Worthless. Asked for an oil change service, specifically asked them to fill the coolant, which is part of the service. When I returned after an hour, the car was not complete. At checkout I asked if the coolant was topped off, the technician said it wasnt needed. The dash light was on for low coolant, and I had to argue with the tech to fill the coolant. After the wash, many bug hits and other marks remained, clearly the auto wash did not remove them. When I asked about getting them cleaned, the non-English speaking attendant simply drove the car back to the line awaiting the auto wash. After waiting 2 hrs I could not take any more time from work. I left without a complete car wash, and had to fight to get the advertised oil service. Will NEVER return.

Paid extra to have it cleaned better! I didnt pay for just the BASIC wash (if I did I wouldnt be mad) but I paid for the Extreme clean plus the interior clean.... Floors werent fully vacuumed, still dirty spots on the outside of the car, interior was SLIGHTLY better then before they cleaned it (but not by much!) rims looked horrible like they barely wiped them off. I ended up having to wipe down my dash myself, cleaned my rims myself, had to finish vacuuming myself and wipe off the dirt spots on the outside. Again if I wouldve paid for the basic wash then I wouldnt be upset, but I paid for more than what I got. I dont like writing bad reviews (you can check my review history lol) but this was very disappointing

I give it a 4, I really liked how the workers worked on my car and i really loved the personality of this young girl who looks like she is 18 years old, sometimes the workers honk the horn to get our attention but the last two weeks on a Saturday the young lady came all the way to the lobby and asked for the owner of a bmw and she asked me how my day was and that made my day ! And of course there arent lots of kind people in this world so i tipped her real good and told her that the tip was for her for just being her! :)

I was impressed at the speed and quality of the care I received. I have a lowered sports car with a stiff clutch and popup headlights. They made sure to check ground clearance before putting the car through the wash, I listened, and the guy who.drove the car drove it carefully, didnt rev it too high or mishandle the clutch. When washing car, they even made sure to turn on the headlights and wash the lenses. Very thorough, and the car was spotless in 15 minutes for only ~$11. Very happy, will return.

Very disappointed with this car wash. I have been coming here repeatedly but this place has no regard for loyalty. The customer service at the front desk is atrocious. Make sure you "activate" your points for the loyalty program - if you dont tell them they wont activate it nor can they retroactively go back and give you credit. A small thing you would think for someone who goes there monthly. Until they train their employees better or learn some customer service I would avoid this place.

It seems since they changed to perfect car wash they went down hill. Quality of service sucks.I was a loyal customer for years. No more. Has oil changed to Mobil 1 in my truck there. When I went back to get oil changed the next time, they said Pennzoil only. Had been taking 2 vehicles there for years. Will go elsewhere. When you pay extra for better car wash and it comes out looking like a sun dried rinse its time to go somewhere else.

Paid additional to make sure the inside of my car was thoroughly cleaned / wiped down. Even tipped a good amount only to find they barely cleaned the inside of my car. They are getting two stars simply because the outside looked alright (still had several spots that didnt get wiped down or cleaned), but I wouldnt recommend paying extra for anything. Not worth it.

Beware! They destroyed the interior of my custom van by putting chemicals that ruined/bleached the plastic molding. It cost me over $4,500 to repair the damages and the owner declined to admit fault and of course he paid for nothing. My insurance company is going after him. Do NOT take your vehicles to this place!!!

Went today to get a oil change and car wash along with my tires done. For one they are short staffed and what few employees they do have were not friendly. My tires were not cleaned and my car was still dirty. I will never be back and I would NEVER recommend this place.

Today I went in to get two of my vehicles cleaned on both they did a terrible job.. and besides that my new sonny headphones "mysteriously" disappeared when I had left them in my car this morning.

Worst car wash ever. If you want just a rinse off this is good. The line stopped 3 times while I was in the wash. The sprayers barely sprayed any wax. The vacuums are very old.

First customer of the day, get the most expensive wash and it is terrible. I tipped the workers $8.00 and they do a crap job. I will never use this place again.
