugarmountain.

Guys, i have been to many self car wash but this one is the worse that i saw. Very very expensive, For 2 $ just 4 min,BUT it is showing that is 4 min, but in reality it is 3. I wash by my self just outside and i speed here 8$, but before i spend 3-4$ to another self car wash..and inside 3$. So, i paid 11$ and i wash my car by my self, with 11$ someone washed my car. So guys, my recommendation , do not come here. Everywhere, you will spend 5$ but here minimum 11$

This used to be my go to car wash but after I went there this past weekend, I will be taking my business somewhere else. Almost everything was broken. Missing foam brushes, most of the vacuum cleaners didnt work, change machine didnt work, vending machine didnt give me the product I bought and when I tried to use it to get change it didnt give me all of my money back. It seems that the owners of this place have given up on it.

If you are looking for broken equipment and vacuum hoses that wont allow you to reach both sides of your car this place is for you. When trying to use the wax and clear coat conditioner settings the hose just burped out stale air. After spending ten dollars in quarters I had a half vacuumed car covered in soapy water spots. Will definitely be looking for a different self-service car wash next go around.

How hard can it be to properly maintain a car wash? I suspect this place is about to close. Both automatic drive-thru bays are closed. Half of the self-service bays are blocked off by cones. The one I was able to use, the credit card machine didnt work and the timer display is broken. The car wash is in a great location on Spring Creek, but does appear the owners have quit maintaining it.

What a waste of time. Credit card machines dont work, the change machines are turned off, the vending machine is broken and will take your money, the equipment has run out of chemicals... its basically an abandoned building. Oh, and I tried calling the management phone number only to get a recording and then hung up on. Clearly the owners have long ago given up on their investment.

This once was my favorite place tonwash my car. The equipment doesnt work you have to walk from stall to stall to see which is working prior to pulling your car in. After washing the car attempted to vacuum and all were not working, of it didnt have a not working sign you found out after you put money in that is was out of order. This car wash needs a make-over
