Do NOT go here. First time- I go in. Get upsold on every option, but I have the cash to blow and might as well get the nicest option for my new cars first wax, so why not. It takes nearly 3 hours, and when it comes out theres still bird crap on the side of the car. Then they just scrape it off and act like its done. Im not sure how waxing works exactly, but Im pretty sure that spot wasnt well covered. Its already super late by the time its done so I just leave it and go home. Also, I had accidentally left my backpack+work laptop in my car, and when I get back in my car, the backpacks contents were taken out and on the seat. That is NOT okay, leave my stuff alone. Second time- I decide to give it a second chance for just a simple wash. Again, upselling hardcore. I tell the guy I got the RainX last time and was not happy with it. He said there was no way I got it since the waxes dont come with the RainX, and he argued with me for like 5 minutes about what I did and didnt get last time. I refuse and he finally sells me my ticket. I also had a bag of change that I was going to keep around for miscellaneous things that required quarters, but that went missing as well. Dont go here. Theyre expensive, they do a poor job, and Im pretty sure theyre thieves.

You would expect businesses nowadays to operate under first come first serve rule. I had taken my car for an inspection. There was a wait with other vehicles ahead, but that was fair enough. Then it began to fall apart. This lady drives in and parks at the same area I was parked. Chit chatted with one of the inspectors. Next thing you know her car gets picked first. I should have walked out then, but she had a quick service, which looked like a do over. I waited. Wait a minute there seems to be some restrain. After finishing with the lady this guy decides loiter around as if my car is unnoticeable. This other guy comes in driving a Benz...another do over. His car gets picked first. His car gets parked in the same area Im parked so you know they spotted my car. My insurance papers are on the dash and keys in the ignition so you there is no excuse. On top of that one of the guys did state to the Mercedes owner that there was a someone before him. Need I mention that the other vehicle owners were caucasian and Im black

I had my car inspection done there and after "failing" the inspection due to my wiper blades (who knows if they really needed replacing?), I was told to come back and he would change the sticker and it wouldnt take long, that I could even stay in the car. When I returned 15 minutes later with new wiper blades, I was told that I had to wait 30 minutes to get the sticker changed. How ridiculous was that? When I complained to the manager, he basically said too bad, I had to wait. When I said that they were being very shortsighted and now losing a long term customer, he walked away. Of course I had to go back to that location to get the sticker. I have not received such poor customer service in a long time and this station used to have problems and had turned around, but I guess that was short lived. So if you want poor customer service go there, but there are plenty of other places in Dallas to get your inspection done - I strongly recommend going to one who would like your business.

Every year, I take my truck and my wifes car in for state inspection here. A free car wash is always included and the staff is friendly and always working. Its also nice to see the familiar faces. This year, one of my tires was accidentally punctured approaching the car wash conveyer belt. GM Jay Franklin personally changed my tire and ran my truck through the wash himself. Afterwards, I was told all I had to do was send in my invoice/estimate for the new tire, and Car Spa would write me a check for the replacement. This is what differentiates this place from all the rest. Outstanding customer service and truly a caring, professional staff. A situation that could have been handled poorly and resulted in a lost customer was instead turned into an impressive display of compassionate and professional customer care. I will be coming back here as long as this place is around.

I dont usually write reviews but this CarSpa location did such an AWESOME job cleaning up a disaster that spilled all over my front passenger chair and floor. My car smelled of soy sauce, vinegar, and garlic. I took it to CarSpa (Frankford & Coit) since it was the closest one to my work and needed it cleaned right away. The guys were all very helpful in explaining the different type of services they had available and which one would be the most beneficial. I left my car under their care and was able to pick it up around lunch time. My car looks and smells brand new and I was extremely happy that it didnt reek of any food flavorings. They were even able to get rid of the oil spill that was stuck in between the cracks and everything. From now on, I will only take my car to this location to get detailed.

I bought a brand new car about a month ago and took it to the Car Spa on Coit Rd. yesterday to have it washed for the very first time. Their website lied as it does not indicate they use brushes of any kind. It only mentions soft-cloths. That is the only reason I went there. Not only do they use brushes those along with their so-called "soft-cloths" they literally put thousands of scratches all over my entire car!!! The paint, headlights, taillights and even the chrome grill!!! Now Im going to have to pay a paint specialist hundreds of dollars to try to remove as much of the damage as he can. NEVER GO TO THIS PLACE!!! EVER!!!!!!

Take my car here since I go to college and dont have a lot of time to wash it myself anymore. The $9 exterior wash is a good deal and the 2 bucks extra for rainx isnt worth it so i always go with the $9 one. and the $5 one is good for a quickie (smoothie got dumped on my car...hooray college....). I reccomend it, and they do not use any course brushes...just a soft mop like brush at the beginning by hand ad then the machines big cloths. Drying is satisfactory first by blowers then by hand with towels...they usually miss spots or streak it but no big deal. Overall a good value.

First time visit and last! I went on my lunch break and thought everything would be great. They always look busy! Well, I was wrong. My car is scratched from the brushes in the car wash and it did not even clean my car. When I walked up to get my car, I immediately noticed that they had not even touched the center console, drink holders and dash. His answer " MA BAD, DUDNT SEE DAT" then taps me on the back! When I was actually starting to drive off I noticed the glass over the gauges was filthy simply because they use the same rag on glass as they do leather!
