First and foremost, if all you are doing is driving through the tunnel and vacuuming your car, you’re probably fine. I’ve ridden through the tunnel at this location probably 100 times without an issue. My issue arose getting an interior super clean detail service. I was told it would be 45 minutes. An hour and a half later, I find an employee (some kid who claims to be the manager) and ask him to check on my vehicle. No one comes back to me to tell me the status, so another few minutes comes by and I track the guy down again and ask him again what the status was. He says “I told you 10 minutes”. Apparently he had come back in and yelled across the building “it’ll be 10 minutes” instead of oh you know, walking over to me and saying “sir, I checked on your vehicle. It’ll be another 10 minutes, I apologize for the delay.” I never got an “I’m sorry”. All I got was a defensive kid with zero customer service skills who kept saying “You were told it would be 45 minutes”. Yes, but 90 minutes had gone by and it still wasn’t ready. For some reason he couldn’t understand this concept. Just repeatedly saying “You were told it would be 45 minutes” and “we got busy”. When I asked the “manager” if there was an owner or a district manager I could speak with, he told me “it’s on our website”… without actually telling me what the website was. I finally found it, but the only contact information is to become a franchise owner. This business sorta leaves you on your own if there is an issue. I finally tell them “Just bring me my car – I don’t care what condition it’s in – just bring it to me” because you know, an hour and a half had elapsed and I cant just sit at a car wash forever. And they do. They’ve had the thing for 90 minutes mind you, and it had been vacuumed and sloppily wiped down with some oil-based cleaner that was splattered everywhere. Windows were still dirty and streaky. 90 minutes ... and they had pretty much done nothing to the vehicle.

I went for an interior detail last week after reading all the great reviews and got three of the detail packages - interior super clean, carpet shampoo, and seat shampoo. I paid around $100, which is a great price for these, and the inside of the building where I waited was really nice with complimentary drinks and snacks for those waiting on a detail. They finished my car in just under an hour and a half, which is what theyd projected (30 minutes each), so that was also great. I was really liking everything up to this point, but unfortunately, I feel they did a shoddy job on the car itself. Everything was "sticky" and covered in residue from the cleaner they used, lots of areas still had dirt in them (for instance, the handle in the door), the seatbelts Id specifically requested cleaning on didnt appear to have been touched... It was just disappointing. While trying to clean the steering wheel of the residue later, the wipes I was using were getting covered in dirt from it. It was almost like they put a shiny coat right over to make it appear clean when it really wasnt. I dont know how much of the carpet/seat stains were possible to get out (maybe thats the best they can get), but I dont feel like they looked any better than they wouldve if Id used a rug doctor and done it myself. I hate to leave negative reviews, but I really feel like the job was not in line with a professional car wash - more something I couldve paid the neighbor kid to do. If your car isnt that dirty, theyll probably be able to spend the time going deeper with their cleaning and you probably wont have the problems I did (aside from the sticky residue all over), but I wouldnt take a car that needed a lot of work or you might be disappointed.

orginally a blue wave fan but after destroying my driver side mirror on a 016 mustang so I decided Ill try ishine. So I try ishine and a similar event happens. As of two weeks ago my running lights on the passenger side of my vehicle was damaged by their equipment. Not only did the facility damage my car but management refused to remedy my issue. I proceeded to file a claim and hear back from management. I receive a phone call regarding the light, mind you its a $30 fix. Once on the call the manager wanted to get my side of the story to only proceed and tell me that my story is inconsistent with how the machinery operates. When in the wash the blue fabric pieces, for a lack of better words, seemingly got attached to a corner of my light and broke the clip which holds the running light in. Management proceeded to describe the blue fabric as similar to a swim suit when it gets wet and that in it self would cause it to slide off. Obviously that is not the case. The caller went about things very unprofessionally and offered an equivalent GIFT CARD to ishine to completely disregard their liability in the situation. Although it is not a big fix nor expensive, I am appalled by the managements disregard for their liability and customers. Side note, my car was being turned into the dealership immediately following the wash due to the fact it was leased. Had recently replaced the entire front bumper and light assemblies, meaning that they were brand new. None the less, I have already incurred the cost but I appreciate the negligible gift card to a place where I can get my car damaged again.

On Feb-15-2017 @ 5:15pm I pulled in to wash my Jeep Rubicon. A sales rep walked up to the terminal helped me pick the wash I wanted. The sales rep talked to me for a second and looked over my jeep and rolled me thru. I pulled around to second stage area and the worker sprayed the jeep and window and rolled me thru wash. During wash the jeep started shacking very bad. Then all of a sudden the light bar crashed on the hood of jeep. The sales rep stopped the wash and asked me to back up. I proceed to back up and pull to the side of the building. The on duty manager proceeded to tell me this part will NOT be covered due to it being a after market part. I expressed concern that its not and we bought this Jeep as is from dealership new. I sent him pictures of several jeeps at dealership matching same specs to prove they come from dealership like my jeep. I filled out a incident report and a couple of days later after several calls with no return call someone called me and denied claim. After all of this I was never told the jeep couldnt go thru. I also was never refunded for wash that I didnt get. I talked to area manager Thomas Long and he told me he would get back to me and never did. Its a shame as a consumer we spend our hard earned money to be treated like this from a company. I sent a letter demanding them to reimburse the wash plus the cost to fix my jeep Im still waiting to hear back from them.
