Wish I could give this business negative stars. Ive used this car wash for more than 10 years for all of our vehicles. I ALWAYS tip the workers very generously. The standard of service has gotten progressively worse and in the last year, its become clear they are using completely unskilled, possibly undocumented, labor with no interest in doing the work. During the last visit, my car was left with mud streaks all over the hood and tail gate, visible gooey grime across the top of the windows, dirty door handles and door panels and a console that had not been touched. Despite paying for the highest priced package, leather cream and Armorall had not been used on the interior surfaces. The workers completed the wipe down in less than five minutes so I knew when I went out to my car, I would have to stand there and point out the problems and wait while they fixed them. This has become a standard exercise and Ive come to accept it without complaint. However, this time, one of the workers told me I need to PAY more and buy a wax service to get a clean car. $40 for a car wash (including tip) and I cant expect a clean car? The other women workers said some pretty ugly things in Spanish which I overheard. This was after seeing me put their tip in the tip box. Because of this, I asked to speak to the owner or the manager. The owner was not available and the manager refused to come out. So I went into the building and asked to speak with him. The lady at the desk, who is a sweetheart, went to get him and she whispered to me that the owner need to fire the whole lot. I reported the disrespectful workers and because I had to get rags and clean the car myself, I requested a refund which the manager flatly refused. This is the first time Ive ever asked for a refund and only the second time, in more than 10 years, that I brought the substandard work to the attention of management. His attitude was aggressive and rude. He stated the problem was mine for noticing the substandard work and he ridiculed me for the way I spoke. He said he wished I would promise never to bring my cars to Car Wash Etc again. Great news for him...his wish is going to come true. And I hope by sharing my story, MANY people will never bring their cars to Car Wash Etc again. That should make the manager and the workers really happy. They can sit around and do nothing while getting paid. Used to be a great car wash. Now the gas pumps are gone, the machinery doesnt wash cars properly and all thats left are workers who dont want to be there.

Ive been coming here since I moved to Cypress area about 6 years ago. I come to this carwash about every other month, sometimes monthly. Ive brought all types of vehicles, car and SUV, new (2015) and old (1996), cheap (under $10K) and expensive ($40K). I was just there today and was reading reviews, deciding to leave one myself. Im rating this place a 5 and NOT because its the best place in the area, but because its the best overall value for your money. Ive never had a bad experience here (unlike some of the other reviewers). Im not saying they are wrong, but at least give this place a chance. For 6 years, the price has always been the same.... $30.99 for the "top-end" package (vaccuum, wash, hand dry, clean all surfaces of interior, clean wheels/tires). Do yourself a favor and get this package and spend $10 to tip the ladies outside. This can go a long ways towards a better repeated experience. Thats a lot of work for $40 and its well spent. Your car wont look like it just came off the dealer lot but it will look nice, smell new, and be completely clean. If you come during non-peak hours, you can be in and out of there in under 30 minutes...peak time, maybe closer to 45-hour.

I went in a week ago. Bought their higher package option. As soon as I got in my car, I noticed the less than average job. I immediately went to the manager and informed her. She said she needed to talk with another manager and get back with me. I waited two days nothing. Called her back she said she forgot and needed to talk with the other manager and would call me back. I finally called her again she said I could bring it in on Saturday. Saturday morning the weather was overcast and they closed no phone call. Called Sunday and she handed me another excuse. I told her I would come in and talk with them. Upon coming into the car wash, the manager and her were very rude, confrontational. I just asked for a refund this had been way too much. He laughed and said sorry no refunds. Worst experience Ive ever had with any business. I never review anything but I could not help but to share this with others. Please spend money elsewhere.

I am giving one star because "0" isnt an option. I have been going to this car wash for years on end...I grew up in the area, moved away, and now back...I took my wifes car there, and noticed 16 scratches, all the exact same size, in a perfectly straight line down the passenger side of the car...I questioned the manager, Chris about this and was dismissively informed that these were door dings. 16 of them all the same size, in a perfectly straight line...door dings...Chris then got upset when I questioned him and refuted his explanation. They offered to buff the scratches, and it did improve the appearance, although temporary. I live right behind the car wash, and while I hope local businesses do well....Chris and his car was have lost my business....

Paid for an upgraded package but got downgraded results. I went in during an off peak time so there were plenty of people standing around not doing anything while the people working on my truck did a half effort job. They had so much extra juice/grease from the leather condition I ruined a dress shirt while climbing in the truck. My dash had enough overspray and extra juice to grease the front ends of all the new cars at the nearest dealership. We have been using this car wash for years and in recent months the quality sucks!! I called and complained so hopefully the rest of the cars today will be better. The wash was about the quality of a cheap touch less carwash at a gas station. Super disappointed!

My wife just left from there with her "$24" car wash which was supposed to include detailing the tires. Imagine spraying a squirt of Armor all on a dirty tire and then walking away. That is how they "clean" the car. Not even a dry wiping of the dashboard. And when we went to ask the manager to rectify it they asked us "What is clean to you?" Really, I have to spell out to you guys what a car wash means? There is good reason that there rarely busy times at this wash and like other reviewers said, it is half done, poorly rectified, and terribly frustrating. Save your money and go someplace else for a car wash. Unless you like "begging" them to do the job right the second time.....
