BEWARE OF BARKER CYPRESS CAR WASH! My husband and I took his truck there this past weekend to get a simple oil change. Nothing about our experience was simple! I dont even know where to begin on how appalled we are at our experience. For starters, they put the wrong oil in our truck that will cost my husband $40 more each time he gets an oil change if he doesnt get it flushed and the correct oil put in it. The employees admitted it was because the mechanic got the vehicles mixed up but then later denied it so that they didnt have to give us a refund or pay to get my husbands truck flushed for a new oil change. When my husband politely confronted the mechanic about his mistake..the guy got hostile and told him in front of myself and our baby that my husband was lucky there were cameras or he would have punched him in the face! Im not sure but it seemed like the mechanic had anger issues and we werent about to let him get violent being as though we had our baby with us. So, we went to go find a manager but of course..they were on a hiatus and could not be reached at that time. When we went backthe next day to speak to the manager she proceeded to take the mechanics side. She told my husband that he was a certified mechanic and he was "very good" at his job. Although, the guy recently admitted to mixing up the vehicles and putting the wrong oil in ours the previous day along with threatening my husband. So, its obvious she didnt know what she was talking about. That man wasnt good at his job or dealing with customers OR his anger. As a result of Barker Cypress Car Washs lack of communication skills, honesty, customer service, and ability to own up to mistakes..my husband now has to get his truck completely flushed so that the correct oil can be put in it. We can 100% say that we will NEVER be going back to Barker Cypress Car Wash ever again. This is no place that needs to be visited with such poor management! We hope that by sharing our horrible experience that it gives you all a heads up and saves you from the headache we are now dealing with because of their poor service. Think twice before you choose to use Barker Cypress Car Wash! And I hope the owner sees this to know how their company is being ran without their knowledge because we were unable to contact them

The menager is a pure criminal. My car didnt pass the inspection due to the O2 sensor told me to fix it come back and by law re inspection was free. Came back after fixing the car and was told the machine for the inspection was broken. Came back 3 other times and same response. Today came in and spoke to the manager he first said I had to pay again than when I told him that I came back 3 times and was their fault for the machine being broken to re inspect my car. At that point he said well the machine is broken again than I said can I be reimbursed so I can go somewhere else ? He said no you will not be reimbursed! So I aske why ? If you cant do the job I need to go somewhere else. At that point he said leave the property ! Now ! ......went in his office to take something from the desk and came out with belligerent attitude at that point I left .. so id recommend you stay clear from there

I just got my car serviced and I usually dont spend that much because I usually do it myself but I thought why not. My car wasnt that dirty to begin with but I havent had much time lately so I brought it in. It was completely empty there were probably 3 customers at the most. So I spent $58 on wash and detail cleaning inside. The outside was fine but the inside..it looked like all they did was wipe down ramdonly. There were some spots I noticed and I easily got it off with baby wipe and they couldnt even do that? They also didnt vacuum the very back row because I still saw some dirt back there and there was a piece of trash they didnt get inbetween the seat that I saw right away. Again I was shocked that they finished the whole thing in about 30 mins but definitely wasnt worth the amount I paid. Disappointed as my first time going there.

One word: TERRIBLE. In some sense my car is dirtier after I went there. I drive on highway at night a lot so there are many bug bodies at the fron of my car, plus I havent got inside cleaned for a while, so I chose the bronze package, which is $17.99, outside cleanning and inside vacuum. After 20-30 minutes, the workers retuned my car key to me, but 80% OF DEAD BUGS WERE STILL THERE. The carpet was clean, but MY DASHBOARD WAS FULL OF BLUE CHEMICAL STAIN THAT I COULDNT FIGURE OUT A WAY TO GET RID OF. There was even a blue finger print on my shotgun lock button. Disgusting.

The new owner raised the prices like he is the only carwash in texas and had the shitiest service workers talk to you like they are doing you favor this was the best carwash till couple of months ago paid 65 dollars and still had to go home and clean my car the staff acts like they are doing you a favor specially the dude looking lesbian always having a bad day I was 3 times a week customer please dont waste your money.

When you purchase an $18 car wash, your car will not get a well-done vacuum service! Waste of money and time....its called ripping people off. Spoke to both Inside and outside detail service about the less than adequate vacuum job; their attitude was like "Oh, well, you shouldve paid the $34.99 and we would have done better job inside and out!" Really! Very doubtful. Lost a potential client.

Worst car wash ever!! Would never recommend anyone to come here. Not only did they charge us 6 dollars extra for bug removal they fought to give us half off on their VIP package. And even though I paid extra for the bug removal bugs were still on my car. DO NOT COME HERE. the girl at the front desk is very rude. Has an attitude and sat on the desk on her phone. Not very professional.

They tried to charge me for services not performed and parts not replaced.On two seperate visits. Tried to give them another chance, but both times they said that they "forgot". Service was horrible and the technicians simply do not care about your time. My "5-10 minutes" was 85. Check your bill closely and challenge them. Stay away.

Please do yourself a favor and dont ever go here. I gave this place two tries after they didnt do a good job on the first time. I came back for a second time. They still didnt do a great job. They didnt give you a sticker for the next service. They didnt reset the oil meter. Please do yourself a favor and dont ever go here.

Nice staff, and quick service. Sometimes an oil change and a car wash can take hours but this place isnt as busy as others and they can have you out quick.
