This car wash has ripped 3 antennas off my Totota Tundra. First the original one, then 2 more. I even asked one of the workers if he would unscrew the 2nd one, but he couldnt take it off. I went thru there yesterday cuz it was convenient and I noticed that not only the antenna got ripped off but there was a small crack in the right corner of the windshield.A guy named Reese said "no problem well take care of it. When I came back from work, a young manager said Reese was only being sympathetic. They are NOT responsible for ANY damage their car wash does to your vehicle. Its enter at your own risk and they reimburse you for NOTHING. When I had a membership, it ALWAYS bent my front license plate & I just delt with that but the antenna and the crack in the very corner where the antenna was ripped off is totally unacceptable. BLUE WAVE SUCKS AND SO DOES THEIR LIEING SO CALLED SYMPATHIZERS! FLY BY NITES THAT HAS NOTHING TO DO BUT LIE AND SYPATHIZE!

Used to be an outstanding car wash. Equipment is old and the car wash is "out of service" for repairs far too often. They also started cutting back on the soap & wax applied to save money. Sad part is its the most expensive wash in the area already. I took my $45 monthly premium wash unlimited membership down the street to the new "Wet Zone" car wash. Wet Zone has excellent customer service and is nearly HALF the price ($25) and TWICE the quality of blue wave. Its a no brainer....... Bye bye blue wave....... No more car wash "blues" for me.....

During one of my weekly visits, the wash popped off one of my side view mirror shells. The guy was nice got my info and said the manager would be contacting me. The manager got with me a few days later, and said after reviewing the video the issue was my fault since I had my hands on the steering wheel. What a crock! Luckily after youtubing the mirror, I was able to pop it back on. So no harm no foul. But to have the gall to blame my hands being on the wheel for the reason the brush knocked it off? Whatever! Enter at your own risk!

Until recently I loved this place...car wash was great for the price; however, on mothers day my husband took my brand new car there and unfortunetly the hood was scratched by something stuck in the wash parts. I have been calling their Corporate office trying to see if I could get this resolved and to date have never heard back from them. Needless to say Im very disappointed and will not be recommending this place to anyone else.

This is an ok place to get your car washed . Positives ... Free Vacume stations... Just drive up. And the loadable prepaid card is nice with a 25% bonus on each load. Cons... Never gets my car or truck completely clean.... It gives it a good scrubbing yet misses some spots every time. The consciences outweigh the cons. I keep going back.... The alternatives in the area are much worse...

Damaged new wheels. Filed claim. Deny claim because they said my wheels were aftermarket. Stock wheels damaged as well. Damage is located at the Inner wheel and consisted of long scratches. Inner track has no plastic shield, only the outer track has the yellow plastic shield. If you dont look underneath your car you wont notice.

This place is great! My car was really dirty, didnt clean my wheels spotless but yet again it did great considering the amount of dirt on them. The car wash was fast and did a great job. The use of free vacuum was even better. Will be returning! :)

I have yet to receive a good wash from blue wave. I brought a car which hadnt been washed for 2 months and it came out looking worse than when it went in. Im very displeased with the results. Free vacuums are great though!

They had a deal today for a free wash, so I gave them a try. There are still a decent amount of dirt marks on my vehicle, but I cant complain too much about a free wash. Line was really short and easily accessible.

Of the 3 employees standing at the entrance to the car wash, they were more interested in socializing than effectively applying the pre soak to my car. It was still covered in bugs when I left the car wash.

I have loved this car wash for many years, but theyve kinda gone down hill. More suction at the vacuums would be nice. Used to be great. Any upgrades, like a mat cleaner or blowers would be better

Quick and easy. And free vacuums ! I recommend getting a membership. $30 a month you get unlimited carwashes. Good value if you like to keep your car looking good.

Excellent car wash, line is usually short, vacuums work great and people are pleasant. Have used for several years and will continue to do so.

Definitely not worth the $16, it never completely washes your car and neither does it completely dry your car.
