Been here a few times now - mostly due to the convenient location (on my way to or from somewhere. My patience has run out and wont give them another chance. The staff is friendly enough... but they wash / clean / detail cars quite poorly. Just last week I went there after a long road trip and specifically asked to watch for all the bugs on the windshield and bumper. They said yes... and I drove off with my windshield still covered in bug marks. This is only one of multiple examples. I typically try and give places a few chances and I point out the things I want done - if they even miss those it is not worth my time or the money. Convenient or not ... I will not return.

This place is the worst of the worst.Paying $175 for a cleaning inside and out.Then having to bring it back and have them finish waxing and removing spots was ridiculous. The mats were removed and not put back and upon return asking the owner to put them in,caused him to have a big bad attitude.The mats needed to be placed in with snaps in different locations in the mini van.Needless to say the issue wasnt resolved. The cleaners were sprayed inside and not wiped down.The outside mirrors still had dirt on them. The front hood of the vehicle looks like they used a sand paper wheel. I would not let them clean a toy matchbox car

I waited one hour and thirty minutes and the car still wasnt ready. I had to walk back to work. Two hours later I came back from work to pickup the car. I noticed there was bird poop on the front and back. Which makes no sense because its sitting under a roof. I wanted to complain but I was in a hurry so I didnt have time. Also I noticed that my car was riding extra bumpy. In the back of my mind I wonder if they did something. Also Just to note that the short girl was nice but the taller one was extremely rude. This happened on Monday, March, 23, 2015. What are my options?

I take both of my cars here very often, and each time my cars have come out sparkling clean in a reasonable amount of time, not too quick where its not thorough, and not too long where Im kept waiting. The owner is very cordial and makes sure that every detail I request is taken care of. This car wash is definitely much better than Mr. car wash on Gessner that charges $40 and is about 50% clean. I much prefer this personalized service at a better price and a more thorough job in a friendly atmosphere.
