Good afternoon, I would like to commend the associates at the Mister location in Mesquite, Tx off Galloway for their personal skills. I have no complaints about communication or the in store customer service. However, the cleanliness of my car this time around left me dissatisfied. I have frequented this location for over two years and each time I departed I was pleasantly satisfied. My latest visit on 11/29/2016 was quite the disappointment, I paid for the $27.99 package (I forget the name) which was "supposed" to be a detailed cleaning and honestly Ive received better service from the free car wash with oil change (too bad they no longer offer oil changes). I dont know what happened that day, but I shouldve known better when my car was cleaned in the time it took me to use the restroom and purchase two car fresheners. I did not dispute my distaste because I had time sensitive errands to run and tis the season to be jolly!!!! I will admit that I do not expect anyone to clean my car better than me because its MY car. Nevertheless, if I am PAYING for a service am I not eligible for quality work? Most of my frustrations stem from the windows and interior cleaning. I actually had to vacuum my car as soon as I had the time afterwards, the windows had dried water marks indicating they werent properly wiped/dried, there were cupcake sprinkles left in the back seat and the interior was dusty (I am not confident the interior was even wiped down). I know what my car should look like after a detailed interior cleaning, dust will accumulate immediately, but not in a large quantity. My car was not filthy prior to the wash and the associates acknowledged that. I am a mother of one, who rarely has passengers (did I mention I like a clean interior) and I am also the first owner of the car so it’s not a chore for me to keep it clean. My son had cupcakes and froyo the night before and he made a small mess with some of the sprinkles. I did not expect to still see them after a detailed interior cleaning; yet they were there. Forgive me for the Debbie Downer tone, but try to understand my frustrations. This simply should not have happened. I know the quality work that location is capable of, I have experienced it for over two years!!! This was just an off day and certainly not life shattering! On a positive note, I am still a customer and not fishing for any freebies! I am also quite over the moon for the exterior wax job! This is day three and my car is still exceptionally shinny!

PROS: Ive been here 4 times now, and picked it over royal because of its higher average review. The cleaning staff is very helpful and friendly and theres a table in the waiting area Ill typically have my lunch at while my car is washed. If you have time to wait a while, they do a GOOD JOB FOR THE PRICE My second time in I noticed my rubber antenna had cracked in the wash and told the cleaning staff who was very cool about it and made me feel confident they cared. In just moments, my issue was fixed so fast I hardly realized they were actually going to order me a new antenna. Literally 2 days later I get a voicemail saying it arrived. I went to pick it up and got another wash. No hassle at all, no questions just gave me the antenna. GREAT SERVICE :)!!! **Im sold on this place for life thanks to that experience and dont care what the price or time frame is for a wash.** CONS: All 4 times Ive been in, its seemed extremely understaffed for the amount of business there . Long lines at the front to get out of your car, and VERY LONG LINES at the end while you wait for your car to get wiped down. Very disappointed when I see 11 cars that need wiping down and theres 2 people on hand. I find myself thinking whats the point of hand dry when its sits outside so long after the wash, its already dry... I think they do an overall good job inside the car for the price. 2 times I thought the vacuuming could be better and they skipped the inside of my back window. Every time they skip my inside back window, my rear view mirror and the visor mirrors. UPDATE: Ive been in twice recently and its been empty and my car has been cleaned pretty quickly. I like this place and would continue to go there if I didnt move. I still havent been to the other guys down the street yet.

As far as the quality of the work, very good. Couldnt be happier with the result to money spent ratio. The people at the counter couldnt tell me how long it would it take, didnt offer to take my phone number and they were pretty much the worst customer service employees Ive ever come in contact with. Please instigate some sort of system to let let customers know even an approximate wait time. Im happy to drop my car off and leave it for however long...just give me something to work with! Instead of "they are working on it now sir". Great! 10 minutes, a couple of hours, next Thursday, well call you when its ready? 4 hours later Im a little grumpy, and still sitting here waiting with no one able to tell me anything about how much longer I have to sit here and wait. The girl at the counter just told me to "go out there and check on them, your car should be in the back somewhere".

Yeah I took my truck to get washed here in the summer time mind you my truck is black when I got out of the wash & moved up to get it dried it took the guy a good while to finally dry my truck at other places they put 2 guys on suvs & one guy for cars...so I already new I was gonna have water marks on it from them practically let it dry in the sun if I was gonna do that I would have washed it on my own..not only that my truck was still ashy in the back like it didnt get washed right & the guy didnt even say anything when I got home I found out I was missing my center cap of my rim which I had before I went in carwash but I never complained about it i just never went back there again my wife didnt like how they washed her car here either she wanted to try it for her self because one of her customers recommended it she was disappointed

The prices have gone up, and the service has gone down. I paid for the Platinum package, and got a below basic wash and vacuum. My mats were thrown all over, at least 50% of the car didnt get cleaned or dusted, they put so much wheel shine on my tires, that it splattered all over the sides, hood and windshield. When I showed the work to a guy there he offered to get me a rag to wipe my own dash. I showed the manager, which was very nice and courteous, and he had my car rewashed and wiped down. This has happened way too many times, and Im not going to waste my time and money going there again. I was one of 3 cars there, and we had left the car for 30-40 minutes to be cleaned. Yet, they couldnt clean it correctly the first time. Then I had to wait another 30 minutes for it to be finished the second time. Not worth the head ache.
