I went here July 25th around 6 pm, I had a coupon for a "free car wash" ( texted to their phone number on the big billboard they have at the front) the coupon Ive got was for a " $1 wash club " I thought.. Ok not really a free car wash but $1 sounds good.. When I was at the machine to pay and introduced my $1 it prompted me to pay with a CC, to make the coupon valid? Ok.. I paid with my CC and was enrolled without my consent to their "club" didnt get my $1 back and it didnt tell me how much I was charged for the wash.. I pulled forward to ask the attendant and he said.. Get your wash and go to the office.. Ok.. Ive got the "wash" I believe it was the $6 and didnt see any shampoo or anything poured to my car.. Just water and brushes.. Got the car out and looked bad, not washed at all.. I proceeded to the vacuums of which they didnt have the nozzle... And some were not working at all, place is filthy, trash everywhere, trash cans I saw were full. I asked an employee for a nozzle and he gave me one.. I proceeded to go to the office to ask what I was charged and was told I just enrolled to their wash club ($21 monthly) I canceled right away and asked for the free wash coupon? They didnt know what I was talking about.. Oook..two days passed and looking at my CC account saw a deduction of $50 from these people! Called them three times and no one answered.. I called my bank and they resolved it.. Now, please if u go to this place, make sure u have the correct coupon, make sure u r getting the $9 or $18 deal because the $6 wash doesnt do anything to ur car, no soap/weak brushes, make sure u dont pay with a debit or cc, make sure u park where the vacuums work and have a nozzle. I wont come back here.

This is now the third time that I have paid for the $18 premium wash and have not received it. The premium wash is supposed to include the pre-soap spray, brush down, and then power washing the brakes but they have now just ran my car through without any of that as if I am paying for a lower service. The first time I did not receive the service I called the manager as I sat through the wash and he gave me a refund as I was in a rush. The second time an employee ran my car through as a regular wash and I walked back around to let him know that it was supposed to be a premium wash. Logan, I believe his name was, offered to run my car through again but I wanted to speak to the same manager as the previous time. This last time, I selected and paid for the premium wash and as I pulled up to the conveyor the employee just started running my car through again and I rolled my window down to let him know its supposed to be a premium wash. He tells me that he cant take the wash tip off of the pressure washer so the car is just going to go through. Why the hell are they allowing customers to select and pay for a premium service if they know beforehand that they cannot provide the service that was paid for??? I guess its my mistake for coming back here again, but this place is just straight robbing customers of their money with no remorse. Definitely will be filing a complaint with the BBB as well.

I was a member at the garland location. The woman explained to me that if I sign up I would pay $39.99 and I can add my wifes car and we would both pay $29.99 each for both cars with a family package. Well took my wife down there to sign up and all of a sudden the deal changed to where that wasnt the case and now it would cost $80 for both! Well I canceled my membership because its all a lie to make you sign up. They tell you what you want to hear and the sign up to get you and then they forfeit! The equipment is faulty, sprayers in side the car wash dont work scrubbers on the right side dont even touch the car. Customer service is a joke with the young kids working there, on the cell phones texting and on phone calls when you asking to fill bottles of empty liquids. Friends in parking spots and them just hanging out conversating. Its really deteriorating in the last two months. Im taking my business elsewhere!

This place sucks! I went in for a wash and the Machine wouldnt take all of my money. I had to honk to get the guy over there that was just standing there talking. He came over and was very rude and informed me her couldnt fix the machine and and my money would be returned in a few. He said he was the manager and refused to give his name. He stated it was, "No name" I email the company and asked for a phone call or a meeting in person to handle the unprofessional service I received and they just ask what the guy looked like and I emailed them back twice asking for a phone call and still nothing! I would NOT recommend this place to anyone! They are rude, unprofessional, even what you think is the head office doesnt respond to complaints!

This is the worst car wash ever. The GM James Duke at the Garland location was not helpful at all concerning my incident report. I asked for his managers name and number as well as the corporate office and he stated he could not provide that information. He let the district manager name slip which is Brett Sheldon and Ive been trying to get in contact with him. I will complain on this company with the BBB and any other organizations that will hear me out. I will never use Rev Car Wash again!

I like how convenient this place is and I used to go to it all the time. However, they havent been maintaining the place as well as they used to. They dont clean out the car wash like they should, and my car got several scratches. Also the employees are rubbish and every other vaccum is broken. Waste of money, just wash it yourself and you can do a much better job.

Went here 4/5/16 the pre wash guy just kind of wet the front and back down, this is the premium 18$ job, no brush. got through, had to move 3 times to get a vaccum that worked , told the young man in the office, he acted pissed off that he had to get one hose working for me. Went to Rowlett with my other car, good job all around at that Rev car wash.

The price is pretty good. The $9 dollar wash what I normally get, and it is really great for me. The tri- polish makes the car look really nice. One tiny issue, the pressure on the dryer tends to bend the front license plate, so u have to ask them to tape on it to withstand the drayer pressure. Free vacuuming is one it its perks too.
