This is the first and LAST time I spend my money here. I didnt choose the cheap wash. It was $50.00. If you dont care about your car and are just happy that you are not the one washing it, then by all means wash your car here. But it you have the slightest care for your care, then drive away fast. I asked for a full wash and hand wax. I have a white car with a black roof. 1)There was absolutely zero customer service. They speak to you curtly. 2) The guy that greets the customers was going to use my roof at a clipboard. I had to ASK him not to. 3) Every other car wash I have used (which have been many) open the door for you when you get to the vacuum area. No such thing. He stood on the passenger side waiting for me to get out, then he got in the car. 4) When my car went through the wash, the second guy gets in my car and flys by so fasted that my car almost raised off the ground. (NOW, Im angry) 5) Im sitting (Really standing) by the window keeping an eye on my car, making sure that they dont do any other idiotic thing. The cashier comes to tell me that my car is done. I asked her how is that possible when they NEVER waxed the roof. I asked to speak to a manager. The cashier talks to him . He never came to me. He walked right by me without acknowledging me AT ALL. He goes over to the employee that waxed my car. I walked over and THEN he opens his mouth to give me an excuse. That they didnt do my roof because its a sunroof. I explained to him that all you have to do is look inside and see there is NO sun roof. With no apology and very curt he said we can do it but you want to leave. I told him to finish the job . I did pay for a full wax. Now I know why the place was almost empty. The worst car wash in Dallas. If I could give a negative 10, I would.

The first managers special was great, really impressed. The second one was so-so. I had to have them re-vacuum everything as the seats had not been touched (cat hair and red fuzz that somehow got everywhere was all still there) the floor was at best half assed. Also you must remove EVERYTHING out of the vehicle as they will not move even the smallest item to vacuum underneath. The third and FINAL time not wanting the same sloppy job I explained everything to the guy you first see, to the two guys that actually do the vacuuming and to the cashier who got on the walkie-talkie to again reiterate my desire to have the job done correctly. As I inspected my minivan I noticed that they had folded down all my seats in the stow n go compartments under the van. So I had to put them back only to discover the seats had not been vacuumed AT ALL and the floors again were half assed. So Im tired of messing around, I dont have time for them to re-do it correctly so I ask for a refund and Im told no refunds. So I wait 15 mins to have it vacuumed again. This vacuum job I give a B. NEVER EVER EVER AGAIN.

I purchased the basic wash. I knew it wasnt going to clean my car as well as I wanted but I had driven by and it was last minute. With my car having been on a trailer behind a Uhaul from Salt Lake City to Dallas in snow storms, it needed to be cleaned. Well first off the staff wasnt helpful and I could barely understand him once I drove up. He sprayed my windshield, coating it with something which is fine but then I was suppose to drive around the corner where I had to stop in front of a gate which was a concern considering I couldnt see! This was also not instructed I just figured it out while my head was out of the window. I went threw the wash where it rinsed my car off with pressure washers and I heard my roof cave in! I asked for a manager and he wasnt there. Received his credentials and after a few calls I never heard back. Along with the damage my car wasnt even sort of clean. You would think it would at least rinse off the salt if its caving in roofs. This place is crap. If you care about your car, skip it.

WARNING ABOUT Mi T Fine Car Wash (in particular on MacArthur). Attention my dear Irving friends..DO NOT USE Mi T Fine Car Wash, they dont care about their clients!!! The MacArthur locations Manager David Moreno is absolutely the rudest individual I have encountered in a very long time. They damaged my dads truck after they told him it was ok to go through their machine because of the age of the truck. Now that there is damage to the truck, BEFORE HE HUNG UP ON ME, he has not only implied that we are lying, but basically said we are "out of luck" for the damage and missing pieces (again after telling him it was ok to go through and taking his money). So sad that they would take advantage of a senior citizen like this. They can kiss the full detail business that my husband and I have given them over the years!

I had metal valve extenders on my tires and apparently they were too long so the track (that the car rides on) in the car wash broke the whole valve and caused 3 of my 4 tires to leak air. The manager on at the time and the guy with him (I think one of their names was JP) were very helpful and got my spare on and then took me to get the tires fixed. After all that made sure I got my car rewashed properly. I know it was not fully their fault that the tires were broken and it ended up being a 2 hour car washing ordeal rather than just the 20 minutes that I was expecting but they were very helpful and courteous the whole time. I will be going back! (but with out the metal valve extenders. Lol)

People need to stop complaining about their cars not being washed by a "machine" the great employees just have a couple seconds to dry the vehicle. What do yall expect for paying $10 for a car wash. Cheapskates!! They do I great job for the price better than others in town, and go in early and get the early bird special great prices. If yall want the car done perfectly go somewhere where they "handwash"!! Not by machine, and somewhere you pay over $40 bucks. Stop being cheap and complaining. Great service for the price. One of my fav car wash in town. Plus they give you the 5 day rain warranty so not much else to ask for great car wash.

Im speaking strictly to the carwashs area. There are two very aggressive homeless people living under the carwash. Doesnt seem like anyone cares to take care of them and help them get to a shelter, or at least away from the business. I feel bad for the other businesses who rent underneath. One lady ran up to my husband and swatted him with some cloth while he was talking to me at our car door. My daughter is afraid to go back. Not good for business, if you have a no loitering sign you should in force it. For the sake of safety and the other businesses who house below.
