I visited Thursday, June 1st, 2017 between 3:00 and 3:15pm. This place looked nice but the employees are not very attentive. I was given a business card, offering a free wash and hot wax. This business card didnt have an address on it. So, I went to the nearest location to my home. When I arrived, there wasnt a single employee outside. I drove up to the booth in hope that there would be a call or help button. After about 6 or 7 minutes, an employee was walking through the parking lot. I called to him. "Sir, Sir, Excuse me! Can you help me please?" His response, "Im off the clock!" I asked if he could get an attendant that was still working to come help me. He gave the same answer, "Im off the clock!" When he saw that I was getting a little frustrated (since there are no options to leave once you are in the drive through, without backing all the way put), he walked over and I showed him my business card with the offer. He said, "What the hell is this? I aint never seen this!" I asked if he could get a manager and he looked put out, so I asked if where the location number listed on the card was and he said, "I dont know but we dont have this isnt ours. We dont give free washes, here!" So, I tried asking for a manager one more time and he responded again with, "Im off the clock!" I said, "Thank you! Have a nice day!" and I backed all the way out of the drive way. He walked to what I assume was his own car, shaking his head the whole way. I got home and looked up the location listed on the card (TXH008) and it was not even close to this one but his unprofessionalism, rudeness, and refusal to get a manager or another attendant made my decision to not use this location, with or without a free wash and hot wax!

The best carwash Ive been to in a while. I wish I lived in this area to take advantage of their deals like reloading points for use or a rollover, etc. Its super easy to see from street and they have 2 lanes to pay through. You can use cash or card or the membership (which I dont have). Then you roll up to the car wash entry and a person guides you onto the tracks while either they or another add the blue tape to your back windshield wiper. They kept telling me a few times theyre worried about my safety rear bumper on my car, in case it gets pulled off but I told them its solidly welded on car so it shows you that they really take care. The wash itself is somehow enjoyable. I like to relax for the maybe 3 minutes inside while you roll past each brush and the bubblegum and foresty smells waft in the car. They use soft brushes, not the nasty rubber strips that slap your car around. Then you can drive back into the vacuum area with high powered hoses and trash cans. I think theyre not a little pricey but its a very good quality service and I would recommend getting the $12 wash since it comes with wax.

I had an awful experience with the Manager “Jose” at the BlueWave Car Wash @ Eldridge 2 weeks back. I came in one Saturday to wash my car and in the process the bumper of my car was pulled off by the washing gadget (They have the video of the incident). Having reported the incident, The manager spoke confidently that the bumper must have been faulted; reason why the washing gadget pulled it off and they could not take responsibility for such damage. I disagreed with his position, his manners and attitude in handling the situation, he acted unfair and inhumane. Though his reason was not valid nor made any sense. My bumper was “faulted” hmmm seems like to me this was just an excuse for him not to accept that the car wash gadget itself was the root cause. The least he could have done was to apologize and refund my money for the wash. Honestly this was not a professional behavior of any manager. The manager needs to take some human relations classes to know how to deal with clients.

I had been a customer at this location for over 2 YEARS and had referred plenty of customers over. Until last week when I came in to vacuum and wash my truck like always and when I was passing through the drying process, the blowers knocked of my side view mirror on the drivers side. I just received a call from the manager stating that since the outside part that holds the mirror had "prior damage" meaning some scratches that they will not pay for the damages. Yet I had been there plenty of times and it had never happened before. What a nice way to not take responsibility for the damages their equipment caused. Is this the appreciation they show loyal customers like myself!!!?? We provide their revenue and income but they will not take care of their customers. WOW!!!

Manager (Beth) intervened. Very customer service oriented. Called me and all good now. So earlier experience has been made up for. Thus from one star to 4. >>Not good. Tires and wheel hubs did not see a brush or a spray . Just as dirty as when I went in. Also not sure about the person at the entrance to the station; holds a sprayer of some kind but does little to nothing with it. And no receipt was given. On the other hand, lady at the paymachine is very helpful and customer friendly. In summary, a bad wash. Have escalated to a manager. See what happens. Will change the rating if handled correctly.<<

My husband and I are extremely disappointed with the poor level of customer service received in dealing with a request to address the damage to our vehicles antenna. The representative said that the company was not responsible because there is a waiver sign posted and that he only called because my husband asked someone to return the call. A better way to address the concern would have been to offer a comp (e.g. free car wash(es) for the inconvenience) to retain a loyal customer. Instead, we were disregarded and the issue remains unresolved...which prompted this public complaint.

They were good until the machines were changed. Sometimes you would go out of the car wash with was on the door or soap on the side mirrors. They would check if you have something in the back of your pick up but wont tell you anything of taking out your antenna... Yes, the new machines broke it and they didnt care/bother to do anything. Plus, many of the people working there keep signaling to keep forward even though you are really close to the car in front. I cancelled their services btw.

Though not a touchless car wash (think octopus tentacles wrapping about your auto) this auto-wash leaves your car quite clean/shiny. The vacs are free. The one downside is that their personnel at beginning of wash dont (or cant?) do much in the way of a pre-scrub, as in attacking those tough stains on your front bumper. But for $16 for the best wash&wax, and even less over time w/membership, its a very good price.

The service at blue wave car wash is great and I hope this experience continues with most recent incident...Yesterday evening I went through the car wash and a piece of my windshield molding was removed by one of the brushes. I left a message yesterday during business hours and called again this morning but no response. Hopefully someone will return my call soon and let me know if they found the piece.
