The first time I went to Rain Forest for an oil change and wash, the customer service was great and the wash turned out fantastic. After that, my brother in law went for an oil change and inspection. When he got home he couldnt find the paper showing the passed inspection. He called to ask where it was and they discovered the inspection that hed paid for wasnt done. When completed they said they put the paper in your visor. He went back and got the inspection but just before pulling out looked in his visor and they had forgotten give him passed inspection paper. Needless to say, this was not a great experience. About a month ago, I went back to get my oil change there again. All went pretty well. Customer service and car wash were not as great as before, and a random guy took us over to our car telling me it was about done and tried to sell me on a windshield repair. When I declined, he was like, "oh... well I think he (the guy wiping down the car) still needs a few more minutes." He had brought us over to the car, not because it was done, but to sell to us... annoying. Yesterday my husband changed his oil and noticed that the sticker showed the wrong oil was used at the last oil change (done at rain forest at a different time than my last oil change with them). This morning I happened to look at my sticker and receipt from the last oil change and saw that they had also put the wrong oil on my car. When I called, I was put on hold for over 10 minutes waiting for a manager. I hung up and called back and eventually ended up talking to a manager named Kevin, I believe. Kevin informed me that a lot of the times the guys get "lazy" and just dont change the type of oil on the sticker and receipt, but he was positive they put the correct oil in the car. I told him it frustrated me that he could say he was positive, and he corrected his original wording and said "pretty sure". He did offer for me to go back and he would change the oil again and i could watch him do it. I told him at this point I would prefer to change my own oil with a nice filter and good oil since the same thing happened to my husbands car at a separate visit. I requested a refund, just for the oil change. I had paid for an inspection that trip as well. He refused, saying he couldnt do that because they had done the oil change. Apparently they only give refunds if they forget to do the oil change?? In the end, they have completely lost a customer to their lube AND car wash. Two stars because the car wash does a good job, but I will not be giving this company any of my business, even for a good wash.

Way too much use of armor all, especially in all the places it shouldnt be applied to. They also overfilled my oil once, and put in the wrong type. They claimed that they only care one kind of oil and they use only that for all cars they service. Sounds questionable. They also refilled my windshield wash fluid with an extremely diluted version, as if they simply topped it off with water, the spots on my windshield were there for a month or two thanks to this corner cutting. They also always recommend getting an engine flush. seemingly no matter what the circumstance is. So theyll call you by phone way before its too early to be able to tell anything yet, and tell you that you need this service. They do shampoo the seats and carpet quite well though, and the car wash itself is pretty decent at what it does, theres free vacuums if you want to just come clean your car without having purchased anything, and they are friendly.

do not use this place. we spent 160 for a full interior exterior detail and wash... brought the car in at 8am on Saturday morning. picked up the car around 3 that afternoon. we were told to leave the windows open for awhile to let it continue to dry out. we parked our car in our sloped driveway left the windows and doors open and today (sunday) at around 4pm, which was well more than 24 hours, we find a pool of water in the front passenger floor board and the driver side floor board is still completely soaked. we immediately called rainforest, brought the car back up there and they took no responsibility, no apology, no refund, no credit... nothing. just took the car around back and apparently sucked up the excess water. we did get an oops, sometimes that happens sorry but that doesnt cut it for us. we do not recommend this place at all.

Jus went yesterday car wash was superb, However Im going today to find out for sure but as soon as I left heard a sound as if something was loose on my 2016 Malibu that I bought 3 weeks ago with only 20 miles on it, and I notice while it was being detailed the guy had my car block and he kept watching me the whole time so I remember who it was and God knows I hope Im wrong but Im going to car dealer asap to check and see, and definitely take legal action if I find this to be true, I hope they not taking parts off your vehicle for the shop to use, and IF SO I DONT BELIEVE THE OWNER HAS NO IDEA, so Im asking him to look into it and I will give him a update.

5th experience here, and for the most part have been satisfied. Oil change and free car wash is a very good deal. Not just running through the wash, but real attention to the car. Only real complaint is the up-selling. I dont enjoy having to justify "only" changing the oil as opposed to every other fluid in the vehicle. The manager "Erik" noticed my drain plug was worn out and offered/insisted to change for free. Would be 5stars if not for pushing sales. However, they are in business to make money. Cant fault honest concern. I just dont enjoy it.

Rain Forest car wash is doing water treatment for flooded vehicles for $100 right now. It was a little difficult to track down an employee when I arrived but they were very friendly and explained the cost and procedure up front. Im watching the employees doing the detailing and they are busting their butts. Hats off because thats not an easy job. This treatment is supposed to get rid of the flood smell, the obnoxious moldy odor from water in carpet. If I dont update this review then it worked and I am a happy customer.

I love that you get a car wash with your oil change- its a pretty detailed car cleaning and can add 45+ minutes to your visit. If you dont have time for it that day, you can take a rain check for it. Even though the car wash comes with the oil change, I always plan on tipping the ones doing the actual washing and detailing. Their oil change price is reasonable. Although they do try to up-sell you on things you need done on your vehicle (reason for 4 vs. 5 stars), they arent pushy when you decline.

I used an online coupon and paid $10 for a basic $14 full-service wash. Long story short: my car was a filthy pit, especially on the inside, and I just wanted improvement, not perfection. I was very pleased with how clean they got the inside of my car. Now, it wasnt detailed or anything, but for $10, it was a great value. They also found a couple of dollars while cleaning and left them in the cup holder for me, so that was a bonus.
