Still waiting on a member of management to contact me about the incident report that had to be made when I visited the Quick Quack Car Wash on Louetta last week. As most others I received a postcard in the mail for a free car wash. Staff was very friendly I went through the carwash when I came out I decided to whip around to the vacuum area and use the air blower on my side mirrors. At first notice I seen that my rims and tires were shining like brand new. As I approached the passenger side I noticed that the back seat window visor was half gone it was broken in half and half was still remaining. The driver side however was completely gone. When I approached the young man about the incident I said so what does this mean he said I can tell you right now we are not going to be responsible so when the lead came to do the actual incident report I made sure to First tell him how his employee spoke rudely about who was going to be responsible he could have said the same thing in a very different tone and it would have been taken a totally different way. The lead taking the incident report asked me if I knew where inside of the car wash that the window visors blew off I said no sir I do not know where inside of the car wash they blew off I really could not see inside of the car wash because there were mechanical washers in my windows almost the whole time or some sort of spray wash. It wasnt until I got out of the car wash that I noticed the window visors were missing and broken. He then said well let me go into the car wash and see if I can find your missing and broken pieces okay so he comes back with one of the pieces. He gives me the broken piece and a copy of the incident report which I had to ask him to write details on the incident report because he was very vague. As Im speaking to the lead about the incident a woman pulls up behind me and also has a complaint to make that the car wash has either ripped out or blown out a piece of the back of her SUV so she was waiting to do an incident report as well . Granted the car wash did a good job as far as cleaning and Shining but the professionalism, it needs some work. As I stated before Im still waiting on my phone call to see how we are going to resolve the incident. Will post update. UPDATE: Now on day 11 since the car wash and still no call from the manager about the incident report like promised. Im not asking for anything but an "Im sorry" Well clean the gunk off your vehicle so it doesnt look tacky would be nice.

Very pleased with the quality of the wash. I have taken two of my vehicles here with excellent results. The vacuums are amazing-my car interior has never been so clean, and due to the strong vacuums, it only took a few minutes to clean all my carpet, seats and kid carseats. Also, there are two vacuums, one on each side of the car so my husband and I could simultaneously vacuum and we didnt have to drag a heavy hose around. The employees were very attentive and constantly dumping the trashcans, etc. My tires look great after the tire cleaning option. I will definitely go here for all my carwash needs! Plus there is an awesome shaved ice place in the same parking lot. So now my kids beg to go there, too, ha!

I brought my wifes car through the wash last weekend. It is a new Acadia GMC and not only messed up the top of the car (which was easily fixed) but cracked the windshield. After bringing the car back up and explaining, man said would look at the video which proved to be true, I have been reaching out to the manager and has not returned my calls now for the past 3-4 days now. Please BEWARE when driving car through, machines are new and damaging cars. I am not satisfied with the customer service experience. My wife wants her car fixed ASAP which had to be done this weekend and is very frustrating.

Awful. I had to wait 15 minutes while they pandered to someone in front of me who was raising a stink. Then, they claimed they didnt have me listed as a member (I had been only days before to a different location and used my membership that Ive had for a year now...). They wanted me to sign up for it again, which I shouldnt need to do because my membership is apparently up to date and paid-for according to the other Quick Quack just down the road. Im currently looking into other car wash places on 2920. I will not return.

New favorite car wash and its right by the house. Favorite part is the free blower to detail around the air vents and other hard to clean crevices- free! Free mat cleaners! Free vacuums with real suction and super accommodating staff! Couldnt get the credit card machine to work late one night so they just let my girlfriend through. I had already been through there with a coupon. Got my loyalty!

What can I say? I was sent a mailer to my home for a free carwash. I decided to try them out. The car appeared to be pretty clean. I stopped for gas later under the light to discover the left side of my car is scratched up. I wont ever go to this place again. A free wash is going to cost me a pretty penny.

Great car wash plus friendly staff! A little busy but thats expected when youre a good car wash! Also comes with free vacuum after your purchase of a wash & the vacuums are super powerful! This might be my new favorite car wash!

It did get my car clean, and the staff was nice but the car wash scratched my newer car and my boyfriends brand new car on the rear passenger side. May have also scratched my rear drivers side window. Will not be returning.

Nice facility - Needs lanes more clearly marked but same great car wash. They even have compressed air to blow out those corners on your car. FREE VACUUMS!!

Warning.. Warning .. do not go to this car wash if you want scratches and swirl marks on your vehicle the machines bristles are very harsh on the paint
