These people did the most amazing job on my car and i did not give them an easy job. My car had a leak from under my dash that was coming from some cracked parts on for my ac. For months the floors got more and more wet and eventually the car was left to sit, with the windows up, in hot and cold weather. Cause mold to grow everywhere!!! And everything was damp. I finally was able to go get the car fixrd and brought it here to get cleaned. I had to pay a little extra because it was in extremely terrible condition but it was well worth it!!! When i got my care back they had cleaned every inch, including my seat belts, and seats, and removed all of the mold! It was incredible. Let me note i had called before hand and told them i was coming. A man named daniel told me to ask for him when i arrived, so i did, and they quickly came and started to assess the job and tell me what they were going to do. I felt very well taken car of. And the man who cleaned my car, your the best!!!

So I love aqua car wash. But today made me not want to come back. Everyone was really helpful and friendly when I first arrived then I walked into pay. Okay, so I didnt see the sign that was hanging on the ceiling that said popcorn ask for assistance because Im not looking at the sky. And...3 people in front of me took popcorn without assistance. When I went to grab a bag the girl at the front became snippy and rude. "Uh maam!!! Read the sign I have to get it for you...remember that next time!!!" So puzzled because again so many people in front of me grabbed it. I get it...youre working at a car wash on a Sunday but maybe you should have a job where you dont deal with customers. She pointed at the sign and was just a total you know what. Everyone is normally very sweet at the front so I would reconsider this chick. Bad attitude. Even prior to the popcorn incident. Learn how to talk to people. Youre not better than anyone.

This is my second time here, and I am more than satisfied. I came here because I wasnt happy with the quality I was receiving from another local car wash. Emily completely went above and beyond for me this evening. I am driving across the country for my vacation in a few days; and I love the 39.99 -exterior and complete interior (thorough with the shine on the inside.) I didnt arrive until after 5:30 (they close at 6). Emily could have turned me away, because the wash I wanted took more time, and they closed soon. She had multiple people work on my car and had me done by 6:15. She didnt turn me away-if she did I believe I would have been driving with a messy car, which we all know stinks. Thank you so incredibly much, good humans are an excellent addition to any well run business like Yalls. Let them take care of you, cause they will!

Last weekend, I drove to the Aqua Car Wash in the Woodlands all the way from Cypress to get a hand wash since I was sick. I called ahead of time to ask if the Hand Car Wash includes cleaning inside the rims, and the front desk said "yes". After getting my car back from the washers, I noticed that they didnt clean inside my rims at all. There was brake dust all over them still. When I asked the washer if they were supposed to clean inside the rims, the guy said no. I had to go home and wash them myself even though I felt very sick. Had I known that they werent going to clean the inside of the rims, I wouldnt have paid good money ($36 for a car wash is NOT cheap) to have my car washed. I received 2 contradicting pieces of information from the employees there, and received less-than-satisfactory service here, so I will not be visiting again.

When the place is just moderately busy they take a long time. I had to wait over 1-1/2 hours for just the basic wash. Their wash does a horrible job on the tires. It only cleaned about 1/2 of the side wall of the tires. The rims were hand cleaned, but there is still a decent brake dust on them. It looks like someone just ran a rag over them as fast as they could. I have simple rims that dont have small crevices, so it should have been easy to do a better job. The cleaning of exterior and interior were acceptable. They did miss a few spots when drying it. In short will i go back to this car wash or recommend it to a friend. No.

The car wash its self was good. The employees that actually clean the vehicles do a fabulous job and are polite and courteous! However, the guy "Edwin" who takes your information about what you would like to have done to your vehicle was very rude and has no couth what so ever and knows nothing about customer service. He was rude to his coworkers yelling at them and telling them to hurry up and he was also rude to my boyfriend and I when we asked questions about the difference between the deluxe and supreme package.. He told us to read the sign and stood there and waited for our keys. I will not return to the Aqua Car Spa.

I absolutely love this car wash!!! They are by far the best one around. Ive gone to the one off of 1488 but the one off of 242 is hands down the better of the two. They pay extra attention to your vehicle and are incredibly thorough. They make sure to get every nook and cranny. You can tell they pride themselves in their work and hold the customers satisfaction as the top priority. They truly do a fantastic job every time I go there!!!! Well worth the money. Even when getting their cheapest wash at $20, my car looks as if Ive just had a $100 detail done.

I drive a very expensive truck and paid $80 to have a hand wash and the inside conditioned and cleaned. Outside was still terrible and a visible dirt line all the way down my truck that I was able to rub off, Rims were not even shinny and inside was not even vacummed completely, middle console was not wiped down or shined. Terrible experience and did not tip. I will not be going back to this location because this is the second attemp at trying their car wash and both were not a good service. Do not go here if you have a nice car and want a good wash!

Come from cypress to get a oil change and car wash because I used to live here in the woodlands. Well w uh at a big mistake. Waited in the oil line for over 10 min no even acknowledge me and said it would be a min. So I left and got just a car was. There were two people working the oil change and the were walking around like someone just killed their dog. Sorry to say this place lost out on my $$$ and I will not be back. By the way not busy at all they could have acknowledge me it would have only taken 30 sec. Very bad customer service.
