Last time I went in, their equipment was having issues. They asked me to run back through (at no charge). When I came out the other end, my drivers front tire was flat and had 3 - 4" slits in the sidewall. The high school kid "managing" helped me change the tire and wrote up a report. He said the Manager would call me in a day or two. Never heard anything. Went back in a week later and he said he would make sure the manager called me. Again nothing. Two more trips and still no response. The last time I went in, the kid asked me if I was sure I hadnt driven in like that. I understand that things happen but the customer service is the worst. I will never go back and I would caution anyone thinking of going here. If something does happen to your car, they WILL NOT make it right.

Dont go for the rev carwash special it is nothing of what it says it is. You cant use fast lanes, no personal services, and most of the time the gate does not work - After multiple attempts to change the plan and or cancel the monthly service at the carwash I was finally able to to get into my account and hopefully it is now cancelled we will see. The car wash and the vacuums are great but dont pay for the monthly service it is not worth it - and oh and the website has not contact us on it. So you cannot contact them and they never respond to you when replying to your auto bill announcements.

Im here. Its not raining. They are refusing to Iet me drive through the car wash. Im supposed to get unlimited best wash 30 days a month give or take depending on the month. Mon thru fri i work 7a to 7p and by 730 daily they are closed early. No vacuums. Unable to get my car clean. Plus their vacuums are horrible. Very poor suction. I cant put into words hiw disappointed I am. I pay 40 a month for what????? NOTHING OBVIOUSLY!!!! CANCEL MY VIP MEMBERSHIP. ILL TAKE MY MONEY ELSEWHERE AND HOPEFULLY EVERYONE HEADS THIS WARNING. THIS CAR WASH SUCKS!

This is the worst car wash ever. The GM James Duke at the Garland location was not helpful at all concerning my incident report. I asked for his managers name and number as well as the corporate office and he stated he could not provide that information. He let the district manager name slip which is Brett Sheldon and Ive been trying to get in contact with him. I will complain on this company with the BBB and any other organizations that will hear me out. I will never use Rev Car Wash again!

Im a regular at this car wash and Ive always received quality service. A few days ago the Ticketing machine didnt give me my cash back so I asked a manager (Brendon was his name I believe) for help and he fix the problem right away. The machine was short $1, and I told him not to worry about it, but he took money out of his own wallet and gave me my change! Amazing customer service! Thank you Brendon!

They have a special for unlimited supreme washes and all cleaning materials, cloths, and vacuums for $39 a month. I can go three times a day if needed. I drive people everywhere and my car must be clean at all times. The single wash is $18, so three times a month means I save money, and Im usually there about 3 times a week or more. Its a great place with really super people.

These kids are great! Its a pretty decent car wash over all. If you take advantage of their red carpet membership you will be amazed at how well the products they supply really work! Only draw back is they dont do the detail for you. They will help if you ask them to but this is a place for someone who wants a shiny clean ride and will put in the effort them self. #worthit

Found this location on google maps and thought wed give it a try. They appeared to be closed. They had the drive thru for the car wash all blocked off with cones and nobody around to assist in a wash. No direction on where to go. Didnt appear as if they wanted any business.

Caution! These guys checked my antenna before I went through the wash and gave me the "OK". Then after my antenna broke off, they pointed to the sign letting me know they were not responsible and sent me on my way without so much as a "sorry" or "here, have a coupon"...

Their machines ripped off my bumper and wont pay for it. Based off their owners decision and not their insurance, will be filing a civil law suit against them. Avoid these car wash machines if you dont want damage your cars.

Minimal employee contact feels like a self serve wash. I pay for monthly subscription and so far doesnt feel worth the $40 price tag. Also have a low sport car, that needs wood blocks to avoid scraping underskirt.

Normal drive thru wash. Nothing special vacuum area was nice and large. Wash was on par with other places but seemed a little pricy. I can get the same $14 dollar wash for around $6 somewhere else.

I used to live in Plano but I moved to Dallas. I like this car wash so much I still drive all the way to Plano every time. I get the cheapest is like $5 with free vacuums included.

Good and cheap car clean. You pay minimum 6 dollars for a car wash in does big machines (max i think is less than 20). And you still can use the vaccum for free! I recommend it

I always have a problem with the machines trying to rip off my front license plates on three different vehicles. One gets crumpled like an empty soda can every trip.

Nothing fancy, cheap price for a quick drive through and vacuum. Good for cleaning off some light dirt or pollen but some of the heavier dirt may make it through.

Great car was, a bit pricy for the better cleans. If you need a quick car was this place is solid. They hook you up nice vacuums after the wash.

It is fast and my car comes out clean. The water repellent really works makes rain water bead right off the car. Free vacuums. Nice facilities.
