SAVE YOUR MONEY! RIP OFF ARTISTS HERE! If i could give NO STARS I would. This place is HORRIBLE.. Charged me $90 for a detail... It was worse than the 12.99 wash special most places do!!! And damaged my car! They left wax in the creases of my car around head lights, cleaner all over the interior doors and part of the console (was supossed to be conditioned not wiped down in a detail, that requires rubbing the compound in) there was still dust in all my vents and on top of my dash(they were supossed to use compressed air and then wipe down everything, obviously did not). Left piles of liquid cleaner in cup holders, the green wax they use to write on window is still on my window! There are water spots on mirriors and still accumulated water spots on windshield where wiper wipes water to the edge!!! They said detail included vacumming floors and seats. But back of seat not even touched, still had white fuzz all over it. They spilt cleaner on my black seats and it discolored them permentantly very badly all across the driver seat. They used some type abrasive around the doors and permenantly dulled my paint on back passenger side... There are white dots of wax or cleaner all across the nose of my Charger and when I asked what it was the worker said "needed to be buffed".. (was supossed to be included in the application of the carrnuba wax and then taken off by hand and finished off on detail. ) I asked "was this not included?" and the employee replied "yes but... And then just laughed.. " I said I want to speak to manager. When he came over he proceeded to tell me everything the sales person at the front had told me was not right. And proceeded to tell me "They dont vaccum entire seat. Back isnt part of the seat." They apparently dont wipe radio or use the compressed air on it either as the d $90 detail says.manager said" its not included in the dash or doors" They wiped doors and dash with conditioner leaving tons everywhere in piles and showing the wipe marks and finger prints. They dont clean the windows, inside or out, or the mirriors as evidence of the green wax still on interior driver window, water spots on driver side mirrior, and outside of windshield. When I began to get a bit peeved the manager proceeded RUDELY to tell me "it is a 90$ job that they did everything on this list".... Which they obviously did NOT! And he took my reciept and just walked away leaving all his employees laughing at me and speaking in Spanish, assuming I couldnt understand them.. Very UNPROFFESSIONAL, RUDE, CRASS.. They are liars and thieves here... And if you have a complaint they walk off and leave you hanging and tell you "to bad your unhappy with their work....but You cant do anything about it".... They refused to give me my reciept back thinking it would protect them, fyi... (cant even get the clean car guarentee with out it thats supossed to be included in each wash or detail so he was supossed to give it back) When I said I was contacting the owner with the pictures and reviewing them online he screamed from across the parking lot "go ahead" Super unproffessional employees!!! RUDE ignorant arrogant management!!!!! The pics above are of my experience! Take a look before you throw your money away at this establishment! Truely Terrible Experience! I left there crying because 90$ to a single mother is alot and i feel they flat out stole it with the lack of completion of the detail I paid for and refusal of management to deal with the issues at hand with tact... Totally unscrupulous, dishonest business practices!!!!

Been using this car wash for years, most of the time they did a great job. When theyre busy its always been a hit & miss, depending on how busy they are, but the customer service used to be great, always made it up to the customer if there was a problem. Not the case anymore. The last 2 times I took my car in there, not so good, let it slide. After today, 3 strikes youre out!! Took my car in today, paid $50 for the Super Clean plus $10 extra for leather conditioner for my leather seats. They were busy and put all their man-power towards pushing the cars thru that paid for lesser services, that came in after me, about 20 or more cars. My car sat there, in the hot sun, for 40+ minutes after it went thru the wash. Its pretty obvious what theyre doing; quantity = more $$. Doesnt matter that I was there before them. My windows are streaked and not thoroughly cleaned, carpets poorly vacuumed, large dried on water spots and wax on the hood of my car and on the back. When I pointed out to the guy, he said it was scratches in my paint. I rubbed it off with my finger then asked him to please wipe down my car with his towel. He got angry, mumbled something to me and then just walked away! The leather conditioner wasnt applied correctly, missed large areas and in other areas the conditioner was dripping down the seats. My wheels still have dirt on them and the Armor All was slapped on my tires, looks crappy! Complained to management and can honestly say it was a total waste of time. Car# 506 3/25/2016

05/13/2016, I was in this car wash in a company vehicle with the logo of the business on the side. The car wash was on par with all the other places, but shortly after I got in my vehicle I noticed that not only the 2 quarters I just put on top of the pile of change that was in the cup holder on my way to the car wash were missing, but every quarter was missing. I am sure this happens at most car washs , but when I called to speak to a manager to voice my concern I was told the manager would have to call me back... well that was 2 weeks ago and still havent received a phone call. There are several vehicles in our fleet, and I promise you that NONE of them will ever go back to this place. Only 3 people had access to my vehicle during the time it was there, and I know it wasnt a lot of money or anything, but it would have been nice to report it to someone on the day it happened just in case they cared.

Worst car wash Ive ever gotten, when I pointed out dirt that they failed to remove they told me it was "scratches in my paint"... rubbed my finger over it in front of them and showed them it came off and they still had issues with fixing the problem! Incredibly disappointing! Paid $45 for a crappy wash when I could have gotten a better job out of a $7 gas station drive through wash! They didnt even get all the bird crap off of my hood! My dashboard is streaky with whatever cleaner they used so Im going to have to go back over their awful job myself to make my car look nice. Only "plus" I can say is that the air freshener they use smells amazing, but Im sure thatll fade in a day or two.

The worst service I have experienced in a while. I pull up around 1:20pm, nobody to greet. I when the attendant does show up, she has an amazingly poor attitude. I pull up to the vacuum station, again no employee to help. I fumbled in my car with the door open (enough time for somebody to show up) and an employee walks past my vehicle. I had to ask if anyone was working the station, he responds "uh yeah, Im coming". I call to talk to the manager and he is as inept as his employees. This place doesnt even deserve the mandatory star its given. They lost me as a customer.
