Over the last year I have noticed the quality of this wash diminishing. I give them a try every few months to see if theyve improved but just keeps getting worse. When they first opened years ago, the equipment used to do a fantastic job and would leave your vehicle super clean and spot free! As time progressed, they used less and less water for pre-rinsing. Theyre spot free rinsing system has deteriorated in quality too. Im not sure if they use a reverse osmosis or de-ionized water system for the spot free rinse, but it used to do a good job years ago, now it is terrible! I tried washing my vehicle again today to see if they improved. They did not as it was the worst wash Ive ever experienced. My vehicle was completely covered in white spots when I arrived home. I had to wipe down the whole vehicle with a wet towel after I pulled into the garage. I always use the top option, which is currently $16. Here are the things I notice that they have cut back on to save money; 1) The prewash barely squirted any water. Just a little mist is all it applied before the cloth brushes made contact. This is dangerous to the paint because without a good prewash to soften the dirt, the brushes will grab the dirt and scratch your paint. 2) The track speed is too fast. The vehicle cannot get cleaned and dried effectively if it is ran through too quickly. 3) The tire shine applicators dont push hard enough against the tires and does not pump enough tire shine to effectively coat the tires. This can be fixed by increasing the actuator pressure and also increasing the chemical rate. 4) Spot free rinse is a joke. They arent filtering the rinse water enough to achieve the spot free rinse. I am writing this review because I would love to see this car wash do a great job again. I used to brag on Blue Wave and recommend them to all my guests and friends. They are close to our home and I know they can adjust the equipment to do a fantastic job because they used to years ago.

My wife took her vehicle there on Saturday 4/25/2015 for a wash on her way to a baby shower. Once she reached her destination as she exited the vehicle she noticed the rear wiper arm on her hatch was broken and in a swung out position. On Monday 4/27/2015 I went back to the location with the receipt and the piece of tape they used to tape the arm down. The kid there took a claim and took pictures and told me the manager Brett would get back to me after they reviewed the camera footage of the wash. Well today 4/30/2015 I recieved a call from another person named Travis saying that the claim was denied because 1. The vehicle was 15 yrs old 2. The wiper arm was not secured to the vehicle the way it should have been and 3. Said that my wife should have inspected the vehicle before driving it into the car wash. Well the young kid that took the claim is the one that secured the arm to the vehicle, he was the last one to touch the arm so HE should have been the one to ensure the arm was secured the way it should have been know that there is a possibility that damage could happen to the wiper arms of not only our vehicle but all SUVS that have rear wiper arms. I asked for and recieved the name/# of the regional manager Al Rodriguez, I phoned and spoke to him about the situation he told me that they leave the decision up to the managers and usually backed them up on their findings. He also told me he would speak to the manager and possibly review the footage then get back to me. Well well see what transpires but Im not holding my breath. After using this location several times Im disappointed on how they handled this especially after the whole incident was caught on camera. MAJOR FAIL.....BE WARNED!!!!!

TRUCK OWNERS BEWARE OF THIS CAR WASH! On May 31st 2015 this car wash destroyed my antenna, badly dented my right front fender and almost ripped the bug deflector off. And they are saying "Were not responsible". I have been going there since it first opened some8 years ago. I take 4 cars there a month. However, they had installed new equipment in last fall or late summer. And the equipment is very different, very violent in action. I got estimates for the damage, over $700. And although its a federal law, they refuse to tell me the name of the car washs insurance company. In fact one of the senior wash managers even went as far as telling me "He has denied my claim"?? 1 week later on Saturday, while washing our other cars (not my truck) over a 2 hour time span I saw 4 truck owners looking at bent antennas... After all of the business I have given them and they tell me TOO bad?? I am filing in PCT 3 small claims court on this coming Wednesday June 17th. TRUCK OWNERS BEWARE OF THIS CAR WASH!

This carwash WILL rip plastic parts off of your vehicle. It ripped the chrome insert off of my 2008 dodge ram 2500 Laramie. Thats $150 dollar part. Filled out the damage paperwork and was told "youll have a decision by Monday if it was our fault or not" WHAT? I paid for my wash. I didnt go into the tunnel and rip it off. Hows it NOT your fault? Anyway this review will be modified either way on Monday. I hope lawyers do not have to get involved. Update: bluewave claims they are not responsible. Were going to court

Went to get car wash ,after getting home realize that there drive thru scraped my z28 emblem off my car. Waited for 1 weeks for a response and to my surprise no help from the manager,workers nothing. Finally got a response after calling numerous times only to hear "no we didnt find anything". No one offered to help for my damages to my car. Would definitely no recommend this place!!!STAY AWAY OR YOULL PAY. im.not taking none of my cars here ever again.!!!beware!!

Dont know why this is a 4.0 rating. Bought the $12 wash, lasted about a minute, no one checked on our wash job, car wasnt very clean, but the wheels looked nice. If you want to knock off the dust and youre in a hurry, then pay $6. Thats about all this is worth

Ok. I bought the most expensive wash and they run you through the tunnel at like 40 mph. The whole was lasted maybe 30 seconds.
