Response to Oscar: thats funny because it was a female attendant who I was speaking with and her name was certainly not Oscar. Its not only the terrible service I received before going into the wash. It is the fact that your idiot workers left the car wash running when my window was down and I was trying to explain to them my need for the bug wash. They watched as my interior began to get wet. For a miscommunication that is NO WAY TO TREAT YOUR CUSTOMERS. I will wait for you to run the rest of your trash of an establishment into the ground before I return to this car wash. Terrible service. After a long wait in line, I ordered a basic wash. Which up until today included whatever chemical they use to dissolve the bugs on the bumper. Today they said it was an extra three dollars. I have been coming here for years, not once have they charged me for the bug removal, nor has any other car wash. After telling the short haired attendant that, she said "ok". Just to clarify, had she told me that they would not be using the spray if I dont pay the $3, I would have paid the $3. At this point I was under the impression that they would take care of me - as they always have. When I pulled up to the wash, they did not use any spray. I tried to inform the worker that I wanted the spray. I was acknowledged, ignored, and was allowed to proceed through the wash WITH MY WINDOW DOWN. Needless to say, me nor my family will giving this irresponsible establishment our business any longer. We will be driving down the street for our washes until the inevitable change of management happens.

Have taken my truck to these guys several times now. One thing I can say is WOW, after reading some of these negative reviews. This car wash does it right. They are very nice from start to finish. I try to tip them well because they deserve it. I will take my truck and our company trucks to Red Wave for as long as they continue under the current management and ownership, because this is a first class place.

Love the car washes and go there any time I need it done. I have been putting off getting my car detailed (which I desperately need) until I have the time to sit and wait for it. This never happens! If you guys had wireless available in your lobby it would make it much easier for customers to do other things with their time while waiting for the detailing service. Please get wireless!!!

They have free vacuums, and the drive through car wash employs the soft touch fabric that drapes the vehicle to wipe the dirt off without the harming the paint the way shes with all spinning brushes can. In addition if you want additional service they offer several levels of detailing and have a convenient lounge to wait in while it is being detailed.

Close and convenient to those in north Plano and south Frisco. Good package deals and nice waiting area for detailing works (nice touch with free drinks!). The car wash itself is typical automated wash and does a decent job but didnt clean the top of my SUV very well. Staff doing detailing were really good and there are plenty of vacuums available.

Oscar and the crew at Red Wave are the ONLY car wash I trust my vehicles with. The wash tunnel gets the vehicles clean AND never scratches my new vehicles. The detail team does outstanding work. Santiago does incredible work with buff, wax and detail. Prices are reasonable and service incredible.

Great! Car wash , the detail they serve in getting every car there personal touch.I love in Frisco ( carwashes there charge for every thing including vacuum even at higher rate.Here you pay less @ get more ! I love these guys that why I drive 4 miles.to wash my cars thats why Im an account client.

There are a number of car washes in the Allen / Plano area. The Redwave Car Wash in Plano is a standout. Our family has all of our cars on a wash bucket plan. The ownership / management is responsive and professional to customer concerns. Our family can wholeheartedly recommend Redwave Car Wash.

Staff is more interested in talking to each other then cleaning the car. The guy at the entrance of the car wash didnt really clean the bugs off of the bumper or the windshield. After leaving the car wash I still had bird shot in the trunk. Last time i went there.

Now under new management as of Jun 2016 although I havent noticed a difference in service or facility. Simple and close to house to get a simple wash. Do-it-yourself vacuum before getting the drive-thru wash. Pay more and you get more in the wash if needed.

Was here yesterday and in the middle of my wash the car wash stopped. Sat there ten minutes and then started back up. By that time soap had dried and left streaks. No one said a thing. No were sorry, no let us run your car through again and no free wash.

Avoid. Paid to have a detail here and items were missing from the car after they finished. Will continue to use master car wash from now on. Tried calling management to complain and the Google phone number doesnt even go to the business.

I like going here when I cant wash my truck myself, but I usually only pay 24$ for everything and armor all for my truck, but the gentleman said it would be an extra 10$ to do so when theyve never done it before so Im not pleased...

I dont have a problem with the car wash itself, but their detailing department leaves a lot to be desired. The last 2 times Ive used them Ive returned to make management aware of the incomplete job. I will not return.

This is my go-to place to get my car washed. Its quick and thorough and my car always comes out sparkly clean. Free vacs too, or you can spend a couple bucks more for interior service. All and all a great deal.

New ownership raised prices 30%!!!! - service is not good at all now either. Go somewhere else. There is a great car wash on Custer - just north of 121. Much better.

Good place. Not very costly. Though dont get the light wash. Doesnt seem to do anything . We had an offer there. Bought a 25$ wash and got a 25$ gift card with that.
