I was disappointed with the services I received from Mi-T Fine. I went on a Thursday, and they were not very busy. I got the Managers Special, and the first guy recommended an extra $5 to wiped down the total dash. I advised him to do so. I tipped the young man that was going to vacuum my truck up front because there was a lot of dog hair in the back of the cab where my dog sits. He did an okay job, but should I have not tipped him for the job he did. The young girl working the cash register barely acknowledged me. She was speaking Spanish on a cell phone the whole time, and just told me what I owed. The outside of the vehicle was okay, but spotty. The main concern was the inside cleaning. I paid the extra for the whole dash, and my dash was very streaky and was not totally wiped down. It looked as the guy just did a quick swipe over it. I tipped again before seeing the inside of the truck. When I got home I had to go over it again and the seats with my own cleaning products. I almost rated this as "okay", but I dont think that would suffice since I basically redid the whole inside when I got back home. I will not return to Mi-T Car Wash.

I am surprised at everyone elses service. We have been going here for years and weve always had really good service. Ive always see everyone working really hard even on the hottest days. Once my husband was told he could leave the bike rack on his truck before sending it through the car wash. It ended up getting stuck on one of the brushes and stopped moving forward. We happened to watch this through the windows. Once we figured this out, the line was stopped immediately and they were able to unhook the truck with very little damage to our bike rack. The manager took all of our info and gave us his in case we needed to file. We didnt as it was bent only slightly. I will never forget how the manager was so nice and willing to pay for any damage - he NEVER blamed us for leaving the bike rack on. He stayed with us until we drove off. That was a bad experience but they were beyond decent in trying to help us. Theyve always been so friendly and I always leave satisfied with a very clean car.

Paid 22 bucks for an in and out wash, plus armor all, and some little trees. Window glass is still smudged on the edges. Big dirty foot print on back door panel, shift console not touched or wiped. Mirror had fingerprints not touched. Trying these guys out before a ride share shift, totally disappointed. Glad I checked before I tipped. looking at their feedback the response is always why didnt you talk to the manager, well thats all fine, but you had one chance and blew it. no need to go back a waste of my time and all the other one star reviewers here too. Im pretty good and dont normally give a bad review unless its pretty bad, check out the rest of my reviews if you want to see the contrast. The come away I have is that they dont care until you complain then its a lackluster blow off.

Last time I pay $20 for a car wash. I usually pay $4 for the basic drive through washes and self vacuum. In an Uber driver on the side and was up for treating myself to a good car wash. Not much to complain about except for they didnt clear out my cup holders at all, and on top of that its like they missed to back seat. Im very thorough when I vacuum up my own car. I mainly bought the wash bc of the 5 day guarantee that they have. I came today before it expired and they only do exterior. I told them I didnt mind at all vacuuming it up myself they said I couldnt bc of company policy. I talked to the manager who said the same thing. So i had to use extra time on my lunch hour to go and get cash and then get change to vacuum it up myself somewherw else. Really left a bad taste in my mouth.

STAY AWAY FROM MI T FINE Car Wash. I have been here several times against the advise of my wife who advised me that they did a poor job cleaning her car and she is right. I have had my car washed here several times and never was it great but the car wash is close to our house and I go in with low expectations and can live with that. However, on 7/7/2015 I had my car washed and witnessed an employee do 2 donuts (burn out while sliding the car in a circle) as he was driving it to the wash bay and was about to do a third until he saw me. When confronted he lied about it, gave me attitude, continued to show little respect for my car. As I was leaving they peeled out in another customers car leaving the vacuum area. I am really at a loss for words...................

Went to Mi-T Fine Car Wash off Custer today. I ended up getting the managers special. I mainly needed dog hair vacuumed out of the carpet. Well, when they finished, I jumped into the car and saw dog hair still on the floor and the cup holder was still dirty. I posted photos of the aftermath. Spoke to one of the workers there in a grey shirt, smoking a cigarette. He recommended me to get a roller to get the dog hair. Not the answer I was looking for. They didnt even offer to refund me for the services. Now Im down the road at Car Spa off Coit and 190. I need a place to do something right the first time around.

Calvin was really friendly but that was about it. I have never been there before and I went Las Monday because I got a coupon in the mail for 50% off so after the coupon I ended up paying 39.49. First of all I saw it coming, you can see they hate their jobs so I lower my expectations from the beginning so I wouldnt complain...what really got me upset is that I came back for the rain wash and they wouldnt do it without keeping my receipt. The manager did not care and and instead of just doing it without keeping the receipt in spite of I showed it to him.

Dont waste your time at this crappy car wash. The cleaning quality was just horrible. The inside of my car didnt look like it was even vacuumed and we had to have the lazy staff clean it twice. Most of the workers were sitting down on their phones doing nothing. My grandma that has arthritis had to clean them over again and we did a better job. Shame on them for not doing their jobs the right way. My grandmother spent 45 dollars for nothing. Speaking to the manager didnt help what so ever. Thanks alot ***holes!

This place is hit and miss with service. Mostly miss. Sometimes I feel I get my moneys worth but other days the service sucks the Mexican lady at the cash register seems to allways be on her cell. She just tells u the price continues to talk on the phone. The people that clean the car do a sub par job with the vaccum and they seem to clean the driver side better then the rest of the car. I dont really come here often since the apple seed express opened up. Its better to do it your self then take a chance here.
