I live down the steet from Vintage Carwash, when I first started going to this carwash 2 years ago, it was nice, I liked the atmosphere, i would tell people in the area about it, but as time has went by they have become the worse Carwash in customer service Ive experience. The vacuum is never done right, they look like they condition my car with a dirty towel, when I approach the GM manager about having my car revacuum every time I go because they dont do it right the first time, he literally acted like it wasnt a big deal. I even told him that I told the cashier that wanted a manager to look at it himself because of the ongoing complaints Ive had, he said he did, he had the woman that was wiping down the inside look at it, he didnt budge off the wall he was leaning against with his hands in his pockets. He actually said they could pull it around and revacuum it and he walked away. My Mustang was only a few feet away from us and he didnt even go look for himself. I felt like he didnt care. I noticed my car had tape around the antenna when it came out of the wash, I was wondering why they didnt take it off before sending it thru the wash, but didnt question then because of the whole vacuum situation. But when I got home I noticed my antenna was bent down. So I called today and spoke with the GM, he said he was going to review the cameras and see what his workers did. So I waited then called back an hour later. Thats when he went to look at the cameras. He kept me on hold while he looked then came back to the phone and said the put tape because it was cracked. I told him that it wasnt cracked or broken, he continue to say thats what he trains his employees to do if the antenna is damaged. I asked him why they didnt rake the antenna off, he said they dont have to do that, that is courtesy. I asked him then why put tape? ?????? Why didnt they let me know if it was damaged then I COULDVE TAKEN IT OFF MYSELF. WHY NOT GIVE ME THAT CHOICE INSTEAD OF RUNNING IT THRU DAMAGED. I then told him it wasnt damaged and he said YES IT WAS. I said you were there, he continue to be very unprofessional ams asked me if I walked around my car and seen for myself that the antenna wasnt broken before they vacuumed..... I said no I didnt need to because when I got into my car to go to the carwash it wasnt broken. When I told him so you are going to take your employees word over me, the customer, his response was EXACTLY. I COULDNT BELIEVE WHAT HE WAS SAYING. THEN I ASKED IF THIS WAS A CORPORATE, SO I COULD SPEAK WITH SOMEONE HIGHER AND HE SAID YES, AND OFFERED TO GIVE ME THE NUMBER BUT IN A VERY SARCASTIC WAY. In all my 17 years working in sales, Ive never called a customer a liar, argued with them over something that may or may not have been a mistake on the companies part. Ive always went above and beyond to meet customer satisfaction, even if that meant calling corporate myself and getting approvals to make a decision to make the customer happy. Because at the end of the day, fixing a problem to make the customer happy or at least try your best is way more important then not trying at all. Im very disappointed with how this was handled and I will be contacting corporate office Monday morning.

Recently went to this car wash as the normal wash I go to (which is a hand wash) could not wash it on Wednesday, and was leaving for a road trip the next day - and my daughter had gotten sick a few days earlier. First the positives - the manager that I initially spoke with seemed great, and understood what I needed and shared his ideas. He did mention that getting the smell out of a leather was difficult. When we took the vehicle home, it did smell great. However, plenty of negatives. First being that after a day, the smell was still there. Second, I told them I did not need the vehicle washed on the outside, but when I went to get my vehicle, the vehicle was actually dirtier on the outside than when I dropped it off. When I mentioned it to another manager, he said all I wanted was an inside wash, and they hadnt done anything to the outside, which is odd because I just gotten an outside wash just a few days before, and all of the "dirtyness" was brand new (ie still wet). Youd think that a car wash would have just chosen to run threw their wash and have an employee wash the one specific area to make a customer happy (something that would of cost the car wash very little to do), but they refused. And then the biggest joke of them all - when I got home and looked at my receipt, I was actually charged for a higher level car wash. So I basically paid for a service they refused to provide. Only thing saving this from a 1 one star is the first manager was helpful and upfront.

Let me start this off by saying this USED to be my go to car wash, but my past few experiences have been awful, and today was the last straw for me. Ariana tried to charge me for the full size SUV price, I drive a crossover that is no where near a full size SUV. I let her know Ive never been charged the 45.99 before, Ariana gets an attitude and barks back "Ill go check your history" Im so taken back from this I didnt even have the time to tell her this is my new car (same model as the old car, just new) so it will be under that plate/vin number. She comes back to let me know Ive only had a car wash there before...I tell her thats impossible Ive been coming to this car wash for almost two years. Im so POd about the customer service, I decided to just go to another car wash. I decide I should go back and let her know that this is a new car and all the info will be under my old car....Ariana doesnt care, she just stares at me. I ask for her name and leave. Ariana didnt apologize or even offer to go look up my old account. The worst part is that a couple of the guys outside recognized me, but didnt say anything. I seriously go there weekly! This place has gone down hill big time. A few weeks ago a car almost slammed into the back of my car because they didnt move it in time for the conveyor car wash. I had to go out there and point and yell! Arianas attitude however today was the nail in the coffin. You dont treat values costumers that way. Will never be returning.

Went for a car wash and the manager not only cursed me out but tried to cheat me for $24. He told me that I owed money from the previous time I visited which was $24. So I asked how, and whats the date? And after checking his computer he told me that last time I visited was on January 26, 2016 (and I know for a fact that I havent been to that car wash since November of 2015) so he started to explain to me on how I owe $24. He claims that I told the people washing my car instead of giving me the basic car wash like I paid for, to detail my car as well and he claims I did not pay for that part instead I got my keys and ran off after they were finished detailing my car. Now what I dont understand is why would the workers have accepted my request with out checking to see if I actually paid that extra $24. And not only that, why are their workers handing other people their keys without checking the license plate on the receipts like regular car washes I go to. After I refused to pay that $24 I told the manager Ill be taking my car someplace else now, he goes out to his works cursing in Spanish thinking that I dont know any Spanish cuss words.
