I dropped my husbands vehicle off to get detailed and an oil change all of which ended up being $100. Came back to pick it up and they had not done anything to the inside. There was still dirt everywhere. I upgraded to make sure it was armor alled and they didnt even bother wiping it down. I talked to Gerald the manager, he inspected it, had them clean it again and then it was the same!!!!! I guess they just stood on the other side of the car until an appropriate time went by. I pointed the large dirt chunks out again and he said well I see your issue we will do it again. Again he had them redo it this time they re wiped down the windows which were fine. The spray they used on the glass messed up my gauge boxes on the steering column. And get this the inside still had not been armor alled or wiped down with more than a dry cloth after I spent extra and asked 3 times if I was going to get armor all. At this point the time I was wasting was more than me just doing it myself. I will never go back. This is the 2nd time I have had an issue and Gerald has not been any help at all. On a positive note the car maintenance division was outstanding. They not only called me and told me the additional repairs needed on my vehicle, but put it on my receipt so I knew what else my truck needed. I thought that was great I didnt have to try and remember, I could just go look on the receipt. I wish I could give them a 5 if they had a seperate review.

Had the same experience as Tee Teetee. This was the first time Id ever taken a vehicle to be washed at a carwash. The African American man that greeted me offered me only washes that were $50-200. He tried to upsell at every turn. I felt very overwhelmed. He said hed give me the best deal, which was $50. I knew this was way too high for what I wanted, but he offered me no other options and I needed my windshield to be cleaned so I could see to drive. At the cash register he charged me $5 extra on top of the $50 to clean the bugs off my windshield. I felt taken advantage of. While I was waiting almost an hour for my car (I needed a lot of sand vacuumed out) an older gentleman came in to complain about the extra charge for bug removal, but that had charged him 10! The sign outside says $5 off early bird special between 8-10. It was 9:30. I asked for my discount and the man said the discount only applies to more expensive packages!! 45 mins later I am told my car is ready and when I go outside to look at my car, there are several things that still need to be done. If Im paying $55, I expect my car to be perfect. Some of the pine needles and leaves hadnt even been cleaned out from under the wipers. My family will never return. Our business will be taken elsewhere.

I came by this car wash to get my truck cleaned... Ive paid for the monthly unlimited cleaning. Well, their tunnel is broken, so they told me to. Leave. I call 5 hours later and the girl at the front desk tells me, come on down, were hanfwashimg all of them. So I go down. Teddy, greats me but automatically has a bad attitude when he tries to get me to pay $30 for a wash. I tell him, Its not my fault your machines are broken. I paid for a service, I shouldnt have to repay for it. I asked to speak to the manager and he replied with the tort, I am the manager! Well after this he just gets an attitude and tells me to either pay the $30 like everyone else, or leave. So I leave, pissed. Before I pull out I go inside to tell the girl that I talked to on the phone that she needs to know they are charging 30 and to let others know before they come. Well...in storms Teddy saying, Now whats the problem?, like hes my father. I was polite, but what I really wanted to say is.... Teddy, manager.... Im doing your job, and informing your workers that your charging 30 bucks a person for already paid fees! Yea, she had no idea until I let her know.

Today was the third time that I have taken my car to this location and as my title says, I am very disappointed with the final outcome. You might be wondering why I took my car 3 times if I was so unhappy with the service... its the closest to my house, but location is not enough. The people there are very friendly, but my car was still very dirty when they waved that towel. I expected to have a clean car after paying for the second-highest package, but before driving off I took a look at my car and my bumper, mirrors, and doors were still noticeably dirty. The man took his towel and some liquid and rubbed it off without question, however I do not feel that I should have to point out areas on my car that need to be washed and detailed. Although the team is very nice, I will not be going back. I pay for my car to have my car thoroughly washed, and Sparkles does not do that job.

Every time I go to this car wash the car attendant (hes an african american male) who "greets you" when you pull up always 1) hits on me 2) tries to forcefully push me into purchasing another car detailing package. Ex. I would like the deluxe, he would respond no you need this- or look at my car and state no you would need to do this package, etc. Well today was the LAST straw. I pulled up and asked for the deluxe (which is the cheapest package as I am a college student) and he states, Maam were going to have to charge you extra for the bugs on the windshield. I said what? No thank you and pull off. He needs to be better trained as he just lost the company a customer.

Female manager on duty at the time (didnt catch her name)was extremely rude when my roommate attempted to apply because they have a huge sign outside stating they are "hiring cashiers!!" And I quote the sign. He was told yesterday they would call him in the morning he never received a call so he called to inquire about it. After being told "in a rude tone" no we arnt hiring he mentioned the sign and she got mad and hug the phone up. This is the most disrespectful way I have ever heard someone reply to another person trying hard to apply for a job after seeing a hiring sign. The proper way should have been an apology for the misunderstanding and to take the sign down.

This place will rip you off. We tried to bring in a Valpak coupon for a $9.99 deluxe full service car wash that expressly says on the coupon: "includes exterior wash, vacuum, dust dash and console, clean windows, and towel dry." The coupon also says $24.99 for oil change. We were charged $39.99 for the car wash and $49.99 for the oil change. It was all about the upgrades. They will not honor the coupon. Do not go there unless you want to be overcharged. We talked to management about this and still nothing was done. Go somewhere else for better, less expensive service. It took three hours.
