Let the buyer beware. If youre not a car wash mechanic, how do you know you get what you pay for here? One thing that I could tell wasnt working was the wheel cleaner, it didnt expand and do the wheels on the way out, though I paid for it (the $15 works). An attendant told me to sit right in the lane and wait while he went inside. a few minutes later someone who said he was the manager told me to move or leave the lot! As if I were being a problem, when I was doing what I was told! He did not offer to discuss what was going on, no questions, just get the hell out of the lane. I insisted that I wanted my wheels cleaned, and that I had paid for it. He was such a jerk. Not only did he continue snapping at me, he told me he didnt understand what I wanted (how hard is that to understand, plus he spoke perfect English), and then he told another customer that I was crazy. Wow. A classic, stereotypical jerk. Finally I told him, look, I did not get what i paid for and I since you are being rude, I will call the police. Its amazing to me that I would feel I should call the local authorities for such a thing. If he were my son, I would be ashamed of him. He probably talks to his wife and kids like that, and good luck with it. I felt it wasnt worth the hassle so when I got home, I see there is the same splatter of bird poop on my roof, which he surely would have seen as well when he was talking to me. What a loser. I have been in business over 20 years and if I treated my customers like that, I would be out of business. Never again. Whoever the owner of this place is, you need to be aware this man is not a good problem solver. Hes just great when things are going well. What kind of skill does that take? Get your machines working!!!! Avoid this place, you are being ripped off.

I had been putting off a car wash for a couple of months now. My car needed a wash, stat! I originally planned to try a different car wash, but as I was driving down Westheimer, Zoom Car Wash caught my eye and I immediately pulled in. The facilities are relatively new, and I think they must have opened recently. Ive always had a preference towards newer car wash businesses, because I assume that their newer brushes in the wash must automatically better than the older, established car washes. It was about $5 for the basic wash and free vacuum, and Zoom also offers a tire wash for an extra $2 if you feel like it. I was very satisfied with the car wash. Keep in mind, my car hadnt been washed in about 2 months, but once it passed through Zooms wash, it looked shiny and brand new. Great results for the value. I opted not to vacuum the car on-site, just because I prefer to use my vacuum at home, but Zooms vacuum is free, and I think its timed once you slip in the vacuum token.

My favorite car wash as far as i know. The guys are nice and helpful with getting which wash you want, and sometimes what you need (I came once with dirty tires, not sure from what, and they insisted I get the upgraded wash that cleans my tires. It was a good suggestion.) They recently added a machine that brushes off dirt from car mats. Youre welcome to do it as many times as you want (which I didnt know until they told me I can do it again. I think they had to let me know because I gave this demeaning look when I saw that the machine didnt work as powerful as I wanted it to, haha, oops.) Some vacuum machines dont work as powerful as others, well as from what I remember in the past. But at my last wash, it was great suction. My car was definitely clean inside and out.

Be aware!! The machine damaged my driver side mirror completely broken, the manager didnt cooperate to solve the issue, the quality of the car wash was very poor and Adam (supposedly owner) said that is on my own risk to run my vehicle through the machine, and they are not responsible for any damages , they had this problem before in more than one time but they dont take part of the problem, my best recomendation is "dont take your car to this place because if something happens they will not respond for any damages....... My five buck car wash turned into a 200 dls mirror replacement fix

Quick car wash hence the name. One free interior wipe along with a coin for using the vacuum comes with the purchase of a car wash. Vacuum lasts 5 mins and could use more suction. Air dryers at the end didnt completely dry car but it was adequate. Hand wash your cars if you care about hairline scratches. Any express car wash with high-speed whirling machines will scratch the paint and its most noticeable on my taillight with all the swirl marks. I never had the marks all over my new car until I was lazy to hand-wash my car one day, so I went here.

Its fast, its cheap and its good. Thats what you need to know. $6 basic wash $15 for the ultimate. You get free vaccum to vacuum the interior and they even give you dash wipes which are surprisingly good! I would bring a microfiber towel to wipe down your glass, maybe glass cleaner as well. They do have a vending machine that sells these things but youre probably better off bringing them with you. if youre just getting the exterior washed and riving out, you can be in and out in 10 minutes.

Wow best car wash Ive been to. My car was so dirty and came out sparkling. I didnt think it was going to look this good coming out. I chose to get the hot wax finish and it was worth it. With all the rain. Here the water just rolls off. It make cleaning the car much easier in between major washes. After the wash the manager came out and gave me some wipes for my dashboard and checked on everything. Ill be going here from now on!

BUYER BEWARE: Avoid this place at all costs. I went in for a quick wash and it became a huge headache and 200 dollar bill just like a previous review. They immediately blamed me for being at fault. My other review is on Yelp with video evidence and a picture of what happened afterwards. They are D+ on BBB website go and check it for yourself. They are not professionals at all and will lie. Wash your car at home.

Paid $8 for the mid-grade wash and had tons of spots afterward because the fans werent strong enough to get all of the water off. The self-service vacuum was almost a complete waste of time. Very low sucking power (couldnt even get dirt that came up easily from the carpet with the pat of a hand) and only lasts for five minutes, which is not enough time for such a lousy vacuum.

I give it 3 stars for now, only because I was not able to try the $15 package due to the weather. So I got the basic $6 package with the tire shine for $2 more which is not bad, thats about the same price I spend when I go to a regular car wash. The customer service was on point which means a lot to me, so I will definitely head back and see whats in store.
