Ive been using this car wash for 5 years now. The staff during the week has obviously changed. I brought my brand new charger srt8 there for its first car wash. First the quality of the wash was terrible. Inside dash and console were barely cleaned. The guy that wiped it down was more interested in flirting with his female co worker than doing his job. The rims werent even touched. Even though that was part of the package. He was done (to his satisfaction) in about 3 minutes. I asked him if he was sure he was done with it. His answer was "yeah its clean". I didnt bother to throughly check his work. Im the kind of person that will gladly accept his work and call the manager later rather than confront him about how terrible he is at his job. Called the nice young manager and notified him of the quality issues. He was pleasant and apologized. Offered free service and said hed take care of me next time. I declined of course and thanked him for his efforts to make it right. I would have continued using them until what came next. This is the worst part. When I went to finish cleaning my car at home I noticed there was a very obvious scrape on my front left wheel. I went back and snuck around to measure the height of the metal guide for the wash and it was the exact height of the damage. They must have aggressively turned the wheel when lining up the tires with the wash track. I spent $400 ordering a replacement rim. This isnt going to break my bank but theyve lost all my trust. Needless to say I will never use this location again. Its too bad because Im a long time customer and they are conveniently located for me. Im the guy that tips a $20 bill every time if they do a good job. I take pride in my vehicles and they used to take pride in the quality of their services. Obviously that has changed. Theyre missing out on about 50 washes a year from me moving forward. Never again. Good luck if youre reading this and you still decide to use them. Im truly disappointed with what occurred here. I really have been a good customer for them. A regular to say the least.

A 45 minute $50 car wash took 2 hours, they broke my brand new license plate cover and didnt offer to fix it until the following week, and there was still dirt all over my bumper and tires after going through the wash and being wiped down TWICE. When I notified the employee after the first wash, he said he would run my car through again and immediately began talking smack and pointing at me to another attendant. Which surprise to him, I actually understood what he was saying and I dont appreciate being called a "spoiled [profanity]" when me and my family of 5 have been loyal customers for sometime now. When they were done not only did I have to track down someone to give me my keys, but I opened my doors and cleaner was RUNNING down the inside of my back seat doors. There were still paw prints all over my back seat (which I was able to wipe off with spit on my finger) and my front floor boards werent even vacuumed. No one cared to get the details or even apologize when I complained to management. I come here about twice a month and have been for years, and every time I tell myself I wont come back because my experience gets worse everytine... This was officially the LAST time I will EVER give this non-caring, unappreciative, unprofessional establishment a dime from my pocket, my family members pockets, and my coworkers pockets. Side note: eye rolling and cussing under your breath from grown men will not get you my normal $20 tip.

I was having the 80 dollar car detail. The guy doing the job hit the inside of my windshield hard enough to break the glass causing a large(approx) 1 and a half foot diameter circle of cracked glass. I showed to the manager and all he said was to fill out their report sheet. I could not understand what was said between the worker doing the job and himself. Filled out the report and was told the "owner" would call me in the morning which he did not. Another personal visit with female manager said the owner would call me. No such luck. I had the window replaced myself due to safety concerns. Another call was made. Spoke to the again female manager telling me the owner wil not pay. With each phone call and visit they refused to give me either the owners name or insurance information. Beware if your car is damaged dont expect to be accommodated. Do not use this facility.

Crooked mechanics that sabotage your car if you dont pay for what they recommend. We took the car in for an oil change, and Brandon said we needed a new air filter, and a transmission service. Asked him to show me, and it didnt look too bad yet so we opted for just the oil change we went in for. In the process of "checking" the car, the mechanic ripped the air intake boot and just kind of put it back on, causing the car to die on us in the parking lot. We had to have it towed to our trusted mechanic in Copperfield who discovered just what Brandon did to our car. All because we asked to see what he was basing his maintenance recommendations on and declined the extra services, the mechanic took it out on our car. The mechanic conveniently went off the clock right after, while we had to call AAA.

UPDATE!! they broke my freaking antenna too!!! I will not go back to this place because of these two things. One the guy who changed my oil didnt ask me what type of oil I had in my car (synthetic), I thought there would be some kind of notes on my vehicle for them about the type of oil I constantly get. NOOPE he changed it with conventional oil. Second thing, I had packing material in the back of my car because I am in the middle of moving.I thought they might have moved it to my trunk or something.. IT IS ALL GONE!!!! Needless to say I am very upset!

Car Wash service is very inconsistent. If you buy the monthly wash package you get a different thing every time you go, sometimes you have to remind them to do certain things that are already included in your monthly package. The car wash itself has broken down several times while my car has been in it and has had to go through three times just to get the right wash on more than one occasion. Needless to say Im not returning after my monthly package expires I will be finding a new car wash.

I was in a bad mood after having been ripped off at Jiffy Lube earlier today and almost lost my mind when I got to the counter to pay and it was more than I was expecting. I went back outside to talk to the manager that helped me and they refunded me and fixed it. And the car looks great and I have been here just 30 min. I will come here now because i.love what a great job Vintage Car Wash does but they always take almost 2 hours so for even money I will come to Colonial from now on.
